Beach, Please is located at the Northern end of Pleasure Island, convenient to the fishing pier and Freeman Park, and leisurely strolls away from the North End Java Stop and Boardwalk. The view is incredible from this end unit, with expansive views of the ocean spanning the side and extra-wide living space sliding doors. Beach, Please has been updated with new paint, linens, kitchen wares, and bedroom furniture in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom supplies a king bed and the guest room features a custom queen bunk bed made to ensure comfort of adults and children alike. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for preparing meals or drinks for your stay. Comfortable place with great views off the second level covered deck. Really appreciated the abundance of towels including beach towels! Super clean smelling linens. Easy and plentiful parking. Easy check in process and kind host. We unloaded previous guests’ dishes from dishwasher, found a lot of sand on deck which was hard to keep from tracking inside. The cleanliness in condo was adequate but minimal. Would have liked decorative bed pillows to have been washed—I put in closet so as not to have to look at the soiled areas, dryer was jam packed beyond the lint filter, so we spent time trying to make dryer usable. Vacuum was filled to brim with sand—we emptied and vacuumed up the sand we found on the floors inside, noted black dust clinging to air vents/ledges, blender made a mess because the seal is broken, dish rack had rust crumbling in sink so we put that out of sight. Maintenance and eye for detail housekeeping service would make this a phenomenal place. We have stayed in many places in Carolina Beach and still really enjoyed ourselves and this place. But if you are picky and expecting top tier, you might be slightly disappointed. I would still recommend this place for a fun vacation.

Best aspects: 1. They have everything you need - all the kitchen supplies and more, salt & pepper, extra blankets, toys for the kids, beach towels, beach chairs, other fun beach items, etc. 2. A nice patio with tables and chairs overlooking the ocean, only steps away. Amazing view and sound of ocean waves!
3. Grant is a very kind and responsive host. 4. Parking right below...a bit tight but doable. 5. The little things: good water pressure, nothing broken, effective pest control, safe area, hangers for clothing, can adjust temp., 3 steps when leaving (easy). No worries, be happy, mon. I highly recommend!

I researched properties and compared them for weeks before choosing this apartment and I’m so glad I went with the decision. The owner was very responsive. The view is amazing and the apartment was conveniently located close to Carolina beach but far enough that it is calm. The apartment had every kitchen tool you could need and a bunch of toys my baby loved. Beach supplies were in the unit. Very large unit. Atmospheric decorations.
Would love to come back. I already miss this beautiful condo!
Only suggestion I have is a hose at the unit to rinse of sand. You had to walk across the street to the other building which was not a big deal.

Beaches, Please was the perfect place to stay at Carolina Beach! The condo was spotless and a stone’s throw from the beach. Loved being on the north end near the pier. Thank you for having such a great place to stay!

We had a great stay at Beach, Please. You cannot beat the location. Right next to the beach access and no obstructions in way of the gorgeous views! The only “negative” was having to cross the street to use the showers after a day at the beach rather than having them at the condo unit. Hardly insurmountable and a negative of the actual condominium unit, not Beach, Please. The inside is very nicely decorated, the bunk was a hit, and the bed was super comfy! Lots of towels (thank you!) and Grant was very responsive via text! Personally loved the outside seats. As a short person, it was nice being in elevated seats and having a clear view over the railing. Overall we would definitely recommend and stay again in the future! Thanks for a great place to stay!!

This is our 3rd year in CB, 2nd renting from Grant. I cannot say enough good about his properties. He is super easy to reach and the condos are fully stocked and clean. This unit is on the end of CB which is nice because it’s calmer down there. There are several very nice beach chairs and an umbrella to use which was great, as well as beach towels. Just bring your clothes, food, and things to shower and you’re totally good to go! We love this area so much that we now have a 5 year plan to move down here. Until then, we’ll keep renting from Grant when we come back to visit!

Cute and exactly as described! Couldn’t be closer to the beach and so convenient! We had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs were an added plus and so great to have! This was our first visit to Carolina Beach and Beach,Please was perfect. We were so glad to be on the quiet end of the island. Thanks for everything!

Great weather, great location! Quaint, but close to everything. Nicely stocked condo, steps to the beach. The view of the ocean from the spacious deck (with 4 nice, tall chairs) is incredible! Loved it!

Grant was a very attentive host. Toward the end of our week we had a plumbing issue and he could not have responded better. I texted him and he called right away with solutions that were very professional.
The condo itself has been updated nicely with a beachy feel to it. But the building itself is a bit dated and needs attention. Being right on the ocean makes for a beautiful location but the weather is hard on the building itself and it shows.
That said we loved watching the sun rise over the ocean and walking the beach in both directions for miles. What a gorgeous beach!
The kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need to cook a meal or two.
The king size bed in the main bedroom along with the pillows was very comfortable.
The showers and vanities in both bathrooms were a bit dated but we didn’t care because there was plenty of hot water for a shower at the end of the day.
If you are considering a Carolina Beach vacation and want a spot right on the water for a reasonable price consider Grant’s condo.

Exceptionally clean, bright, updated end unit right on the beach. Laid-back, casual vibe in Carolina Beach. We enjoyed watching surfers catching the waves right in front of the unit and dogs romping with their owners along the shore. The high top tables and chairs on the covered 2nd floor balcony were perfect for morning coffee. Stargazing was great too; we saw glowing phosphorescence in the waves under a bright moon. My only complaint…we were in town for a wedding and our stay was way too short!

I loved this little condo and will definitely be staying here again if I am ever to return to Carolina Beach. The beach access is right beside the condo building and the beach is so close to the unit. This is a second of three stories, corner unit so the views are the best you can imagine. The condo had everything you need and was clean with really cute decor. Beds were very comfortable and I love the custom bunk bed!!! I love the layout of the condo. I was under the impression from the photos that the bedrooms each had an ocean view. They are actually tucked in the back on the street side with a shared porch, but I actually didn’t mind at all. We opened the glass doors in the bedroom and the ocean breeze just flowed through the condo. So peaceful and relaxing!

Two of my best friends and I enjoyed a beautiful getaway at Carolina Beach. The location was ideal (perfect view of the ocean), then beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Nothing bad to say! We loved it!

I hate to say it, but this place is great! (I want to keep it all to myself it's so perfect for me). Right on the beach, you can see and hear the surf. Just a few blocks north and you're in a city park on the beach and there's no houses. Nice town, good restaurants. Covered parking and a filter on the water just put it over the top!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Please! There’s toys for kids, plenty of room, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc is included! The only thing I could possibly complain about would be the cleanliness of the unit, which is no fault to the owner, it could just be cleaned a little better and the beds aren’t very comfy. Perfect family stay
Our family of four loved Beach, Please. This affordable property was exactly as advertised—everything was spotless, the view cannot be beat, kitchen had everything we needed, and the double queen bunk was a favorite for the kids. There were plenty of towels, and we loved having a larger 6 person dining table bc it provided extra room for a puzzle and for the kids to have space to draw or do legos in addition to having plenty of room for eating. We followed the owner’s recommendations for eating out—Michael’s Seafood, Low Country Crab Boil, and Britt’s Doughnuts were highlights. The complex was quiet and cozy but still close to the boardwalk which we enjoyed one evening with the kids. Being able to watch fireworks from the beach in front of the house was such a treat. The pools were easy to get to and great too cool off in after time spent on the beach. The best elements of our stay were the sweet extra touches the owners provide, like tons of books and toys and games for kids, and plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys (so nice to not have to bring these extras!) as other reviewers have attested, Grant was very communicative and helpful leading up to the trip and for check-in. We didn’t need anything once we got there. We decided early on that we’d like to come here again. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Beach, Please. Beach, Perfect!
Our stay at "Beach, Please" was relaxing and enjoyable, everything you hope for on vacation. We're a family of 5 (two adults and three children ages 15, 12, and 12).
When I book our summer vacations, there is a list of things that I look for. The most important things include a balcony view of the beach. Beach, Please has an amazing 3rd story view of the ocean and beach. It was perfect and gorgeous!.
We look for a condo with enough beds to comfortably sleep our 3 children without putting someone on a roll out couch. Beach, Please has the most awesome custom-built queen sized built-in bunk beds in the second bedroom. Amazing and perfect for 2 to 4 kids or adults. Very impressive, comfortable and unique. Kind of a little oasis in the second bedroom.
We always look for a condo with a pool. This has two that you can choose from.
Lastly, I look for a condo with at least a 4-star rating (preferably a 5) and good reviews. If VRBO would let me, I would give the owner of Beach, Please a 10-star review. He was great! Communication was wonderful and willingness to share information, things to do, places to eat were all provided. He made sure our trip to Carolina Beach was Beach, Perfect and it was.
Overall, our trip to Carolina Beach and our VRBO stay in Beach, Please deserves 10 stars! Thank you for sharing your home with us and the many wonderful memories we made this past week.
