Spacious, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished with open plan living, dining area and kitchen and a large seating area with big screen Smart TV. The kitchen has granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet party at our gorgeous Italian dining table - with fabulous views (also ideal as a boardroom table!). The den is a quiet corner to work at the desk. and here is a queen sofa bed for extra guests.. Bed & Bath All bedrooms have pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, Smart TVs with premium channel adn HBO. All bedrooms have overhead fans. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 double beds in the third bedroom. The 2 guest rooms share a full family bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. The unit was very clean and Lin was a pleasure to work with. She answered any questions I had promptly. Check in and out was very easy. We loved the location and it is very conveniently located to Universal Studios and Camping World Stadium. (We did not go to Disney) We were able to walk to Restaurants & shopping. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and walking trail around the lake. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It had everything we needed for our stay in Orlando. It was very conveniently located walking distance to the convention center. The pool was great. If basketball brings us back to Orlando we will definitely stay here again!

This property is beautiful and in a perfect location. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, only thing was the windows, they were broken and it sounded like they were open. Made the rooms hot if the interior doors weren’t open and it was loud, since this condo is close to the pool. Hoping they get replaced before our next visit!

We love this condo. Really nice inside. Loved having laundry right there. The kitchen was perfect. I have 3 teenagers and we had more than enough room. Pool was fun with a bar with food. The bartender was so nice. Really great stay! Super close to parks.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and spaciousness of this unit. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The balcony had a great view of the pool and we were even able to watch the Sea World fireworks. We will definitely be booking this unit for future stays.

We had a wonderful time at the resort and enjoyed our condo very much. The condo was extremely clean, tastefully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and the lake right outside our balcony view has a great walking path for exercise / or just plain enjoyment!! The manager was so easy to work with - always returned our questions or emails in a timely fashion. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Overall a good property with plenty of space. We were here for a conference and this property is walkable to the convention center south concourse, although we mostly took the shuttle. Would be a great option that is more affordable than some alternatives for a family taking in the activities in Orlando.

We loved this property, and will be back! We have stayed at many properties in the Orlando area and this was by far the best! The property of Vista Cay is very well maintained, we had a great view of the water with a wonderful balcony with patio furniture so we could sit and enjoy. Even better was the layout of the space, the furnishings and deco was as wonderful as you see online - there are NO surprises here! In fact we were surprised to find a high chair, and a pack and play - they have really thought of everything. We are pretty picky when looking for vacation rentals, we had the family with us there for the holidays and it was a fantastic experience. I wouldn’t have changed a thing an incredible property!

Very comfortable apartment. Plenty of room for 7 people. Location was great for Universal Studios within 10 minutes. Clean beds clean towels and clean appliances.

Absolutely beautiful location! Views from the balcony were great. Very close to Disneyworld and Universal as well as restaurants and shopping. The rental was spotless and has everything you need. Check in process was so easy and Lin answered any questions I had almost immediately. Highly recommend this listing!!

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect for our needs. The office area worked well for those of us who had to work on the road. The pool is was wonderful and the exercise room had everything you need. The condo was just as the pictures showed. Lin was very responsive to any questions that we had during our visit. We've stayed in several units at this property over the years, and this was our favorite unit. The beds were comfortable with bedding that appeared to be new. The unit was in great condition and looked like everything was recently updated. We searched for a unit without carpeting that looked clean due to severe dust allergies. The unit was immaculate, and it's obvious that the cleaning service is thorough.

Our stay was such a pleasant experience. The condo was clean and just as the pictures had it, if not better. We had one little incident that was our fault with the code and i called the owner and it was fixed in seconds. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again.
