They also offer kayak and paddle board rentals for $20/hr. This one's on the third floor, so if you don't mind the steps the privacy and view are superior. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach. Ideal for a couple with a well behaved small dog looking for an 150 ft walk from their door to the gulf beach with a great view of the beach and gulf from the top floor of the 3 story, 12 unit property. Property appears to be one of the remaining original buildings on the beach and is a little dated but that gives it unique charm and feel and comfort. Best thing we loved and were surprised by the rental was that it came with two beach chair and umbrella set ups by beach staff on the beach so we did not have carry chairs to the beach each day. Balcony provides a great hang out with sun at least in early October. Appeared to have several recurring renters.

Definitely recommended.. the view was beautiful, got to see dolphins right from the balcony, right on the beach, outside showers to wash off sand and salt water, the rooms was clean and the staff was really nice but didn’t bother us at all, the owner was very accommodating, washer and dryer on site which was nice easy to use. Definitely would go back and stay there again 😃

Stay at your own risk! We had a terrible experience! Only time I have had a problem with a VRBO property. There were roaches all over the kitchen. Owner knew there was roaches and still rented to us. He said he had it sprayed 2 weeks prior however must not have worked. Owner refused to refund money! He wanted us to stay and let someone spray for the roaches again.

Not the most elegant or super fancy but it was amazing. Communication was super easy and the place was really cozy. Amazing beachside view. Not a large facility so you don't have to deal with all the different guests. Family friendly and convenient location.

We have been staying at this complex for years. We love the set up, the units, the beach the area and the people. We have rented from Paul and Candy several times. Was small and in some ways cramped even for 2 with rates that we anticipated a bit better, but nice overall. Not much room for storing things and closet had lots of supplies for repairs it appeared. Bathroom was quite nice, but shower curtain had mildew spots. We noticed quite a few things around the place that could be remodeled and updated. Only having counter to eat at would be okay, but stools not tall enough. Dissapointed in final effort to reach out to owner when our trip had to be cut short due to the loss of a family member and reached out to him, but he never replied at all.

The unit was nicely decorated with updated bath. Enjoyed view of beach from bedroom. Appreciate being able to bring small dog and beach service provided with reservation. Unit was small but fine for short stay for 2 adults. Kitchen was equipped to make breakfast but would be challenging to prepare larger meal. Great location and would recommend.

This is an older small one bedroom unit. Total of 12 units in the complex Nice clean and just as described online. For my Wife and I plus our Dog it was a perfect spot. Very comfortable and right on the beach. Hassle free booking and check in

Villas Capri #10 was a cozy condo with an incredible view of the ocean! There’s no crossing a street or driving, just walk down the stairs and you’re on the beach. The owners and management were incredibly responsive, professional, and courteous. The condo was well-decorated and had everything we needed. Our dog was very comfortable too! We loved this area of Ft. Walton Beach - not too busy or touristy. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.The decor was spot on beachy and cozy. Memory foam bed was good. The view from the balcony priceless! The only complaint would be that the sliding glass door needs replaced. Not only was it hard to open the clarity of the glass was somewhat poor making it hard to see the beauty outside.

Didn't say in the description of property that it wasn't handicap accessible,no elevator ,having osteoarthritis in both knees, climbing 4 flights of stairs made my stay horrible,besides that nice place

This was our 3rd time staying at Villa Capris, and we love it! The condo building is smaller than most there, but it makes it more private and quiet. Paul's units have been very clean, with every amenity you need for a comfortable stay. Right on the beach, with a balcony overlooking the ocean is a Big plus. Will definitely go back again, and highly recommend!

The building is older and the stairs were dirty the whole time we were there. There is no elevator and our condo was third floor. Once inside the place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The sliding door was difficult to close but we loved the view from the balcony. Great for morning coffee. The couch was new looking but very hard. Overall great view and location but not sure I would return to deal with three flights of stairs.

Our stay here was great overall! Great area, not too crowded. The beachfront view was absolutely beautiful from the condo. The condo itself was nothing too fancy, but everything that my partner and I needed for our trip. I really enjoyed staying in a smaller condo building vs some of these 10+ story buildings. The 3rd floor balcony was just perfect. The only possible complaint was that the sliding door to the balcony can be tricky to move but that’s nothing too major. We also really enjoyed being able to bring our (well behaved) dog with us. She loved the balcony too!

This property is a cute space. It’s an older building but the updates inside are great. We enjoyed being able to bring our pups and have a great space to stay with beach views and beach side service. Bed is very comfortable.

If I could give a zero star on check in I would tow and half house after sitting in parking lot of condo we finally got a code to get in.Owner showed up unannounced while I was in the shower. Husband was gone at the time so when I went to door i was told I was ridiculous for not letting him in to fix the internet so I had to explain that I was in a towel and not dressed becuse I had to get out of shower since he wouldn’t quit banging on the door. Strangest vacay I’ve ever experienced . Verbo tech support was terrible not sure we will use them again but this was our first issue ever with having to contact support so maybe it was more of an owner issue than verbo.

First time for our family down in this area, and we wanted to ensure we were right on the beach. The condo offers an AMAZING view of the ocean and beach, while making it simply to take the kids down to the water. The entire process was easy and the condo offered us everything we could ask for.

I reserved unit 8 online. I had to contact the property owner AFTER check in time and they were unaware that I was coming that day. Then I got an email about unit 4 and another phone call that I would be in unit 10. The washer and dryer are not in the unit. The stairwells are covered with black mold. There is not a hot tub. I emailed about it and did not get a response. There was an issue with another tenant smoking and the smell in my condo was horrendous. The furniture is super out dated and the bed is just a giant piece of foam it’s not a mattress. The owner said this APP doesn’t work for the rentals so I’m not sure why this is offered. There are also 12 units and like 8 parking spots. The owner was responsive but not worth the money or issues I had.

We have stayed here for several years now and it was perfect as always. Clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. Paul and Cindy are great host and I am thankful they allow us to bring our pup. It was a great get-away weekend and I would highly recommend any of Paul and Cindy's rentals.

Awesome place to stay and have a vacay. Check in was easy and everything was taken care of. Marietta did a fantastic job making sure the room was clean and Paul did a great job making me feel welcome and want to come back! Will stay again.
