Situated in Highlands Reserve, this lovely condo for $351 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Spacious and lovely 4th floor condo next to the main pool and clubhouse. Dog friendly for a nightly fee. Near all theme parks and across the street from EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park. Walk to the convention center and International Drive. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home. **A small Dog under 25 lbs can be accommodated for a nightly Pet fee. Please inquire with host. THE SPACE At 2001sf there is plenty of room for everyone. The open plan living area, with cozy seating area and 55" TV leads off a fully-equipped high-end kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A handy breakfast bar allows the cook to chat with guests while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal and a dining table next to the kitchen seats 5 persons comfortably. The cozy den offers a separate area for the kids to enjoy a big screen TV with DVD player and has a pull out queen-size sofa bed. Fully-equipped high-end kitchen with granite counter tops, open plan living/dining room and a cozy den, highest quality furnishings throughout. BED AND BATH The condo sleeps 8 total: 6 in 3 bedrooms, all with upgraded pillow-top mattresses, large flatscreen TVs and ceiling fans plus a queen sofa bed in the den. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and there are 2 double beds in the third bedroom. There is a large private balcony with loungers and summer sunsets to enjoy after a long day at the park or convention center. The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer in the unit which means you can pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains. OTHER FEATURES No Check In line. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants. We stayed at Vista Cay for the 'non-Disney' part of our vacation. The condo was excellent. Plenty of room for 4 of us to spread out. The condo was nicely updated and very clean. All the beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony that had plenty of furniture for all of us. Having an additional family room with a tv was also a plus.
Communication with Teresa was excellent. She was very responsive and helpful. She even adjusted our check-in and check-out times to accommodate our schedule. Which we really appreciated.
We would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back soon.

Overall we all enjoyed our stay at Vista cay, it was close to literally every location we had in mind and there was always something to do. The property was very clean, very safe and ideal for the kids. Thanks Lin.

Normally we stay in larger homes in Reunion Resort, but this was definitely worth the money and saving a lot of money. Next time we come back to Orlando this is the place to stay. Grounds were immaculate!

Extremely spacious and convenient! There is even a sofa bed in the 2nd living area. It also has a nice balcony with a view of the gigantic Ferris wheel!

Had the opportunity to attend an event at the Orange County Convention Center. The Vista Cay complex and our rental property turned out to be a perfect location. Overall the facilities are non a great location with regard to both the Convention Center , local restaurants and supermarkets. Loved the on site facilities and the rental property was great. Extremely quiet facility , comfortable amenities, and it met our requirements . I would recommend this facility….. I would bring a beach wagon next time as the walk from the parking lot to the apartments with luggage and groceries etc was a bit challenging (especially water cases)

The mattresses in all the beds need to be replaced. Two towels for a three day stay was not acceptable. I stay in Condos all over the US and this was the first time I had to wash towels during a stay.

We were very happy with our stay in this condo. Upon walking in, we noticed how clean it was, which we were so happy about. It was very spacious and there were plenty of utensils, plates, and pans for cooking. The location was close to a lot of activities and restaurants-we were there mostly to go to Universal, which was just minutes away. The pool area was very clean and not too busy during the week, but was pretty busy closer to the weekend, which was expected. Lin was very responsive to any questions we had and the check-in process was seamless. We would definitely stay at this property in the future!

This is a wonderful property and fit our family well for the trip. The place is clean, sufficiently stocked in the kitchen, nicely located near a Publix, Dunkin’ Donuts, bars, and restaurants. It is very roomy with plenty of areas to sit and relax, including a spacious outdoor patio. The community pool and hot tub were great and not very busy. The game room was ok but still fun for a few video games and billiards.
Overall, a wonderful stay and we’ll be staying here the next time we’re in Orlando.

We loved our stay here and were impressed with the location (we visited Sea World), spotless condo and ease of communication with the owner. The condo is breathtaking and will make you feel like you are on vacation the moment you walk in the door. It is well equipped and you will have everything you need for a great stay. The condo is SO CLOSE to the main pool which was a benefit as well. We could not have asked for anything more and cannot wait to come back. You will not regret visiting this property!

Upon arrival the WiFi didn’t work but owner was able to fix problem quickly. My teen son sleep on the pull out couch and he said it needs replaced. The springs don’t hold the mattress and it sinks in. The biggest proble was with the AC. The temperature will reset to 75 at 3am and we work up every night in a sweat. My husband has asthma and this wasn’t good for him. This affected getting a good nights sleep. We Tried using the hot tub 2 different times and each time it was
Full of kids and teens. The pool and hot tub are just two small for the amount of people so we didn’t get to use it. Also there were tissues and only 3 rolls of toilet paper. I thought the master sweat had a nice comfortable bed.

Weekend Getaway
My husband and I recently used Orlando as a meeting point to spend a weekend getaway with friends living in Tallahassee. We found the Penthouse Vista Cay listing and it was the perfect amount of space for us. The condo is just as listed and we arrived and checked in with no issues. The condo is very clean (I just wish there were tissues in the bathroom and perhaps a dusting of baseboards and air vents from time to time for those with allergies). We were able to cook breakfast each morning before our daily activities and enjoyed the balcony with fan! We didn't use the pool as it was very crowded with children, but it's a very easy walk from this condo unit. We would definitely consider staying at this location again.

Our condo was the prefect size for our family of four! The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable too! I loved vista cay resort and will be back again someday!

Fantastic place to call home base!
The comfort and location here couldn’t be beat. The unit is close to the pool area and had all the amenities we needed. The only hiccup was an overloaded A/C unit and the owner replied and addressed that problem immediately. We would return again and highly recommend.

The place is very spacious and clean. It’s right next to the pool which has a great bar, arcade and activities for kids. My only have two complaints the pull out sofa bed and the tv in that room. I wanted that room for my 11 year old however the sofa bed was terrible. He can sleep almost anywhere so it was pretty bad. The tv isn’t a smart tv in that room so no Netflix, Hulu etc. other than that the place was perfect.
