About this cottage rental

Situated in Laguna Beach, this lovely cottage for $257 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Only weekly rentals are available in June and July from Saturday to Saturday. Please note, we only rent to families and have a minimum age requirement of 25. We do not rent to student groups. Though we appreciate your interest, there are no exceptions to this policy. Our beach property consists of a main duplex cottage plus a guest house. This listing is for the rental of one side of the duplex only. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living area and kitchen. It will accommodate up to 6 guests. If you need additional space or will be vacationing with a larger group, check for the availability of the left side of the duplex ( property ID # 1088711) or the left side + guest house listed separately under property ID # 1074283. Relax and unwind just a few steps away from the most beautiful beaches in the world. Our cottage is located in Laguna Beach, on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. It is situated directly across from the beach in an old residential area that gives you an idea of what the beach was like before the big high-rise condos. Amenities include a flat screen TV with satellite in the living area, Wi-Fi internet access, full kitchen with basic dishes and cooking utensils, shared wash room with a full-size washer and dryer, charcoal grill, and an outside shower to rinse off after that fun day at the beach. Our cottage is conveniently located about 4 miles west of Pier Park outdoor shopping complex. Thomas' donuts and the local Carousel grocery store are an easy 2-minute drive. Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie and Publix grocery stores are also close by. Restaurants to suit any taste are nearby. Panama City Beach has many fun attractions such as Shipwreck Island water park, Gulf World, Wonder Works, Ripley's, snorkeling, parasailing, go-carts, putt-putt golf and lots more for your family to enjoy. There are also two state parks within a few minutes’ drive. The Frank Brown Baseball/Softball Complex is only 4 miles away and Laguna Beach Christian Retreat is less than 1/2 mile from the property.

Fantastic place to stay for people with less mobility. The beach was just across the street and everything in the home is on one level. The second bedroom is a bit small but otherwise great place to stay. Not enough room for a table but has counter and barstools. It worked ok. Being so close to the beach was best part!!

Right across from beach access. Just right for our needs to have quiet comfortable place to sleep after relaxing all day on the beach. Comfortable beds! Close to Pier Park for restaurants etc but away from hustle and bustle. We have stayed here before and will again.

We are a family of four and the rental was perfect for us! The parking is right in front of the home. Beach access is LITERALLY across the street. I timed it at one time and it takes 2 minutes from the door to the sand. The outdoor shower is great! We were very happy with the rental and plan to stay again

Great location, clean, convenient grocery stores, traffic was not bad at all. Just do not go to the grocery store on Saturday !!! Bring your own beach chairs or you can call a beach service.

John was very pleasant to work with and the communication was excellent. The house is exactly as described and the bed was comfortable. It is a very easy and quick walk to the beach. Even though the house is right on Front Beach Road it was very quiet. We would stay here again.

This was the quintessential beach house. Not too fancy, but perfectly adequate for a weeks stay at the beach. The wash facility was great to have, and had supplies provided. The walk to the beach was so convenient. We had easy access to the activities we participated in. For a small group this was a great place to stay. It does only have one bathroom, so make sure your group is okay with sharing a bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

More than adequate for our needs. Location was amazing - away from the craziness of the condos and pier areas. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves and it was so close, we went twice a day.

My family was looking for a place close to the beach that's not very crowded and we found this gem. House is nice, not outdated, there is a bbq, pots, pans if you want to cook, we even found a crackpot and some games if you want to play. I only wish there was more larger mugs for coffee, other than that it was perfect. Entrance to the beach is right in front of the house. Every morning I would make a cup of coffee, go to the beach in my pajamas lol and enjoy the view and breeze. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment is in close proximity but not close enough where you have crowds walking in frond of your windows. The rental was also priced very well. Originally we thought of staying in a condo or a hotel but after the first day of our stay at this house we were so glad we chose it.

This is a great property in the Laguna Beach/Sunnyside area. I personally love this area as it is much more secluded while still close to PCB and 30A. The property was exactly as listed, very clean, and the perfect size for a family of 2-4. What is even better is you are right across from the public beach access, less than 60 yards from the beach. John was a great host and communicated well throughout the entire process, including during the stay when we had an issue. 5 stars and highly recommend for this area.

The property was great right across from a beach entrance! Outside shower worked well. Thankfully there was internet and Dish because the weather was terrible (waterspout/ tornado) rained most of our stay. So the house was great we did not lose power at all. It was cute, light and clean. We hope to stay again!

This is our second time staying and we think it’s perfect for us. You can’t beat the location if you like less people and less traffic. We love the beach access and private parking. Definitely beats a high rise condo!

My FAVORITE place to stay!

My family and I always look forward to staying here. The location just cant be beat, and the kindness of the owners just make it all the better. Just a few seconds away from the beach, we walk multiple times per day (no sand in the vehicles), outside shower to rinse off before going back inside, and just minutes away from Walmart etc. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay, this is the one for you! I plan to come back every year.

Great location, 30 second walk to the beach! Loved that it was a little bit outside of the busy business district, made traffic more bearable. The cleaning crew could have done a better job but overall it was a great stay.

This was a great house for our small family. It's just across the street from a public beach entrance, and the houses across the street, on the beach side, are houses, not huge condos, so the beach is relatively uncrowded and quiet. Great place--I love this quiet end of Panama City Beach.
