Located next door to Charlevoix Yacht Club, Ferry Beach, Irish Marina with boat launch, and The Back Lot. Enjoy relaxing in a lounge chair next to the heated outdoor seasonal pool overlooking Lake Charlevoix. Grill with covered picnic tables provided. Fire pit with wood provided. Relax, play, or swim at Ferry Beach next door. Take a stroll into town to enjoy live music, shopping, and a sunset dinner. View the beautiful beach, lighthouse, and sunset on Lake Michigan Beach. Just minutes away. We like putting a lot of detail into our homes to make them comfortable and enjoyable for ourselves and our guests. This includes decor, books to read, and children's toys. A well-stocked kitchen with spices, extra bathroom products, pool towels, beach chairs, extra coolers, and more. My hope is this will decrease time spent packing and the need to run to stores during your stay. Wonderful and friendly community.

We enjoyed staying at the boat house. The large table worked well for eating meals, playing board games and doing some art projects. The deck overlooking the harbor was my favorite place to relax and read a book. We loved the city of Charlevoix, from the shops, to the restaurants to the Lake Michigan - it has it all!

We enjoy this condo because of its location and view of Lake Charlevoix. It is small, but had everything we needed. The host was very responsive the unit was clean.

The apartment is great but don't plan on washing your hair or cooking. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent, basically a trickle. And the cooktop won't get hot enough to boil water. We rinsed off and ate out! The location is great for skiing.

My husband and I stayed at Boat House II as a short trip to the Michigan for our Fall trip. This was a PERFECT spot! We loved the area and the house! We will definitely go back! The only down side was the that the hot water for showers didn’t last long enough for back to back showers. Michelle and Thad we very helpful and responded to us quickly, especially when my husband locked us out on the balcony! Don’t hesitate to book Boat House II!

Wonder condo with a premium location. Can't beat the view and access to the pool. A short walk or drive to downtown Charlevoix without having to cross the bridge. Owners are responsive and accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay.

We went in early April. It was very peaceful. Great balcony for morning coffee! Condo had great space with a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Location is really close to the downtown area. Highly recommend

The owner took care to provide the extras...nice shower gels and shampoo, body lotion, candles, a speaker for Bluetooth, lovely throws, and fabulous candy from the local fudge shop! It is obvious that she cares that her guests have a great experience while staying in her accommodations. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience renting this property. It's very clean, great location, and beautiful view of the marina and lake. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and very welcoming. Really, the only issue we had was with keeping it cool enough upstairs where the main bedroom is. The window AC units did a pretty good job on the main floor but even with the additional upstairs fan, we were too warm at night during the month we were there. Still, we would recommend it. Very nice place.

The condo was lovely, the location ideal and the view spectacular. I love the location of Foster Boat Works. It is a short distance to town ( very walkable) through the Belvedere Club or a short drive. The condo building is on the lake and the view is wonderful. The unit was pristine and well maintained. There is a large loft bedroom and a bedroom on the main floor. Very nice. I've stayed in other units at Foster over many years. This is a roomy and lovely unit. Th owner Michelle and her husband were immediately responsive to a small challenge we had with the internet. It was a great vacation.

We had a great time at the Boat House. Property was beautifully decorated and had a great view. Location was great , especially since we brought our boat. So convenient to dock it right there and have it easy to use each day for boating. The owners were great with communication and we felt so welcomed by Elliot at the Northwest Marine Yacht Club and the staff at Irish Boat works where we stored our trailer for the week. Even the city employee at the launch thanked us for coming to the area.

Last minute Independence holiday stay.

Cute, compact condo with to die for views of lake and marina. Michelle’s place was spotless and current. We stayed a week during the 4th of July holiday so paid premium rate, but this place would be a bargain normally. Well stocked and super convenient to everything there is to do locally. This unit didn’t have the trundle beds, but is perfect if your kids don’t mind sleeping together. We would definitely return.

Family of 4 and we had a great stay. The condo was decorated with the perfect nautical touches. Amenities in the condo (paper towel, clean bath towels, Dishwasher packs, hand soap...etc) made the stay extra easy. The condo bath and downstairs bedroom were a little tight, but it’s an 800 Sq ft condo—so we expected a “cozy” space. Loft was bright and a nice space. View is obviously awesome. Owner was super responsive to messages.

We had a great time enjoying this nice condo and location near downtown Charlevoix. It was clean and tidy. The view of the water was definitely a bonus. Overall experience was good and Michelle was very helpful with a few inconveniences that came up during our stay.

Our stay was pleasurable there however we had noticed a few things that needed to be:) fixed. There was a whole in the screen door. A few bottles of wine that must be someone had left there. They tucked behind the screen for the fireplace. Had troubles finding where to turn on the heat. Wasn't really listed anywhere. And then no place to put can goods well grocery items for your stay. Maybe organize the cupboards better so you could put them in one of them. Ours ended up sitting on the table. The view was absolutely beautiful everyday however. :)

This condo was so cute and the view was amazing! It is just close enough to downtown to be convenient but a few blocks away so we could retreat from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the peacefulness of Charlevoix Lake. The location is great because just blocks away the Charlevoix Lake, Round Lake, Little Piney River and Lake Michigan and there is a swirl of color from the different bodies of water that is something to see. Loved it!!!

This is our second time staying here. Owners are very responsive. Cute place, great location (15-minute walk to downtown Charlevoix, very near Ferry Beach) and very nicely outfitted.Highly recommend!
