We booked our annual vacation to NC here for a short trip this time. We have two little ones and the bunk beds were more than accommodating. The view from the porch in the morning is amazing for morning coffee. We loved how kid friendly it was (lots of toys for the kids etc.) There's a pack and play there as well for the little ones if needed.
Having the beach wagon and beach chairs is also a game changer! It was also nice being so close to everything! Restaurants, Board walk etc.

This condo had a spectacular view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Very prompt response to any questions we had. The proximity to the boardwalk was perfect, close enough to walk to, yet far enough away to not hear any traffic. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. It’s spacious dinning room table was very accommodating at dinner and the spacious balcony and ocean views were spectacular. It is on the 3rd floor, so be prepared for lots of steps. But if you are like most on vacation and take in extra calories, it’s a great form of exercise.

We really enjoyed our stay! Proximity to the beach and boardwalk were as advertised. Having a pool was a great bonus. The house was well stocked with games, books, and even a nightlight for kids. The bunk bed room was a big hit for kiddos and we were able to comfortably have 8 people stay at the house. Communication was wonderful.

The condo was absolutely perfect! Super spacious! The amenities were spot on. Had everything we needed. The view was stunning. The deck was a great place to relax and unwind with a gorgeous view of the ocean. All the furniture was perfect. Was able to accommodate a group of six.
The communication with the host was stellar. Very responsive and informative.
The location is perfect as it was close to restaurants, bars and shopping

Great location — easy access to the boardwalk while being quiet and not crowded. The best refrigerator we’ve ever had in a rental! Plenty of games and things for kids. The abundant beach chairs and huge sun shade made our beach days perfect. Only suggestions for improvement: upgrade the dishwasher and provide extra pillowcases for the extra pillows (or let guests know to bring their own).

My first time visiting Carolina Beach and loved it! Loved this condo right on the beach with beautiful views from our oceanfront deck!! Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. My family and I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review is due to no elevator and staying on the 3rd floor was slightly inconvenient when getting luggage and groceries up to your room. We had a good size group with us so we only had to make 1 trip up with the bags so that was a plus! Would recommend staying here for sure!!!

We all enjoy the vacation with a beautiful place to stay! It was exactly how described on the website and check in was very simple! There was 4 adults, 3 kids and a baby there was enough room for everyone to have their own space and stay comfortably! 10/10 recommend

The unit was very enjoyable as the deck overlooked the ocean on the top floor. The seating was good and the master bedroom had the same awesome view. The inside had everything we needed (especially a Keurig coffee maker). The master bed was very comfortable!! It was quiet and we had a terrific time!

Great location and awesome view. Enjoyed being at Carolina beach for the first time and being able to walk to restaurants and the boardwalk from the condo. ITrip staff was great to work with and very quick to respond to questions. Made the trip very enjoyable.

We were provided with a lovely ocean view and easy beach access. Plenty to do in the area and a lovely home to stay in. We appreciated all the amenities afforded to us and good parking. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. I would certainly recommend the nest to my friends!

This is a great property with plenty of room for us all to spread out and have our own space. My only complaint (and not sure it can even be helped!) is the horrible sulfur smell in the water. Once we got used to that, it was all good.

The view was the best thing! When we arrived there was no place to park a large SUV. They say you have 2 spots, but they are not assigned spots. If you have a large SUV the parking is not ideal. When I was unpacking my kids in their room I pulled out the drawers in their dresser and all the bottoms had fallen out. We have a busy 1 year old…and only one or 2 of the door handles actually latched. So he was able to get into the rooms. They said they had just done some upgrades…the condo needs ALOT more love. Again, the view was great…but that’s it. We will not be staying there again.

Great place to stay. A perfect location for a family getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all other rooms have every amenity necessary for a complete and fun-filled vacation. The oceanfront deck is amazing, my favorite place to relax. The owners have truly checked all the boxes on this one!!! And we thoroughly appreciate it. We will certainly return again and again.

Greatly enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space for myself, my sister and my 3 nieces. Balconies on both the front and back with plenty of seating for everyone. The kids enjoyed spreading out at the giant table and there were plenty of dishes to last without having to wash after each meal. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need and more. We did have an issue getting the door to open but once we figured out the trick, we were good. I will say the steps to get up to the 3rd floor made sure I got my workout in while on vacation but to have that view....totally worth it! I can see where the parking would get tricky in peak season but I would absolutely stay here again. My 6 year old niece told me day one that it was her favorite beach house of all time. :)

Loved our stay. The condo was spacious, clean and had balconies for all bedrooms. We were only steps away from the beach and the pool. The management was very friendly and prompt to respond when we had questions. My girls loved being on the top floor with a place to tan without even leaving the unit. iTrip was very easy to work with! I made an error in the booking dates and only realized it a week later; the change was made without an ounce of trouble. All communications were very responsive, timely and helpful.
The unit is on the third floor, so the view from the deck was beautiful. The unit was clean and spacious and well-supplied. Having sand toys and beach chairs available with the unit was a blessing.
There’s plenty to do nearby if you want a break from the beach. Get going!

The place was great, and the family had a great time. Wish we came later in the summer. Especially since when we came we only got one day on the beach to find shells and everything. The were dredging the sand. It is so sad we were heartbroken, especially the kiddos. Of course that is ZERO FAULT OF THE OWNERS OF THE VACA CONDO! They have no idea when that will happen im sure. I plan to let her know so she can give others a heads up. So they can switch their days if they need to. But otherwise it was amazing def recommend!
