Located in Springfield, this charming house for $276 per night is a great choice for your next break. Read full description. No hidden service or cleaning fees. I do charge $25 per night per pet, paid at check in. Longer stays pet fee negotiable. Centrally located in a historic neighborhood. 2 Bed room (King Size Memory Foam Sleep Number Bed and Queen Size Memory Foam Sleep Number), One fold out couch that sleeps two. Complete Kitchen, Family Room with leather furniture, 54 inch Flat Screen TV with Cable, WIFI, Multi-Level Deck, privacy wood fence, Route 66 medal art on wood fence, Stocked Bar, outdoor in ground pool, Jacuzzi, Hammock, Spacious Back Yard. Great Neighborhood. Less than a mile from all major concert venues and Universities. Centrally located to Downtown, Springfield Cardinals Ball Park and all the major Universities. Walking distance (Cherry and Pickwick streets, Tie and Timber Brewery and Team Taco), great dining and beverages, check out Cherry Pickers, Tea Bar and Bites,IMOs Pizza, Skully's eatery and Ott's Pasta. Owner lives in the basement apartment. Separate entrance, so upstairs is private. Owner has two friendly dogs that stay inside unless owner is outside. If you don't want to have the dogs outside around the pool, the owner will keep them inside. They are very friendly and love kids. The host's goal is to maintain VIP accommodations that are far superior to other competitors in the area. The owner is personally dedicated to ensuring your stay is awesome. No parties without owner's special permission. Quite hours after 10pm. If you wish to bring pets, first discuss with owner. Unless owner gives permission, no non-paying guests can use the hot tub or pool without payment arrangement with owner. Pool will normally be open late March thru October, check with owner.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Todd's home is very charming, comfortable, and clean. He is an amazing host who goes above and beyond for his guests. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and super close to downtown Springfield. We have stayed at 7-8 vacation rentals in the last 3 years and this one ranks top tier!

Let me just say that I thought this would be an easy over night stay. To start, when we did not arrive at the time we thought, he began to scold me for being disrespectful because I did not make it by the specified time. I told him to just leave a key for us. He insisted he needed to give us "the tour".
As I exited the car, he says, "Well Angela, I am beginning to wonder if you can even read." In hindsight, this is when I should have left. But it was a one night stay, and I thought I would not have to see him again.
As we were touring the pool area, he says one of my friends may come over for drinks later, and asked if this was okay. We said ok. We were trying not to be rude. We proceeded to put on our swimsuits and have a couple of drinks. Todd was already at the pool when we got down there. Then he got in the pool with us!!!!
After we got home from our concert we again went to the pool it was after 10pm, but he told us as long as we were quiet we could use it. We were talking, not laughing or yelling, he comes out of the dark where I guess he was watching and says "Angela you are being loud" which creeped us out, so went into the house to shower and go to bed because we intended to leave early. No laughing, yelling, music, or tv. In bed at 12:30, he begins banging on the door saying he is calling the cops because we are breaking the rules!
We were SCARED! We were doing nothing! We called the cops to escort us to our car,left at 1am. This is not private, don't be fooled!!!

There are not enough words to describe our 5 star experience at this beautiful Oasis! From the moment we checked in, Todd met us and walked us through the property and expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful with comfy beds and the best accommodations. Cozy and quaint, this beautiful home provided everything we needed to rest and relax. Our family made memories that we will forever cherish. We enjoyed becoming friends with Todd and his fur baby Apollo. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and even gifted us a sweet treat which we all enjoyed. The deck and backyard where beyond stunning! We had everything needed and then some! You will not be sorry booking this home! Our family will be back!

This place is awesome! Todd had thought of everything! His dog, Apollo, was an added bonus! Comfortable sleep number beds, neat outdoor deck spaces, beautiful landscaping, abs a quiet neighborhood! Couldn’t have been a better choice for us!

This place is an absolute amazing mini resort with all the amenities! The beds are fabulous! Home is warm and cozy! The pool is to die for!!! Great deck area and back yard are a paradise! Todd the host has become a friend to us! His dog Apollo is a beauty and extremely well behaved. He needs a white bow tie and you’d think he was your butler. We will return! Everything was GREAT!!

This property is beautiful! We brought our two dogs and they loved Apollo, the Great Dane. The beds were sooo comfortable!! This place felt like a real home away from home. We will be back to this property every time we come to Springfield. Todd, the friendliest owner, makes the stay even better. Thank you for such a great rental experience.

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, the hottub was perfect, the beds were super comfortable and the host was awesome! He communicated with us and helped us with anything that we needed. We were there for a yearly bowling tournament and have decided that we would definitely stay there again. The topper that made the trip perfect was Apollo the great dane. He was absolutely a sweetheart! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!! Nothing praises to sing about the whole experience!!!

What a great property! Clean, comfortable, relaxing...great furnishings and the bed was super comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and Todd and Apollo were great hosts! Dufus our Aussie shepherd had a great time. Hot tub was fabulous. Will be staying again when we pass through! Thank you Todd. You provided a great start to our trip!

Don’t expect your stay to be a five star hotel. Todd’s place is very comfortable homey,he communicates well and leaves you alone. I wouldn’t recommend more than four people because of one bathroom. Otherwise a great place

Amazing Birthday Weekend!
We were greeted by the property owner and handed the keys/rules/agreement to the property. We were given a quick tour which was great as there are many areas of the property outside. The house was very cozy and decorated exceptionally. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! The owner and his furry companion, Apollo, made a great addition to our stay! We visited several times during our stay. Great hosts! We were very pleased with our visit!

We booked this property to stay for the wife's birthday and could not have had a better time. Todd was great to work with. Providing great choices for her birthdaydinner. Even though Todd lived in the basement you rarely see him... Them there's Apollo you just have to meet him to understand that is Todd dog.. the back yard and pool are amazing. You won't be disappointed

First timers with BNB. I will never stay in a hotel again given the choice. Our host was attentive without being intrusive. My mom and I were able to make great memories. Beds great, amenities great, location great ,host greatest!! So awesome!!! Start to finish! Already planning our next stay.
