Weekly events include free Movie night on the lake every Sunday, Fireworks every Thursday night, farmers and craft markets, nightly Carnival adjacent to the boardwalk. The property was easy to access and had beautiful views. The neighbors were nice too. The house was clean and organized with everything we needed for our short stay. Everything was as described with the check in and check out process.

The house was great. Wonderful location good neighborhood. Right on the lake. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to everything in town. If you have any issues with stairs this is not the house for you. It was a perfect place for me and my girls. I love Carolina Beach. Always a wonderful time when we visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Our team came from Charlotte to participate in the Dragonboat Festival and this house was perfect for us. We were able to walk to everything in town and to the venue. We will definitely be back next year.

House was nice but bunk beds appeared to be in a closet in the hallway. Streaming was the only option so if you aren’t used to that it may pose a small challenge . We could walk to the beach and boardwalk from the house and it only took a few minutes.

5 of us decided to book a location where neither of us had stayed before and boy did we pick the perfect location. The views are gorgeous. Shops/restaurants and walks to the beach are only about a 10 minute walk. Owner is super responsive! We will definitely be back because we’re already missing waking up to the lake with coffee every morning! ☺️

The pictures on VRBO didn’t do the rental justice. It was even nicer than I thought it would be. The location was great too. I parked my car in the garage when I arrived and didn’t use it again until checkout. I enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake for coffee in the morning and listening to the frogs at night.

We loved our stay! Plenty of room for the 9 of us and the house was very clean and beautiful. The view of the lake is nice and the beach is about a 5-7 min walk away. The entire town felt very safe and family friendly. We hope to come back and stay next year.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean with lots of room. It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach with easy access. There is a beautiful view of the lake from both back balconies for you to enjoy in the evening or mornings. I had issues working the stove top and the owner quickly responded to help me. There are lots of positives to make this an easy enjoyable stay. There were a couple things i wish i had to make the stay easier with kids. I really wish i had access to a golf cart and dryer to make travel easier with the kids and to dry towels. The house had both, but both were unavailable to use, so next year i know to find a place with those. Overall 5/5. Simple, relaxing, quiet place to stay near the beach

Our family came for a beach weekend to celebrate twins 14th birthday. Brought grandma and one friend, so 7 of us. Location was great, owner was super. We were very comfortable & surprised at the amount of supplies available. 2 bedrooms with bathrooms instead of just 1 was great. 3rd bedroom & bath downstairs helped & kids fought over the closet beds- who knew. Close proximity to boardwalk & beach was nice. Quiet area just off the main road. We’d go there again.

Nice quiet neighborhood with nice lakefront property. View of the ocean from upper balcony. House was clean and well stocked.Everything was nice except for no washer and dryer for renters, jets in tub aren't to be used and/or broken, and this is a three bedroom home not a four bedroom as listed. Looks like an upstairs laundry room was converted to a bunkbed area but there is actually no room. Overall we would stay again and this place we'll suited our needs for this trip. Thanks for letting us stay at your home.

Property was great and had awesome views! There was plenty to do nearby so location was also great. Only thing I would mention is one of the rooms a lot cooler than the others and there were 3 vents in the room. Other than that, great experience!

It’s a nice house and the owner responds quickly. The couches need clean covers and the Internet didn’t work The first two days, Other than that everything was fine.

The townhouse is nice. I think it may generate more stays if the laundry was available for use. I've never stayed anywhere that the dryer has a padlock and you are also not allowed to use the washer. We had no complaints but the use of washer/dryer would have been nice.

There were only not enough bath towels. We stayed 3 nights had to use the same bath towel because we were not allowed to use the washing machine. At the price we paid per night and couldn’t even wash clothes. I won’t be staying there again. The bicycles that you can use all have flat tires and the handle bars are broken. Other than this it was a quiet clean place

We chose the property as a place to stay while we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. I liked how easy it was to walk to a lot of the restaurants as well as the boardwalk and beach. The property was very nice and the neighborhood was pretty quite. Wish there had been blackout curtains in the main bedroom facing the lake front since the lamp posts that light the walking path around the lake stay on all night. While we didn’t use the kitchen for cooking since we ate out basically the whole time, it was tricky to find some basic kitchen gadgets like scissors. Also would have been handy to have a basic first aid kit in one of the bathrooms, but CVS and Walgreens weren’t far to grab baidaids for blisters from all the walking we did. The patio furniture on the top level could use some updating and we didn’t feel like we could sit out there comfortably. We mostly sat out on the patio just outside of the living area instead. The bath towels could also use some updating as well and had certainly seen better days as a couple had holes in them. Would also have been nice if they wrapped around one’s person fully, but beggars can’t be choosers. All in all we enjoyed our time at this location despite those few minor things.
