A little dated but overall good place for a beach get-a-way!!

This was our 4th condo at Carolina Beach in the last 7 or 8 years, and it was our favorite one so far. Very clean and updated. We will certainly be trying to book this one again the next time we vacation here. It was a bit too cold to use the pool but it looked very nice as well. The only downside is you can't see the ocean from the balcony because of the slight hill but that didn't bother us at all.

We enjoyed our weekend celebrating our daughter’s 18th birthday. The location of the condo was fantastic-quick walk to the beach and a perfect spot for an early morning sunrise. The condo had everything we needed and the six of us were very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. We had one small problem with the pool code, but the property manager was super responsive and got it resolved. The condo was nicely updated, clean and comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed in was you couldn’t see the beach from the deck. The photos in the listing didn’t really give an accurate view. I chose this condo so we didn’t have to carry stuff up a lot of stairs (no elevator) so it worked out. Overall, the property was great! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.

We loved our stay. The place was adorable. Everything in the condo/ building was very clean and well maintained. I’m a property manager so I’m pretty picky. Let me add that we even enjoyed the neighbors. Everyone was so friendly. We left our pool toys at the pool to share with the other kids. Those toys remained all week. I can’t say enough about how safe we felt there. The walk to the beach was fabulous too. It was so close I didn’t mind fetching snacks or leaving kids while I spent a little extra time on the beach. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

We enjoyed staying here so much! Such easy acess to the beach . The condo was very clean and provided sheets , pillows, and towells !! It had lots chairs and beach toys to use. Our kids loved the pool as well.

The host was wonderful as well, answered all our questions quickly and was so helpful during our stay !
The ONLY negative thing i could say is that you cant actually see the beach from the back porch due to the high dunes. But you can still hear the waves !

We really appreciated its proximity to beach access and how at home we felt in the condo. Property owners were also flexible with an unavoidable change to our travel plan. The property was well-maintained and had plenty of items for being on the beach that we didn’t need to bring - chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc. The pool was great also for balancing time on the beach and off.

Property was great for our quick get away. I traveled alone with 3 kids and wanted a place that was comfortable. Easy access to ocean for carrying stuff and a pool to entertain everyone. This fit our needs perfectly. We arrived super late our night of check in and had no issues finding unit, parking or accessing. Check out was easy and everything we needed. I did not cook this trip as we truly had less than 36 hours. Thank you for a great vacation on my tight single mom budget.

This condo was right at the beach access. It was super clean and very pretty inside. It had all that we needed including a pool and laundry area. The owner was quick to return messages and check-in was easy. The room itself has all you need for a week at the beach. The beach access is in a great place for families being away from crowds but an easy walk to the north pier. We would definitely stay again!

This was our second year in a row staying at this property. Perfect for our little family of 3, good parking, immediate beach access, on site pool, quiet family friendly location. Easy access to the boardwalk and any other places you’d want to go in Carolina Beach. We will be returning next year.

This is by far the best condo and location we have ever booked at Carolina Beach! Location location location!! This condo is saved in my favorites. We will definitely stay here again. The owners have paid attention to detail and this condo is updated and includes everything you need for a great beach vacay. Beautiful place and literally steps from the beach. What an awesome property! The condo is spacious and is well decorated. It was super clean and is well stocked. I stayed here with a friend for a girls weekend, but it would be great for a couple or a family as well. I highly recommend it!

We had a great week staying in this Carolina Beach rental. The unit was exactly as described and perfect for our family of adult children and their spouses. We enjoyed the closeness of the unit to our assigned parking spot and to the pool. We were also just steps from the walkway to the beach, which was never crowded. Carolina Beach has many wonderful restaurants and plenty of things for the family to do if you wanted to take a day off from the beach.

Great beach condo!
We (2 adults, 2 kids) rented the condo for a week for a summer beach vacation. The location on the north end was great - close enough to the boardwalk attractions but far enough away from the crowds. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen and used the grills provided by the condo association. Everything was clean and the condo’s proximity to the parking spot and outdoor shower made things very convenient for loading/unloading and coming in from the beach.

everything was just great, it was cozy and very clean. we really appreciated how easy the whole process was. we loved having extra beach chairs there and a fully stocked kitchen. we have no complaints at all and would stay again. the property owners also were very helpful and communicative!

Perfect Location to Beach Access
You can’t get closer to the beach than Luna By The Sea! I was concerned about not having a clear view of the ocean but honestly didn’t miss it because I spent all my time on the sand. When on the porch reading, the waves sounded very relaxing. The condos beach chairs and toys were a great surprise and saved me some money lol. The kitchen had everything we needed (except a can opener!) but we improvised. Was able to walk to get coffee every morning after watching the sunrise on the beach. I can’t say enough about the location!!! The property manager was very responsive with my questions and quite helpful. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Carolina Beach. My two kids (age 18 and 12) were very happy too. This was our first visit to CB as I grew up going to the Outer Banks. This will now be my go to! Thanks again for everything!

Weekend Trip
We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It’s decorated nicely, the master bed is comfy, great amount of inside toys and beach toys provided for the kiddos, as well as beach chairs and umbrellas.(It saves space when packing) The parking was conveniently located.

Family Vacation
My family and I will definitely be going back to this location for vacation. The check-in and communication with property owners was every easy. The owners left clear instructions and welcome packet as to where items were if needed and locations of grocery store and suggested restaurants and fun things to do. The property had family games for guests usage, which i thought that was great. I would highly recommend this vacation location.

ON the BEACH!
We loved the location of this condo. We literally walked out of the condo and onto beach access. Very clean, quiet and comfortable we liked the condo so well, we plan to return soon!

Great location
Overall, this is a great location. Right on the beach, 1st floor, walking distance to local cafe. It was tight quarters in the master bath and we had problems with the shower/tub in the main bath (sliding doors don't work well and tub drains very slowly), but for our 2 night stay it wasn't a deal breaker. Enjoyed the outdoor patio and king size bed was pretty comfortable. Kids loved the bunk beds, too. Make sure to pack your towels. I forgot to bring ours and had to make a Wal-mart run at night.
