Situated in Carlton, this charming house for $604 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Grant street is an elegant, three-bedroom vacation home located one block off of Main Street in downtown Carlton, Oregon. Known as 'A Great Little Town', Carlton sits in the heart of the Willamette Valley and hosts more than 40 wineries, many of which are within walking distance. The Willamette Valley is home to over 250 wineries, numerous local breweries with access to some of the world's best hop farms, and a variety of restaurants sourcing local ingredients. Only an hour's drive from Portland, Grant Street is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway. Originally built in 1903, Grant Street underwent a stunning renovation in 2005. The open kitchen-living area, covered back patio with wood-burning fireplace overlooking the gardens, and the Game Barn with a separate lounge area makes Grant Street the perfect place to come together with family or friends while you are enjoying all that the wine country has to offer. Grant Street is perfect for entertaining. You can gather around the kitchen bar, the dining room or out on the back covered patio next to the fireplace. For recreation, you can retire to the Game Barn where you will find AppleTV, pool table, ping pong, foosball, a variety of board games and a comfortable lounge area with surround sound. Grant Street sleeps 6-8. The first master bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom ensuite. The second master bedroom has a king bed, a queen daybed, and a bathroom across the hall (sleeps 2-4 people). The third bedroom has a queen bed. Linens, towels and eco-luxury bath products are provided. There is no access to the garage for parking or access.

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend trip and had an amazing time. The house is even better than portrayed in the photographs (the game barn was a pleasant surprise!) with plenty of space for people to enjoy themselves while also having peace and quiet. I highly recommend for a family trip or a trip with friends.

We loved the house. It was great for a group of family and friends. Worked well for the one year old traveling with us. Great kitchen if you like to cook. Fun nights eating on the back deck and close to wineries. Would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our weekend in wine country. We live in Portland and just wanted a few days out of the city. We loved the well stocked kitchen, outdoor seating and dining area, comfortable couch for morning coffee/reading and the game barn. The location is great, we walked to dinner one night and over to the bakery in the morning. Check in access was super easy and the complimentary wine was the perfect way to start our stay. We enjoyed a fire in the outdoor fireplace listening to the sounds of crickets. I’m sure we will be back soon!

Used this property as a base for a weekend wedding in Carlton hills. Very conveniently located in Carlton, which is between Yamhill and McMinville. Property has nicely outfitted kitchen, beautiful covered outdoor patio with fireplace and overhead fans. The beds have no flat sheets, rather a lightweight knit blanket goes atop your body, followed by a duvet-covered comforter...a bit unusual, something I've never experienced before. There's no garage parking but there's three spots in front and plenty of on street parking. This is a quiet neighborhood. It is within easy walking distance of downtown Carlton, which has several interesting boutiques, restaurants, and coffee kiosks. Would highly recommend Carlton Bakery for pastries, sandwiches, and drinks.

Dozens of wine tasting opportunities within a few minutes walk or drive. Groceries for cooking in nearby towns. Carlton is a very quiet, sweet and lovely small town. I took long walks at dawn each day in quiet, friendly streets.

Stayed at the Grant Street property with family that gathered to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and this home could not have been a more perfect fit!! It was spacious, beautiful and had every feature we could have hoped for! The Game Barn and outside deck & fireplace was so incredible. Many laughs shared and memories made this weekend and we feel so fortunate to have done it at this beautiful home!

This is a beautiful house for getting together with family or friends. It is exactly as shown in pictures and has large functional spaces to socialize. The outside patio is comfortable and the game room is very large with pool and ping pong tables. Beds are soft but comfortable. Easy access with keyless entry. One of the best homes we have rented!

Everything you need for a quite getaway. Very well equipped kitchen, plenty to do at the house, fantastic games barn and close to vineyards, a number of excellent restaurants and golf courses. Driveable to the beach and hiking trails.

Fantastic VRBO in Carlton. The outdoor deck and fireplace were terrific. The entertainment barn was great after returning from wine tastings. Walking distance to the small towns restaurants. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

Really nice property for our annual family get together. We were amazed with the amount of space. Everything tidy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Great kitchen and grill for when dining in. Spacious porch, a favorite hang-out space. And the game room - pool table, ping pong, foosball, board games - they’ve truly made this an inviting vacation spot! Really good communication for help with questions, and details for location and checking in. We hope to return next year!

The Grant Street home is wonderful. There were four of us - all adults - staying there and we had so much room. Layout of the house is awesome with the extra unattached games room. The deck was wonderful for sitting on jn the evenings and early mornings as well. The kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms well appointed with 3 bathrooms. It’s located in a great neighborhood and is a short drive to a lot of wineries in the region. Will definitely recommend to friends

I immediately felt warmly welcomed when I entered this well-appointed, beautiful home! It was ideal for me, my husband, and two of our sons and their wives. It was also perfect for hosting a small bridal shower for my future daughter-in-law, which our host graciously allowed. The "younger set" (25+) got to enjoy the wonderful game barn while we older folks relaxed around the cozy fireplace on the deck. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all necessities. We enjoyed strolling the few blocks to lovely Carlton for a glass of wine, distillery tasting, and an entertaining serenade from talented local guitarist. This home was conveniently located near many scenic spots, including our son's wedding venue (Youngberg Hill Winery and Inn) and the Trail of Ten Falls, a must see. I can honestly say I've never stayed in a lovelier rental home!

The pictures do not do this property justice. Spaces are wide and open. The kitchen has those little extra special touches, like a wolf stove. It was difficult choosing where to hang out, because we wanted to maximize our time in every space. From the kitchen and living room, dining room, outside living area, and the game room. We were here on a bachelorette weekend, but I’d love to come back anytime with friends and family.

Wonderful stay for long Thanksgiving weekend. House was very comfortable and very well appointed with kitchen set up. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and fun family time in the Game Barn. Bonus that we could walk right into the center of Carlton.
