Nestled in Carolina Beach, this charming condo for $548 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to our beach house! Our family fell in love with Carolina Beach during our first stay. The island offers the perfect balance of relaxation and leisure. It is a great place for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or long weekend away. We hope you enjoy our home and the island just as much as we do! THE BEACH HOUSE: One block away from the beach, our home offers 3 bedrooms (beds for 8), 3 full bath rooms and 1,800 sq ft of living space. The common area has an open floor plan ideal for social gatherings with a well-appointed kitchen, sectional sofa, and 60 inch TV. The front deck offers views of the intracoastal while the back deck has peek-a-boo views of the ocean. • Master Bedroom Suite with King bed, Walk-in-closet, & Jacuzzi Tub • 2nd Bedroom with queen bed & full bathroom • 3rd Bedroom has bunk beds and a trundle bed • WIFI, 3 LED Smart TV's, DVD Player & children's toys • On-site laundry, charcoal grill, & patio sets on both decks • Beach Chairs and toys • Linens and Towels are provided • Enclosed Outdoor Shower • Ring Doorbell installed for safety. There are no devices inside of the home. THE BEACH: We may be biased, but we believe it is one of the nicest beaches on the east coast with great sand. The beach is wide and not as crowded as most. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk (voted 3rd best boardwalk in the country by USA Today in 2016) is quick walk if you are looking for restaurants, bars, and amusement. However, if you would like a more relaxed low-key vibe, just walk one block to your own stretch of paradise. THINGS TO DO: • Watch fireworks, movies, and live music on the Boardwalk all summer long • Visit the Fort Fisher Aquarium • Sample beers and play Frisbee golf at the island's own microbrewery • Charter a fishing boat • Learn to surf from gold medalist, Tony Silvagni • Hike the Carolina Beach State Park • Rent a 4x4 and have a fire on the beach at Freeman Park • Open water recreation: Kayaks and Stand-up Paddleboards • Spend a day in Wilmington or take the ferry to Southport • Enjoy a cold one at The Fat Pelican, Voted #1 Dive bar in NC

A beach vacation with a toddler only to be interrupted by hurricane Ophilia. No worries. The house was loaded with toys and games and big enough to have a good time. Alan couldn’t have been more helpful.

The house was exactly as described in the listing and had everything you could think of provided! The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach access. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!

We had an amazing stay at the property! Alan was very helpful and responded to all questions quickly! The property was so clean and had lots of room. Everyone was able to have their own space and we had plenty of time to be together in the dinning and great room areas! There were toys and games to keep the 4 year old happy and busy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals, there were porches on the front and back of the house which were lovely to sit out on. The outside shower was a hit with all the kids and helped keep the sand outside. The walk to the beach was so easy, just around the corner. We were even able to walk right out to the beach from where we had been all week for the Thursday night boardwalk fireworks and watch them. The location was so safe and quiet, even being along a busy road we were surprised that there was so little outside noise!
There were only SMALL issues. First, the property is the first level and there is another rental above. Both properties have hard wood floors. So, we could easily hear the renters upstairs running around and walking. We did contact Alan who offered to bring a sound machine, but we ended up just dealing with it, as it was really only in the morning and night time. The other small concern is the towels at the house were musty, maybe it's just way things are with climate/beach. The towels were "clean and folded" when we arrived and after 1 shower they were smelly.

We loved this place. It was clean, a 2 minute walk to the beach, perfect for young children, great kitchen and large family room for all to enjoy. Alan was especially attentive and welcoming. If you're looking for a very nice beach location and house, this is it.

Plenty of room for our family to spread out inside or on one of the porches. Comfortable table and chairs for fun game nights! Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, etc. Big open floor plan set the tone for sweet family memories’

We loved staying here so much! Everything was clean, check-in/ out was super easy, and Alan was a great host checked in with us for any questions or recommendations. We loved the two porches, THE TOYS!!!, beach gear, location, short walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was great and we hope to come back again soon!

We were very pleased to stay here for our family beach vacation trip. It was perfectly located close to the boardwalk and beach, which gave us plenty to do. Going through Vrbo you never know what you will get. We didn’t have the best weather and Alan was so accommodating. Very attentive and cared about our stay and even offered alternative indoor activities as the weather was very rainy and windy. We will definitely be coming back to stay as long as they will have us as guests.

I was so disappointed earlier in the summer when Covid required us to cancel our reservations at our regular vacation rental, but I am so thankful when we rescheduled our family trip to have found this place! Perfect for our family and the communication with owner was great. Plenty of space for everyone and parking. Located in a great area. Very clean and comfortable and certainly felt like home away from home. We all enjoyed our time here and will certainly return! Thanks for sharing your vacation home with our family!!

My family and I visited with young kids and they loved all the toys, the one closet was filled with them! Plenty of kitchen items plus random extras throughout the closets (shampoos, bandaids, laundry det, toothbrushes…). The fridge also has basic condiments and spices which previous guests were permitted to leave behind. Large rooms with a bathroom per room made it nice for our extended family vacay. Very clean with white linens. Host responded quickly and provided recommendations. He was extremely helpful and polite.
The only con was the road out front does not have a side walk and was narrow so biking, stroller walks, and pulling a wagon to the beach was tricky but only for 1/2 block. The house itself and location were perfect, close to beach and boardwalk/downtown shops.

This home was a short walk to the beach. It was very clean. Our only problem was with the door lock. It was hard to open. Our grandchildren loved the toys in the house. We had everything we needed when we first got there. The owner was very attentive. Would definately stay again if in the area.

Great location with less than 5 min walk to beach. Plenty of space for family gatherings, two relaxing outside porches too. Alan communicated perfectly so we’d know what to expect. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful time!

Had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly imagine to accommodate us. We especially enjoyed all of the childrwn’s toys both in the house and for the beach! The owner was easy to communicate with and was very kind. Beach and boardwalk was really close. Overall great experience!

Perfect for us
We had a wonderful time at the beach. Not crowded and clean. It is only a short walk away. The condo was great. Our only complaint was it is a bottom floor unit and the kids above us were early risers and apparently liked to run across the floor. Overalll great space and location!

Lovely, clean property that is a very short walk to the beach. Owner provides beach chairs and toys which is a bonus!! Just want to note that if there are occupants in the unit above this one, there is noise from them moving around - it didn't bother us because we are early risers.

Beautiful, Comfortable Place
The condo was clean and large, with a nice view of the channel from the porch. The beds were very comfortable. There were nice touches like an extra folding table for work at home.
The kitchen is really nice with great touches like a waffle maker. If you're looking to bake, bring measuring cups and baking pans.
Alan was a great communicator and replied quickly to our questions. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable Labor Day weekend stay
Very nice home away from home! This home had everything we needed, very spacious for our group of 9. There were plenty games and toys for the grands. They really had blast! Alan checked to see if we needed anything or recommendation. I would recommend this place other family and friends!
