Situated in Kissimmee, this charming house for $456 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Completely remodeled 6 bed/5.5 bath single family house in 5 Star Terra Verde Resort, 5 miles from Disney. Completely remodeled with (optionally heated) pool and spa. Chef's Kitchen with Quartz countertops and high-end appliances. 4 (four) King Master Bedroom Suites with in-suite bathrooms and 2 (two) Dual Twin Bedrooms sharing another bathroom + another half-bathroom. Luxury and Modern. Large 70" TV on the living room and 50" TVs on each king suite with cable and Netflix (FireTV). Office space. The kitchen is completely new, with quartz countertops, large sink and all new stainless steel high-end appliances. Oven has sabbath mode if required. High Speed WiFi Internet provided for free. Heated Private Pool and Spa (Pool/Spa Heating has Additional Electric Surcharge of $30 per day) Covered Lanai at the pool area Safe for kids. Includes High chair and Crib. Blackout roller blinds on all rooms. All showers have glass doors. All King beds have a new 14'' memory foam mattress. Club House with pool, Pool side bar, Half court basketball, Beach Volleyball Court, Children's play area, Lounge area, Fitness Room, Concierge service and help desk, Tennis Court, ATM, Free Package Handling and Storage. Infrared Grill Optional ($100 fee per rental) BEFORE YOUR STAY: If you want the Pool/Spa Heating On, there's a fuel surcharge of $30 per day. Please confirm in advance for the pool/spa heating to be on. You need to keep the water level over the skimmers when the pool heater is on (between the numbers on the pool wall). The equipment usually works very well, but if it doesn’t work due to any circumstance (as extremely cold weather, equipment failure, etc) there can’t be any kind of penalty or discount to the house reservation. The maximum that can be refunded in the case of pool heating failure is the amount charged to the pool heating electricity surcharge. Since there’s high evaporation of water when the pool is heated, the water level gets lowered quickly. The guest is required to keep the water level of the pool in the middle of the skimmers when the pool is heated. There’s a hose that can be used to fill the pool. If the water level gets too low when the pool is being heated, the pool pump runs dry, and the heater doesn’t work. Any damage to the pool pump in that case will be taken from the security deposit, and there can’t be any refund on the electricity surcharge. There's a $100 charge for the optional Infrared Grill Usage. Please confirm in advance if you want to use it. Propane supplied by guest. DURING YOUR STAY: You cannot move the furniture or the beds of their original place. You cannot take any furniture, tables, bed, chairs, or utensils out of the house. You cannot bring in any furniture, tables or chairs to be used while in the house. If furniture is moved, a minimum fee of $50 will be charged. You cannot exceed the contracted maximum number of guests and you cannot have any person different from the list sent before your checkin. If there are more people than arranged, or different from the checkin list, the contract will be immediately terminated and the entire deposit will be withheld. You cannot smoke in any part of the house, even in the pool area. If evidence of cigarrete or any kind of smoke is found, the entire deposit will be withheld. We try to supply the best type of hand, bath and wash towels. Please note that the supplied towels are for personal usage for drying the hands and the body, and NOT FOR CLEANING. Usage of towels for removing makeup, cleaning any part of the house, or anything that can stain or damage the towels will be charged $30 per towel. BEFORE THE CHECKOUT: Please clean all used glassware and kitchen utensils before checking out. A minimum fee of US$50 will be charged if the kitchen or it utensils are left unclean. Please make sure that there is no trash inside the house, and all the trash that's on the garbage bins fit in with the bins closed. If you have excess trash, please take it to the HOA dumpsters before checkout. A minimum fee of $50 will be charged if trash is found inside the house, or if there's excess trash on the bins (they must be closed) or unbagged trash in the bins. The checkout is precisely at 10am. The cleaning crew will come precisely at this time. If you fail to checkout on time, a $100 fee will be charged. ABOUT SERVICE ANIMALS: We are aware of the value service animals bring to people, and we are aware of VRBO’s policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety becomes an issue. My children suffer from moderate to severe pet allergies and this is our living space when not hosting guests. As such we can only welcome non-shedding/no-danger companions to our house as we need to guarantee the health of our children. Camera security system outside on entry door and pool door and inside the garage.

Got this place for a family of 3, for our 2 week Disney + Universal vacation. Overall, great location, conveniently located within a 20-30 mins drive to theme parks, 5 mins away from Walmart which was perfect for last minute grocery runs after a long day, 20 mins away from premium outlets was a bonus as well. Gated community was a plus for added security. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Thanks Eduardo!

My husband and I decided to take my youngest and 3 grandkids on a last minute spring break vacation. We found this home on VRBO and it was great. From booking the dates and then contacting the host (Eduardo) to change our dates with ease, he made everything so easy. He was fast at replying and gave us all the info needed to check in, he also allowed us to check in early after a long drive. The home is very clean and spacious. The house had everything my family needed. We have no complaints whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home! But...
The home is gorgeous! Very roomy. We had enough room for everyone. We did encounter a problem with live roaches on the kitchen island! Owner was contacted he responded immediately, first telling us that it is a common problem in Florida, we assured him that we are Floridians and we do not have roaches in our homes, we do get quarterly pest control. After a little back and forth which seemed to have been caused by a language barrier. The owner did send out pest control, which made us feel better,, but we have been coming to different houses in Kissimmee for 13 years and a few times at Terre Verde and have never encountered a roach problem. The owner did all that could be done and graciously gave us a couple of concessions. I would stay there again as I'm sure the owner will keep at the problem until it is thoroughly resolved.. At Check-in, key deposit cash-only $20 was not mentioned in ad- key returned at checkout only $10 returned. This should be mentioned up front, as we always use our debit/credit cards on vacation.

Excellent property for our family of 8 adults and two children.
The property suited us perfectly with our third stay at Terra Verde, which I think is the best resort in Kissimmee. With grown up children the en-suites in three bedrooms upstairs was especially nice. The house was big enough for all 8 adults and two children. The outside area was very nice with pool/spa heat and a BBQ to grill on. The owner, Eduardo, was truly amazing and attended to anything we wanted from extra towels to replacement pool cues. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he responded to my WhatsApp messages immediately.

Overall, our stay was great, welcoming, and just what we needed. Everything was so great and comfortable that we didn't leave the house much. I would definitely recommend this house!

We have been visiting the area for 20+ years and this was by far the easiest and nicest place and owner. We plan to stay here again next time! There are always issues that are inevitable but the home owner was available and willing to check into the situation quickly.

Excellent Rental
The house was very clean, and spacious for our group of 12. We had plenty of space for everyone to get ready in mornings, and to enjoy the time spent at the house. The kitchen is well stocked so that we could eat some meals at the house. This is an excellent property that I would definitely stay at again.

The host was amazing with communication, helpful and flexible. The house was extremely spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The decor was very modern. Hi,
Other than getting responses ( Not resolutions) from the owner, nothing was good about this property.
To start with check in at the house, owner provided lock box key which was incorrect. Just before 5 mins of our arrival at property, he provided correct key in VRBO message which I did not check ( I was on vacation and not checking my emails every min!!!).
When we checked property on arrival, sports room ( garage) was complete junk. Most of the space covered with their junk items. Pool table and foosball tables were dirty beyond your imagination. I will post the picture if I am allowed here.
ZERO bath supplies. We were told that we will have supplies but not in extra stock which was OK. But, there were NONE. When I asked, I was told that I can buy from Walmart!
Window curtains were broken which ruined our privacy. Even after complaining, Noone came to fix it!!
In the listing, it was advertised that there were 2 single foldable beds. When we arrived, those were not there. Owner kept saying they were there.
After lot of back & forth and sending the photos of each room, he said that housekeeper will be there in few mins. He mentioned that She (housekeeper) making another house in the community and will come soon. We waited and waited. Then he started giving wrong reasons that she had accident and can't come.. that was complete lie. And I was offered to pick real cheap $8 bed from Walmart by myself and he would pay me later for that!!! I guess I was on my vacation and he wanted to do his housekeeping job for him!!
I had plans to go out on that evening, but we couldn't as we kept waiting for housekeeper and he kept saying they will be there shortly. Finally, they came at 10:45 PM to drop off the foldable beds!! When housekeeper came to drop by, you could not see any signs of accident or anything!!!
For heating the pool, we wanted to heat only for a day, but he said that we have to pay for all the days as he has to turn in advance and have to keep it turned ON. So, we paid for all days in advance.
Itwas NOT heated with the temperatures advertised by him earlier. When we informed him, he changed remotely through app. Also, he was turning OFF whenever we were out from the pool. So, it was complete lie to just rip for all days for heating.
Pool condition was horrible. Day before our checkout, they applied chemicals in the pool which caused skins problems to us and burning of eyes!! He supposed to put chemicals AFTER we leave!!!

When you walk in you are amazed how beautiful the open space from the entryway to the kitchen. The rooms were very spacious. Each master bedroom had it's own bathroom which was a huge plus. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was so nicely organized with plenty of cups, plates, utensils etc We payed extra for the pool to be heated and it was perfect. Spent most of our days in it. The space by the pool was perfect as well. Plenty of room everywhere. Eduardo was great at responding with anything that came up. This was by far a great experience. We definitely will book again if we decide to vacation in Florida again.

The house is very modern, very clean and great location, the host was always available to answer any questions we had and very helpful. Only one setback. The pool was not working the heat in the pool did not work. We came from a cold state looking forward to have a private pool because of Covid 19, my family was very disappointed about the pool, but that’s the only complaint. I would only come back to this house if the pool works.

The house is very modern, very clean and great location, the host was always available to answer any questions we had and very helpful. Only one setback. The pool was not working the heat in the pool did not work. We came from a cold state looking forward to have a private pool because of Covid 19, my family was very disappointed about the pool, but that’s the only complaint. I would only come back to this house if the pool works.
