This small 27-unit condominium offers a peaceful retreat with an uncrowded beach. Listen to the waves roll in and feel the powder white sand under your feet as you walk down to the beach, just steps from your back door. The community swimming pool provides a relaxing place to sunbath and take a dip. Close to all local attractions, entertainment, and restaurants... Island Sands the perfect beach location. This 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom unit includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar with seating for six, a main living area with a sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony with gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV, and half bathroom. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination in the hallway. Washer and dryer in unit. 12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center Keyless Lock- Self check-in Wireless internet Community pool Grilling area No Elevator Beach Service Included (March- October) 2 chairs and an umbrella This is not a pet- friendly property. The owner has health issues that will not allow pets of any kind. This property is exempt from ADA service animal guidelines as it is a private residence. Guests will be asked to depart the unit immediately if any animals are reported on the premises. We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner. One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us. We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

The rain cancelled our deep sea fishing trip but the condo was amazing. The view was perfect and the check in was easy. The communication was great to. Would definitely love to stay at Island Sands again. Oh and being on the third floor was perfect.

Loved the condo and the complex. We arrived around noon and the cleaner was just finishing up so we were able to get in early. The condo was clean, the photos were accurate and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was such an easy walk to the beach. We wanted to stay in this condo again next year but both of our weeks weren't available so we had to choose another condo. Would love to return to this one and use Kimberly Lang vacations again!

The check in process was as easy as it gets. We had everything we could possibly need inside the unit. The smaller complex allowed for less people which meant no crowds so my kids got a full first experience of everything. We will definitely be back.

Condo was clean bed comfy but creaked and the area to get around it was hard ran my calf into the bed post. That was a very pretty bruise. The biggest complaint was 3rd floor & not meant to hull luggage up all those stairs. Also you had to walk right in front of the lower level to access the beach I felt intrusive. View was pretty.

We will definitely rent this unit again. Loved the amazing view. The condo was equipped with nice plates, mugs, wine glasses. Very clean, and liked all the samples left in bathrooms, under kitchen sink, detergent to wash clothing, etc.

My family was in town for a powerlifting competition and really enjoyed the stay here. The stairs are a bit tiresome after a few trips, but I definitely book this again.

Very happy with our stay here. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. I’m not sure if this is possible, but the only thing I would consider doing is adding another lock to the door such as a deadbolt. Everything was perfect though and we will definitely be back!

The condo was absolutely perfect! So clean and comfortable. The beach service was the best with the chairs and umbrellas set up ever morning as he was the sweetest attendant to answer any questions. My husband and I will definitely be back!

We have been to this complex 4 times and this is our third time in this unit. Because it is a smaller complex, you have less crowded beachfront which is what we want. The condo is perfect for a small family of 4. Nicely stocked amenities (towels, beach towels and kitchen). We will be back.

This was a very nice one bedroom condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The only thing missing would be a table to share a meal or play a game. There is adequate seating at the counter if you like that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property, the view is absolutely gorgeous. A great 1 BR condo with everything you need to enjoy the Emerald Coast, including beach chairs and umbrella (March- Oct), which was a real treat. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony, or on the beach. Staff is great, responds quickly to inquiries.
