About this cottage rental

Located in Carolina Beach, this attractive cottage for $363 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. We are now open for rentals all year long! We book Saturday to Saturday and have a 7 night minimum. We do rent with a 3 night minimum if the rental dates are still available and is one month or less from the arrival date. Example, arrival date is August 7, 2023, we will consider 3 nights minimum beginning July 7, 2023. We love working with families with up to two pets. We will consider an additional pet for a charge. We love working with a group of friends as long as the group is considerate of the surrounding neighbors and do not disturb the neighborhood. In consideration of our neighbors we do not work with a group of young people age 23 & below or older people planning to party with a lot of alcohol. Welcome to E Sea U! You will find peace and relaxation in this charming beach house at Carolina Beach. This delightful dwelling is located in the center of many choices for you & your family to enjoy. We are located in very close proximity to: two minute walk to the ocean, one block to the lake, .6 mile from the Carolina Beach Center and a short distance to many fine eating places. Our cottage fronts both South Lake Park Blvd & Carolina Beach South streets. You can walk to the Carolina Beach Center on the lightly used one lane paved street or walk on the beach. The Carolina Beach Center has amusement rides for the children, Frank's delicious pizzas and Britt's doughnuts. People wait in line for over an hour to get Britt's doughnuts. This cottage features a kitchen and family room combined, with lovely tile floors. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. Whether you dine on the barstools or table, you will enjoy the "beachy" feel this house has to offer. There are three bedrooms each with a queen bed, and hard wood floors. There are two baths one with a tub & the other has a shower. There is an h/c outside shower with a dressing area for those long hot days in the sun. The sunroom has a trundle bed which means there is room to sleep 8 comfortably. You will love the unique "dressing table area," which allows the lady of the house to spend more time preparing for a walk to one of the restaurants or shops. We have parking for four cars, one under the house & three parked in a row behind the cottage. The area under the cottage is covered with concrete where renters enjoy sitting in the shade with a cool breeze spending time with their family & friends. There are two beach accesses behind the cottage one on each side roughly the same distance from the cottage. You will be on the beach in two minutes after you leave the cottage. I have been committed to providing our guest with a vacation home that will make wonderful memories for the rest of their lives. We keep our place clean & tastefully beach decorated. We absolutely loved this place. We were one block off the beach. We could walk to anywhere we needed to. The home was clean and ready for us. This is the first place we had to make up our beds to start but no problem. We would stay here again. One of our favorites.

The location was on a busy road with a lot of noise. Could use a good word document with house rules and details about what’s available. Didn’t find out until the end of the week the property had a washer and dryer. Grill was dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Overall it was okay but I wouldn’t rent the location again.

We stayed here and loved it! The set up of the house was perfect for our family. My parents and brother took the rooms off of the kitchen and shared the bathroom. My husband and I and our 2 kids (ages 2 and 6 months) took the rooms in the back and shared a bathroom. We could block off our section of the house for nap time without anyone else being bothered or having to be silent. We loved the outdoor shower and how the laundry was located outside of the beach house so we could do wash without disturbing anyone. The host was awesome. Our vacation was the best. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well done beachy Cottage located in great area & close to walk to Boardwalk & Restaurants. Loved sitting on porch with our dogs watching the variety of people walk by & traffic. Close walk to beach & the outside shower was a hit with the guy in the family. We cooked in several times & could have used a large pot for boiling Shrimp but we made due with what was there - the grill was not clean which we would have used - maybe consider a Gas grill? Except for some new kitchen items it was a great layout for a family & nice we were able to bring our 4 legged babies 🐾🐾

This house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the outdoor shower. It is a very short walk to the beach. So conveniently located to stores and restaurants that we didn't have to drive hardly at all during our stay. Will maintained, clean, and a great location!

The cottage was very well kept, with everything we needed and more! We really liked the beachy decor and different themes in the rooms. Linens were included, and the dog pen was a plus. Additionally, the owners were very nice to work with. We hope to be back again. Thank you for sharing the cottage with us!

Second time at this location, two years apart. This home has been in the owner's family for decades, using the home themselves during the year. Great for families with 4 bedrooms,. everything you need kitchen, kid books games boogie boards. We appreciate their pet policy, and our pups love the walks around beach town and on the sand. House has everything. Walking distance to town. Fast food and organic store across the street. Cross the alley to the beach. Walking park less than a block to watch birds and exercise. Great stay!

We had a wonderful trip! The place was perfect for my family, the bedrooms were spacious, everything was clean and well equipped. We were close to everything we wanted to do, we will definitely be visiting again.

The house was as described, very short walk to the beach, it was comfortable for 7 people. The owner was very responsive and met me at the property for check in. The house was clean, but it’s definitely an older house, however everything works. Our favorite was the outdoor shower, very helpful with kids. There were plenty of towels, and the house is walking distance to the boardwalk and Kure fishing pier.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the week at your place. We all agreed that it would be a "rent again". It was one of the few in our price range and although it is located on a main street, access to the beach is very easy. We found the side porch to be quite nice. Your home is well maintained and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time!
