Located in Port Charlotte, this charming house for $177 per night is a great option for your next trip. Hi! Welcome to your Vacation Home in Port Charlotte, Florida! Port Charlotte is one of the preferable destinations from all over the world. We recently bought this lovely house with the idea of it to be our retirement home; imagine just in there how in love with are with the house and the town. The previous owners had it for years as their vacation home, and kept it in great conditions throughout the years. Still, we have made some updates and have it ready for you to enjoy it! The house is in a great location, with quick access to Murdock, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte Harbor. Access to restaurants, movie theater, shopping centers with main retail stores, all minutes from the house. Fishing, kayaking, water sports in general are available in the area for you to enjoy. The beautiful Englewood beach is 20 to 30 minutes from the house. We have a wide salt water canal connecting to Port Charlotte Harbor. Either relaxing in the pool, or enjoying the day in the dock, or watching TV, or playing with our provided games, we promise you are really going to have an excellent time. We hope to see you soon!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Charlie was an amazing host, communication was superb. The listing accurately describes the home. Impeccable cleanliness, a treasure trove of amenities, nestled in a serene neighborhood, and close proximity to anything and everything we needed. We used the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler to visit Venice beach and Siesta Key. We took advantage of the kayaks…the water level was a little low, but were still able to get in and out with ease. The pool was heated, which was completely unexpected since there wasn’t an up-charge for it. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!

We stayed at this property after 4 days of Disney. I couldn't have picked a better place to relax! The home is beautiful and well-equipped with EVERYTHING you need! My kids spent most of their time swimming in the amazing pool and hanging out in the living room. Plenty of room to spread out and have everyone in their own space. We especially loved being able to watch tv and swim at the same time. We enjoyed the bikes and kayaks that were provided. If we ever come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again. I can't say enough about what a lovely experience it was!

Property was as described. We spent two weeks as we had come from Illinois to visit granddaughter. Everything was there to prepare food and enjoyed poolside meals. We also had pool time and game nights. Perfect place to relax and enjoy our family

This was the nicest and most equipped place that I have ever stayed and I use VRBO a lot. Carlos was always ready with any questions that I had. My sister and I absolutely loved it here and did not want to leave this beautiful home. Beds are super comfortable, bikes are top notch, pool is clean and well maintained house is spotless and so many amenities to use. We were so pleased with all the comforts of home and thank you for letting us share it.

We screwed up the reservations and arrived a day early. Our host immediately worked to accommodate us,and arranged to have us checked in and comfortable in mere minutes. This is a great example of how a rental should be run. It all comes down to the people and Carlos is THE MAN!

The property looked just like the online photos. Really enjoyed the kayaks, pool, and all other amenities the property offered (i.e. garage for vehicle, washer and dryer if needed, filtered water on fridge, etc.). The only thing missing for us was sidewalks, since we like to walk around the neighborhoods versus always getting in a vehicle. THANKS for a great stay!!!

House is well located, near to good restaurants & Buffets, near to Gasparilla Beach & Englewood Beach. If you dont want to go outside, you can stay at home and enjoy the pool. If you decide stay and cook kitchen has everything you will need, including a Cuban Coffee Maker!!! Communication with the owner couldn't be better, Carlos is one of the best host I have ever known. Overall, we love Port Charlotte!♥️ Thank you Carlos!!!

The property is as advertised. They even supplied shampoo, conditioner and soap. Welcome gift of wine and snacks. Kayaks, bikes and fishing poles. Great place to stay with a family of an age.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is super clean and stocked well. The view from the back patio/deck is so beautiful. We enjoyed having the TV out by the pool as well. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We had a fabulous time. The place was extremely clean, comfortable and inviting. We stayed with our 5 year old twins who were obsessed with the house as well. We played in the pool non-stop and the dock was a beautiful way to start the day. All of the comfortable touches made the stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay again

The house is simple but everything you need. The highlight is the pool and the view of the canal. The only detraction with the backyard was that the lanai screen was not repaired yet from the hurricane so flys were buzzing around when eating. We enjoyed the kayaks and had an alligator swim out from under the dock the first time we went out. We brought our own bikes and spent a lot of time at the Cape Haze Trail. Also we did lots of hiking at the Myakkahatchee Trailhead. We went to Venice Beach, Boca Grande a couple of times and Manasota Key Beach. Also Fisherman’s Village is a fun shop and lunch spot. You will enjoy this property and we are hoping to return.

We were fortunate enough to stay for four weeks….everything about our stay, from arrival to departure, went smoothly. The house was very clean and comfortable, well stocked with necessary supplies, and a thoughtful welcome tray with wine, crackers, etc.. We spent a lot of of time by the heated pool and the canal dock - also made good use of the gas grill. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this awesome home…we will be back!!

Great communication, quick replies, clean and well-kept property. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 on location because it was a bit more of a drive to the beach than I prefer...but the trade off was having a lovely heated pool all to ourselves. Definitely recommend!

Very comfortable clean home in a great quiet area. Close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed fishing, visiting the Babcock ranch, the Fisherman's Village, took a sunset cruise, and enjoyed seeing Manatees in the canal. Owners are great to communicate with you. We had a very relaxing time and look forward to coming back again!

The house is wonderful. Very tastefully decorated, clean and all the amenities of being home. Very clean and special touches. The pool was warm and clean. The owners were outstanding. Any questions were answered quickly. The location is about 20-30 minutes from area beaches. Close to downtown Punta Gorda. We can’t wait to stay again.

We were in the area for a wedding. This property fit our needs perfectly. We used the canal for fishing, the pool and outside area were great to lounge around. Owner was very hospitable and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for a family wedding one month after Hurricane Ian. The surrounding areas were destroyed by the event. This property was clean and available with minimal damage. The host was very easy to communicate with. If we come back to visit, we would try to book the same property if available.
