Situated in North Padre Island, this lovely house for $242 per night is a great option for your next break. Nemo Cay Resort D107K: Three Bedroom Townhome W/ Heated Saltwater Pool The interior has a modern coastal feel to it with soothing color schemes and comfy couches encouraging you to kick back and relax while you watch the 60" flat screen TV. The open concept kitchen, living and dining area is the perfect place to bring everyone together to enjoy a nice family meal after a long day on the beach. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Other amenities include free Wifi, 2 reserved parking spots, charcoal BBQ grills and TVs in every bedroom. CONDO INTERIOR FEATURES -First floor location, two stories -Open Living, kitchen, and dining area -Flat-screen TV with cable -Private WIFI network -Washer and dryer -Electronic coded door lock KITCHEN & DINING -Fully-equipped kitchen, see FAQ for more details -Dining table with seating for six -Breakfast bar with seating for three -12-cup coffee maker BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS (SLEEPS 12) -Master bedroom (first floor): King size bed -Second bedroom (second floor): King size bed -Third bedroom (second floor): Two queen size beds -Living area: Queen size sleeper sofa and two twin roll away beds with memory foam mattresses -Three full bathrooms: Walk in shower and tub/shower combo EXTERIOR -Assign parking for two vehicles -Private patio -Charcoal grills NEMO CAY RESORT COMPLEX FEATURES -Swimming pool with spray fountains (heated in winter months) -Poolside loungers -Poolside cabanas -Beautiful courtyard -Playground CLEAN BED PROMISE -Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME! -After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations. CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days. Toilet seat was broken, cobwebs under dresser, shower was painted and some of paint peeled every shower, rug under dining table was curled up tripping people, refrigerator light was out, ice maker didn’t work, and dishwasher did poor job of cleaning.

-plenty of room for our group-the bedroom on the bottom floor was super hot compared to the rest of the condo...made it hard to sleep-it was nice to have 3 bathrooms, 2 are adjoining rooms-plenty of extra bedding and pillows if needed- the carpet has stains...the stair carpet should be removed-the coffee pot did not work properly...needs a pot that works with the drip valve- the living room fan could only be used on low was super loud and shaking excessively on high-the tvs are hard to operate...need to provide instructions-the tv in the room with double beds did not work

Clean property and size was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable and the house sure stayed cool! We enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed our stay overall. No doubt in renting again.

Location, sleeping room and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our large group. The living room furniture was very used, stained and uncomfortable. WI-FI was horrible, tried to work a couples hours in the morning but had to go to Starbucks. We tried to reset and called customer service. Also had a bug problem, ants and black small bug and found a cockroach ran across the clean dishes.

Got a call from the management company prior to our check-in letting us know the owners had scheduled a bug treatment company to come in at 9am our first morning and that children and dogs needed to be kept away from the chemicals for at least at hour. I told them at 9am that wasn't possible so they rescheduled for later that day. That first morning we found out why they hired a bug company, the house has a cockroach infestation which is probably the real reason you can't leave food as there isn't actually any Texas state law against it that I'm aware of. Each morning of our stay we found roaches in the kitchen and killed them. Not too big a deal but it was definitely gross! The weather sucked but that's no ones fault. We went to the "heated" pool on a chilly day only to find that the kids pool area was NOT heated by any stretch of the imagination and the pool itself was barely lukewarm, even chilly below the first 4 inches of water. The kids played in it but it definitely wasn't warm water. The layout of the house was nice, plenty of beds and space. Appreciated the cots and sleeping pads and loved the location to town and the beach! Overall a lovely little townhouse that needs their bug problem fixed and pool warmed up a bit more.

This is a nice place and suitable for a crowd but not with the current WiFi setup. There was no WiFi upstairs at all. Cooking was easy and furniture was good in the unit, but kids and family were disappointed in the WiFi.

The room set up was perfect for our family. It seemed to be an older place, but clean and well taken care of. Pool area was nice, but cold. Management was quick to come and turn in the heater. It didn’t heat up very much before we had to leave. Easy check in and check out. Just wish there was a hot tub.

Great property!
Perfect property that met our needs. About a 5 minute drive to the beach and short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We had 8 in our group - my husband and I, my mom, and our three young adult children and their significant others. The older adults stayed downstairs while the young adults stayed upstairs. The stairs are kind of steep, so it was tough on older knees. We had plenty of room and enough beds for everyone. Having three bathrooms was great for our group and had plenty of towels. We enjoyed the full kitchen and dining area, as we stayed in most nights for meals. The kitchen had everything we needed which was a big plus. We did not use the back patio as it was not private and too close to the property adjacent to us as they were usually taking up too much space and smoking outside. The pool area was nice but was crowded most of the time so we did not get to enjoy it. But we spent most of our time at the beach or exploring the island. Overall, this place fit our needs and our budget and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The homes were really nice and with all of the condos we were in backing up to each other, it made it really easy for us to hang out. The staff was super helpful in helping us get organized with 5 homes! My only "issue" is some having 1 room that sleeps 6 which doesn't work well with mixed company.
