About this cottage rental
Nestled in Henlopen Acres, this lovely cottage for $1,389 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome to Casa Delaware! The Perfect location to relax and have fun is our adorable beach Casa Cottage, located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach with 2 dedicated parking spots (2 street parking permits also available). One short block from the beach and around the corner from the best restaurants and shops, you are literally just steps from the best Rehoboth has to offer and the best part is that you will never need to move your car! The Cottage includes two living room areas with comfy sofas & chairs, cable TV, wireless internet and a DVD player. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that you need to make a great meal. The Cottage can accommodate up to 14 guests across four bedrooms, all with comfortable beds: Bedroom #1 a Queen in the master bedroom; Bedroom #2 a Double and Bunk bed (2 Single beds) Bedroom #3 2 Single beds Bedroom #4 2 Single beds. There is also a *New* Queen sized pull-out couch in the primary Living Room and a Full sized futon in the second Living Room (which affords a decent amount of privacy!) The house has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, plus a full-size washer & dryer, an outdoor shower is also located in front of the house, and a gas grill in the yard. The Kitchen: - Toaster - Microwave - Stove & Oven - Fridge - Dinnerware - Ovenware - Washer & Dryer Our house can fit up to 14 people comfortably. The location is perfect with our Cottage and the space is very usable! Please note, from May 15th to September 15th we usually rent on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday. On occasion we may be able to accommodate an exception, however, so please feel free to message us with special requests. Additionally, we provide comforters and pillows but you must supply your own linens and towels. There are several companies in town that rent them if you would like to do so ... just message us and we will provide you with suggestions! Celebrating a family reunion and needing more space? The Cottage can be combined with our 5 Bedroom House (VRBO Listing #1124270) and/or 1 Bedroom Apartment (VRBO Listing #1124291), both of which are located on the same property. House is great! Great location and everything we needed for a great weekend. Emma was very communicative and provided us with everything we needed. Parking situation was easy. Two spots in the driveway and two parking passes for street parking. Would definitely stay again.

We are very happy with our stay at this VRBO. Short walk to the beach but just a tick away so crowds going there were not bad at all. Place was clean and had plenty of space for our clan of 14. 3 bathrooms was a plus for sure! Owner was very helpful and communicated with me whenever I had a question. Would recommend for sure!

We couldn’t have asked for a better situation with two properties on the same lot for our family reunion trip! Proximity to the beach was just awesome. Only complaint was the kitchen has a problem with ants.

Perfect Beach Stay
We had a family of 8 stay and it was the perfect spot. It is a block from the beach and a couple of blocks to excellent shops/restaurants. This is an excellent area for kids of all ages!

The location was excellent. The property was great for the kids since there wasn't alot of stuff around that could break. Not so great for those with limited mobility. I thought we could manage with the steps outside, but it was difficult to get around with a walker. The host was very accommodating, with no real problems. If you can get around easily and you are looking for a place that is in a great location and not too formal, this was great.

4. The actual location of the property is odd. It's well off the street and right next to other units. It looks like it was dropped into place, like a barracks.
The bottom line is everything involves compromise. If you prize a good location and don't mind a basic cottage, this place is the best. We absolutely loved the location - it really made our trip to be able to just walk to the beach or shops any time we wanted.
If you want the granite countertops, etc., then you're either going to have to get something farther away or pay upwards of 50-75% more. If you're truly rich, then you probably won't be interested in this place b/c you'll pay $10-12,000 per week for a truly fancy house without blushing. For the rest of us, this place was great.

The cottage has large bedrooms with ample sleeping space and the kitchen has everything you could use. The location is just a block from the boardwalk....so perfect. Everything was easy about reserving the cottage, checking in and out. Will definitely return!

Great Stay at The Cottage!
A group of 12 of us came down for Memorial Day Weekend and had a great stay at The Cottage. Ryan and Emma were responsive and accommodating both leading up to and during the trip. We had one day where one of the outdoor showers was not working and Ryan fixed it that day. The Cottage is not a very large space and has kind of a tight layout, but we were more than comfortable even with a large group. And it was located one block from the beach and the main strip so the location is perfect. We would definitely rent from Ryan and Emma again and would recommend this property to any group looking for a place to stay in Rehoboth Beach!

Fantastic Location, Great Place
A large group of us traveled to Rehoboth for a weekend event at Cape Henlopen Park and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location was fantastic, just a quick couple blocks walk to the beach, and the cozy cottage had plenty of room for everyone staying there to hang out both inside and on the porch. The outdoor showers were a big hit and we would absolutely come back!
In addition, the hosts were very communicative about check-in and helpful with any questions we had.

Loved this place
Myself and 6 friends decided to come to Rehoboth for the labor day weekend, and was surprised when we found such a great place available. There was plenty of space for all of us (4 bedrooms) must of the time we were in the living room/ dining room. I actually packed a lot of stuff and brought it from home because I knew we were going to be cooking but when I got there, I could have just left all that stuff at home, this place had everything from pots and pans to dishes and silverware also spices to cook with, I will definitely stay here again. The beds were decent, everything was clean, and everything was in walking distance.

Visited w a group of girls for a 40th Birthday Party - the cottage was perfect and we had a good time - the weather was not the best, but that did not ruin our stay.

This was a great house for my family. It is a short walk to the beach/boardwalk and surrounding restaurants. The location is really perfect. The house is not modern and furnishings are dated but everything is clean, the kitchen is well-stocked with equipment, and there is room for everyone to have their own space. The owners were very helpful and getting in and out was easy. I would recommend it!

Incredible Family Vacation
What an amazing vacation we had and it is all thanks to the wonderful accommodations we found in this house. The owners are wonderful and very attentive. When we arrived the wifi wasn't working and they responding immediately to the email I sent. I ended up figuring out the issue very quickly but if I hadn't they were right on top of it. The house is a true 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, which was very convenient. It allowed the kids to go back and forth between the beach and house whenever they wanted and we had nothing to worry about. The house itself is very nice and really comfortable. Each room was very clean and we found that after a long day at the beach everyone could go different directions and find a spot to hang out and relax. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the living room was a great hangout spot to talk and play games with the family. The outdoor shower was a great way to not only remove the sand but also cool down after a hot day at the beach. The kitchen was a huge asset. It allowed us to make breakfast and lunch every day saving us a lot of money. The parking situation was also very smooth and the cars were right there and available if we wanted to go anywhere that we couldn't reach by foot. Overall we had an amazing vacation and will definitely stay here again.

Great cottage, perfect loation
This cottage is a great getaway! 4 adults and 4 kids stayed at the cottage comfortably. We loved the screened-in porch (with picnic table), using the grill and stocked kitchen. It is 1 block from the beach and boardwalk in a lovely quiet neighborhood (with a great little grocery store around the corner), and 2 blocks from the main street (tons of restaurants etc.)
