VACATIONS-TDY LODGING What we hear from many guest; 'It's kinda like a resort'. This amazing home and location is convenient to Research Park (less than one mile), Bridge Street Town Centre, U.S. Space & Rocket Center, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville International Airport, UAH, Madison or Huntsville Hospital, and much more. Your home away from home in Madison/Huntsville is splendid. Step into the foyer and feel the energy of soaring ceilings, chandler and curved stair case. To your left, an elegant yet inviting dining room. To the right, an office suitable for closing a million dollar deal. Now, move through the foyer into a relaxing sunken den with a 65' HD flat screen and bamboo flooring. In the kitchen and eating areas you will enjoy black granite, stainless steel appliances, 28 bottle wine cooler, and stone flooring. Kitchen is always well stocked with cooking essentials, oils, spices etc. Just off of the kitchen is the huge master bedroom with double glass doors opening to the patio, 52' HD flat screen and master bath, very well appointed with great attention to comfort. The master bath has a new stone/tile his and hers rain head shower. The granite vanity has two vessels with water fall faucets. Upstairs; there are three more bedrooms, freshly painted and decorated. The baths have newly placed granite with double vessels in each bath. At the end of the hall, open the door to your very own disco-tech/exercise room complete with a dance floor, disco ball, stereo, cd’s, wet bar and a completely mirrored wall (or exercise/play/dance). The back yard; (wood fence, very private). Enjoy the pool (18 by 40+) with chairs, tables, stone patio (550 sq ft) with built in grill, large umbrellas, lots and lots of concrete. Pool remains open year round. Traveling with the motorhome? Within the fenced yard, there is an 80 x 12' concrete motorhome pad with electrical and water and sewer. We will mention a few things that seem small but can be important to guest. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's High quality mattresses and bedding/extra sheets etc. Every bedroom has small fans for added comfort and white noise if needed, plus ceiling fans. Extra chairs/tables on site. Large two car garage with remotes. Most kitchen basics available. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes available. Most cooking spices and basics. Approximately 15 to 20 pool chairs and three loungers. Very strong WiFi signal throughout the property to include the patio. Home values in this neighborhood range from 500, to 850,. We were there with 2 of our employees and our 2 year old daughter. This property is perfect for 5 to 8 people with plenty of room for each to have some privacy. Al was great to work with and we will definitely be staying here again. Great patio and pool area!

I picked this property because it looked as if it was spacious. I had my family coming in for my wedding and instead of doing a stuffy dinner I wanted them to get to know each other. The house was awesome. It had everything you could want. Fully supplied with everything. It was spotless and had so much room. It also had a dance/party room which was fun for the kids and adults. I would recommend this property to anyone. This is the best homeaway property I have stayed at and probably be the best ever. Thank you property managers for making my family feel at home!

The house was everything and more that the pictures show. The family loved the pool and the house truly has everything you need. We've rented properties before with VRBO but this one was the best. Communication with the owner was great and everything worked as it should. The house and furnishings were in great condition, we were a party of 4 so we had lots of room, there are plenty of plates / utensils for larger groups. House is on a sub-division away from the hustles and bustles of Huntsville, but with lots of things to do a few minutes away. We used it as a base and went travelling around to see lots of attractions. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone and when we get down to the area we will rent again

Very large spacious house with comfortable furnishings. Easily accommodated six adults. Hosted family Christmas dinner for 20. Great kitchen with everything we needed for preparing and hosting dinner. Al and Candy were great responding to all of my concerns before arriving and had things set up for us to easily host all of our wonderful family parties. They made this gathering possible and everyone was impressed not only with the dinners but with the accommodations. The bonus room was terrific place for the kids to play while the adults were talking. Our only regret was that it was too cold to enjoy the pool at Christmas. Can’t wait to come back when it’s warm!

For the past 10 - 15 years our family has a group vacation - I am talking all my kids, their kids, my brother and sister and their families and my parents - anyone who can, shows up or wishes they had when the pictures come out. We get together the week prior to July 4th or Labor Day in different cities each year. This year we all met in Huntsville, Alabama and I rented a house from Al & Candy Ishee. This was the best house we have rented yet and one that I highly recommend to anyone with a family planning on staying the Hunstville/Madison, Alabama area. Al was my main contact and was very accommodating, thorough on house instructions, and respectful of our family time and needs. The area has a lot of family centered attractions and on the days we wanted to relax, the house with a pool was a life saver. THANKS Al for such a grand vacation.

These accommodations were A+, and worth every cent. The property owner was friendly, professional, and wonderful in making sure we had everything we needed. I strongly encourage you make this you Huntsville get away....just not when I'm in town. I will be staying here many times in the future.

Had a fantastic stay at Al & Candy's! The property was amazing; had everything we could imagine. Al made sure we were all set up and was available if needed. The location was close to all amenities yet situated in a quiet subdivision. We slept 7 comfortably and hosted wedding parties for 25+. Beautiful home and yard!

This house is amazing! It was my team's third time staying at this house, and it keeps getting better every year! The updates to the bathroom and kitchen are gorgeous and made it so easy for our team to stay here. The bathrooms all have two sinks and the new shower in the master bathroom is huge. The kitchen has great new appliances and the new dining table is perfect. We had our entire team and family over for dinner at the house and easily accommodated all of us, not to mention how much fun it was getting to relax by the pool. The house is so close to stores/restaurants and is only 15 minutes away from downtown Huntsville. Al and Candy are so nice to work with and we really can't thank them enough for sharing their beautiful place with us. We can't wait to be back!
