Прекрасный мини отель)

Расположение, относительно не далеко от центра, на такси мин 10, пешком 20-25, чистый номер, есть чайник, чай, кофе, вкусняшки, в номере тепло и тихо, так же номер просторный и светлый.Альберт всегда на связи.

Нет такого, все было хорошо, от заселение до выезда)

Overall we enjoy our stay to 4room hotel and if we visit again Yerevan, we will surely book again.

facilities exceeds my expectations, especially the bidet. Clean, neat and quiet room that is why our stay is comfortable and relaxing.

chocolate bread complimentary is okay but if you can have your traditional food/bread as a replacement is way more better.

One of the most comfortable stays I had.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The management was very friendly and helped us with our bags. It is very warm inside and the rooms are cleaned every day.

The walls are not soundproof as stated.

L'Armenia è stata una scoperta bellissima!

Ottima e robusta colazione. Non c'è una vera e propria reception, ma il personale è disponibilissimo per soddisfare ogni esigenza, basta chiedere ed accordarsi. La pulizia era impeccabile

Tutto ottimo, sinceramente l'unica cosa che migliorerei è l'orario della colazione: dalle 09.00 è un po' tardi, soprattutto se si hanno in programma gite un po' distanti

Весьма достойный вариант, расположение не великолепное, но достаточно комфортное. Сам номер удобный, было все что нужно.

Очень приветливый и внимательный персонал, регулярная уборка, удобный номер

Немножечко стареет фонд, есть небольшие косячки с мебелью, но не критичные

Неплохой вариант для тех кто ищет комфорт за небольшую сумму

Вежливая и приятная девушка на стойке регистрации, всё показала и рассказала. Сам номер был чистый и светлый, никаких запахов и прочего. Для постояльцев помимо некоторой посуды в номере, так же присутствует холодильник, что весьма удобно. Свежее постельное белье. Хотя мы остановились всего на три ночи, но персонал все равно прибирался и наводил чистоту в номере, это прям здорово. Кондиционер работал исправно, также никаких нареканий. Есть ТВ с возможностью подключить свой телефон, что тоже порадовало. Были некоторые минусы в плане удобств в ванной комнате, но они мало значительные, что не стоят упоминаний. Рядом с отелем есть несколько магазинов и остановка общественного транспорта. Из окна вид на городской стадион и на дорогу рядом.

Это уже скорее придирки, никак не влияющие на удобства, но я бы по другому организовал пространство в ванной комнате. В номере #1 при приёме душа вода выливалась за порожек из-за отсутствия какой либо шторки или дверки, но в целом там хватало полотенец, чем мы собственно и выходили из этой ситуации, подстилая их на пол.

Excellent budget stay

Very comfy bed and a good night's sleep. Staff were great! Breakfast was good too. Excellent overall.

Only one little thing- I'd prefer blackout curtains, but that's unusual for most hotels in the region.

Very good

Nice comfy bed, big room, pleasant staff, interesting to talk to.

As the rooms looking to the main road, we were getting all the noise from the cars. Otherwise all superb.

4 Room hotel, Yerevan

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the lady at the reception who was very welcoming and guided us through every bit of the stay at the hotel. The 4 room hotel is literally only a four room hotel. Bed is comfy, toilet utilities available, breakfast is simple, 20 mins walk to the the Republic Square which is good. All in all a good start to my holiday.

Value for money. Excellent room, not far from the center

The omelet and Bullseye provided was very tasty. That staff who arranged the breakfast was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was arranged on time. Water dispenser was available round the clock. Fresh fruits were provided during the breakfast

The reception staff was not friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was minimalistic and timing is 9 to 10 AM, which is too late. We missed the breakfast 2 times because of the timing. Location is offbeat...in the middle of garages and workshops

Good opportunity for a short stay for reasonable money.

Good value for a requested price, a big room, fast Internet. A big comfortable bed, however I stayed during the daytime only.

The hotel is located 2-2.5km away from the center along a congested road, therefore it is noisy during daytime. There are lots of car repair service around that might be good for car travelers. You have to walk about 1 km to the nearest restaurant. No airport shuttle service, despite it is indicated at the booking.com

Location was good for us. The most important item was Cleanliness. Also the staff were very friendly and nice. Thanks to all sraff and management team. Our room was exactly like the pictures. absolutely recommended to everyone. We were happy about everything and we will come back again soon.

The outside of the hotel. At first glance, maybe you do not hapoy with that. But it is not totally important. We will come back soon for sure.
