Nestled in Edgewater, this lovely condo for $377 per night is a great option for your next trip. Cottage by the Sea is a wonderful renovated and professionally decorated 1,300 square-foot oceanfront condominium that has three bedrooms and two full baths. It's located on the top floor of a five-story, 50 unit condominium complex with elevators and laundry room on each level. Our unit balcony is within 50 feet of New Smyrna’s NO DRIVE beach. Welcome to our Cottage by the Sea! ~ Fully stocked updated kitchen with shiplap and open shelving featuring stainless steel appliances, microwave, disposal, coffee maker, blender, mixer and cookware. A pantry for storage and ample dishes for meals. Great views of ocean! ~ Open concept dining room and living room with new leather sofa's in 2022. Completely updated furniture, décor and accessories with gorgeous views of the ocean as your relaxing on the sofas! ~ Beach supply closet located near elevator stocked with beach toys, beach chairs, umberella, and more! ~ TV with cable are provided in living room. Wi-Fi is FREE and available throughout the condo! Cable TV in master and 2 new ROCU Smart TV's in second and third bedrooms. Our Spectrum APP can be accessed for all our current cable stations along with Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc that can be accessed with your personal accounts. Several free apps are also available! ~ Private balcony with freshly replaced loveseat and 2 chairs (in 2024) providing a panoramic view of the ocean. A perfect space shuttle launch viewing area. For your safety, a red lifeguard station is located (seasonally) on the beach directly in front of property. ~ The Master Suite offers a king size bed (new mattress 2024) with updated full bath with walk in shower. Enjoy beautiful sunrise and southerly views from the privacy of your own bedroom. ~ The second bedroom features two sets of bunk beds and a south-facing window provides full view of the pool and ocean. Freshly replaced mattresses 2024. ~The third bedroom has King bed (new mattress 2024) with the lovely south facing pool and ocean view. ~Building sits DIRECTLY across the street from a great shopping center that takes a 5 minute walk. It features a Dollar General Marketplace (which has groceries!) CC’s Waffle House, a great local breakfast/lunch diner, Nail Salon, Liquor Store, Beach Novelty Store, French Bistro, Italian Restaurant (one of our favorites) and Laundry Mat. We had a wonderful time- the view was spectacular and we loved walking the beach daily. The mall across the street had three nice restaurants and a Dollar General Market. Very convenient. Kay was helpful with any questions.

This is our 2nd time staying at Hacienda Del Sol. We love the quietness of the complex and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we especially loved having coffee available as we arrived at 2 am and didn’t have a chance to stop at the store. The beds were very comfortable and also appreciated having box fans in the bedrooms. The location is convenient to restaurants and stores. The only suggestion would be to have more beach towels available to guests. There was only 3 towels and 6 guests. We will be back for sure!

This was one of the most perfect weekends for our family!! The condo was exceptional and our weather was perfect the whole time (lucky us)

Condo unit is great with nice amenities. Permanent residents don’t seem to be friendly to renters, watching for a rule to be broken etc. Felt watched much of the time. May be best suited for older, quieter renters. Which was fine for us. Because of storms last fall there is NO beach during high tide. This was disappointing. No one tells you about this. I had concerns and talked with the chamber of commerce and other property managers in New Smyrna about beach conditions and no one relayed this fact prior to booking a condo in this area. We have vacationed in New Smyrna a number of times and love the area and the many things to do in the area.

This place was wonderful! Lots of room! All the conveniences you could need. Close to stores and restaurants. Kay was always quick to respond and checked in to be sure all was okay. Mike the property manager was the best I’ve experienced in the 2@ years I’ve been coming to NSB

Vacationed with my husband, grown daughter and her family. Surprised by how well stocked the condo was. The bedrooms feel about 10° warmer than the living areas. The last night I turned the AC down to 68° and closed the living room vents and it was much cooler. There are only stairs to the beach, so you must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to the beach. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants to Vacay with their family.

Our family had a great experience. The condo is decorated with a beach theme and the view is amazing. It was nice to start our day and end our day on the balcony overlooking the waves. It wasn’t crowded at all so that made our time at the pool and the beach relaxing.

Two families came together in this lovely condo for the Thanksgiving holiday. The pictures were accurate and the property manager made sure we had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation. We would highly recommend this condo for a great vacation.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this condo in mid-November 2022. We had great communication with the owner. In fact, she contacted us before arrival explaining that the wooden staircase was destroyed by Hurricane Nicole restricting beach access, and offered us an opportunity to stay elsewhere. I am glad we declined. The views were amazing from the balcony. The condo was very clean and accommodating. We were so comfortable we felt like we were at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything was great with our stay - the condo is gorgeous and beautifully decorated, and the owner gave us access to lots of chairs, boogie boards, toys, etc to take down to the beach, which was awesome. The pool is very nice and everything seemed clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Such a beautiful place to stay! The owner was incredible and was super easy to communicate with. The view is gorgeous. The beach was perfect for walks and relaxing. The condo was beautifully furnished and even had some extras! The entire property was well maintained and the office manager was very helpful and gave great suggestions for dining and entertainment. We will be back!!

NSB Fun.
Everything was perfect and what we expected. The place stayed cool, the hostess was not stingy with toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Having the space in the laundry room was great as we had toys, chairs and boggie boards to use. Mike the manager is very efficient. Oh yah, the beds are super comfortable as well. There are shops and restaurants across the street.

This is an older building but the condo itself is very well kept. Cute decor! Two bedrooms were a great size. Bunk room was tight but very nice for a younger crew.

Cottage by the Sea is such a beautifully decorated and clean condo with an absolutely fantastic view of the ocean. We loved starting each morning watching the sun rise from the balcony while drinking our coffee in our pajamas. It was so nice having an ocean view from all three bedroom windows. Thank you Kay for making the process for booking and check in stress free and for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had a great vacation!

The condo was spacious, clean, and renovated. Owner was very responsive. Only down side not listed in previous reviews was a musty smell and poor air flow in the bedrooms. All bedrooms needed a floor fan (provided) and doors open to be able to sleep at night.
