Island Time was perfect for our trip to the Keys. Great location near restaurants and boat rental was a short walk away. The host were very responsive and extremely nice. There was great communication and check in was very easy.

We decided to do a trip instead of gifts this year, and it was a successful experiment! We had four of our five children (twin 19 year old boys, 9 yo girl, 8 yo boy) along with my husband and myself. The divided “apartments” worked perfectly for our age-diverse family, and the location was not only great for fishing and a rented boat, but very centralized for checking out local attractions and lots of great restaurants. The twins even got around of golf in!
It was our first trip to the Keys and we (every one of us) thoroughly enjoyed it.
Jim was very helpful and we enjoyed Norm’s stories!

The house is exactly what we were looking for. Extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds were the best and we ldis not lack for anything. The location is perfect for getting to the ocean and the bay. The canal is perfect for floating, kayaking or paddle boarding. And the best part are the hosts. Norm and Nancy and family are wonderful. We will be back next year.

Was down with some friends to do some fishing and location can't be beat for both Gulf and Ocean access. Nancy and her husband checked in regularly to make sure everything was as expected and even let us bring the boat over early. Didn't spend much time inside with all the outdoor seating but the house had all the amenities when we went looking. Would love to come back again.

We’re a group of 6 adults looking to get away from the cold, gray, snowy weather at home. This was perfect for our group to access the water with a rented boat and explore the channels, with playful dolphins following in our wake. We saw a manatee near the neighbor’s dock. We sat it the hut to drink coffee and adult beverages! At night we played cards, chatted by the water, and enjoyed each other’s company while lessening our winter blues!

This gem is great for a sunny getaway! Loved everything from easy booking, to the warmest greetings from the host/owners, and the place itself was clean, tidy, well appointed inside and out, and perfect for our lil family of 4 with tons of room to spare. It’s perfectly located just a short distance from great food, groceries, parks, etc. It was absolutely perfect.

We had a great time at this location. I have stayed here many times before and it was great to see the new upgrades. I love this location as it is close to many amenities via water(fuel, bait, ice etc). we caught some great fish and really enjoyed the snorkeling on the reef. all in all, we could not have asked for a better trip and a better place to stay. we will book again at this location in the future. . Until next time Island Times.......

The home seems to be a work in progress, they’re gradually making updates. The upstairs is nicely updated with new appliances and a remodeled bathroom. The downstairs needs some work, especially the bathroom/shower. There were some areas throughout that needed deeper cleaning (ceiling fans, baseboards, downstairs tile floor). The host was very kind and appreciative, the home had all the amenities we needed and it’s in the perfect keys location. WiFi and lockbox information on the VRBO app didn’t match the information provided at the house.

This home was perfect for our week with friends. The kitchen was well stocked which I always appreciate. The beds were comfy and having two living spaces worked out great for our group. The technology in the house was a little outdated, but it didn't affect us at all. The back seating/patio area was the highlight for us. We sat outside almost every night. We grilled, ate outside, jumped in the canal, and had direct easy access to our boat. The 2 year old with us really loved visiting the Venetian Shores playground and pool area. Thanks Nancy for a lovely week.

They Island Times was a perfect house for us. We were able to dock our boat and park the trailer at the property. The owners were extremely accomodating. The house has everything that we needed. We particularly liked the layout. The downstairs had a separate entrance which was good for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable beds, chairs, sofas and outdoor furniture. We were there for fishing and the dock area, with 3 hoses for boat cleanup, fish cleaning table and very short canal ride to the open ocean were ideal. Outdoor freezer for frozen bait and chum blocks was great. Not an elegant house, but very nice for fishermen.

This house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen were ideal. We were able to keep the boat in the water right next to the house. We could easily go to the bay or the Atlantic via Snake Creek. We will be back. Thanks

This home compared in price to a resort but gave us so much more room and freedom. The dock was a perfect place to fish casually from. We found everything we needed to cook our own meals when we wanted. Free admission to Founders Park gave our young adults plenty to do. Wave running, deep sea fishing, biking, the beach and a splash pad for the toddler. We love Islamorada!

Island Times worked great for us. Good dockage for the boat, and quick access to both the Atlantic and Gulf. Bait freezer, water hoses, power, etc. House was great as well. Two separate units but that worked out fine. Close restaurants. Look forward to coming back.

This vacation home is just what the doctors order. Well kept, clean, and the owners are the best. We stayed 2/21 thru 2/28/18. The clean up of the keys has been great. It is still going on but if you looked at it from this house, you would never know anything happened. The tiki hut is the place to hang out. Keep cool with the nice breeze, even in the 82 - 87 degree days we had. I love to fish, so got plenty of it from the dock at the house. Great places to eat and party are close by. There is everything you need and if there is not, all you need to do is contact Nancy. Hope to get back there again to forget these cold winters up here in Jersey. Thanks again, Doug

We are very excited to be coming back to this wonderful and well cared for home for 2 weeks next summer. We stayed for one week about 3 years ago and have been trying to get back to this very spot. Island Times is cozy and clean and had every amenity we could have hoped for. The canal was moments to the open ocean or bay. We are a fishing, diving, paddle-boarding, snorkeling family, and the dock-age for our 32' boat was ideal. We loved having water available to for wash down ad the filet table dockside. The chiki hut was the perfect place for morning coffee, or enjoying the Keys gentle breezes. The owners were so wonderful in every aspect and worked to make certain we were happy with the home they lovingly share with others. A wonderful surprise was that with the rental comes "residents" privileges at Founders Park!
