Excelente

viajamos em 7 pessoas gostamos muito de tudo, os cômodos são grandes e confortáveis o aquecimento da casa é um ponto que todos elogiaram pois pegamos dias mais frio. wi-fi bom em todos os cômodos, banheiro e chuveiro suficiente para meu grupo. Maquina de lavar e secar ajudou a manter as roupas limpas para a volta pra casa.

Spacious and comfortable

With the exception of the one incident....very family friendly and quiet..., accessible pool and hot tub, and gym. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and living area. Close access to stores, restaurants, Disney and universal studios.

No one was at the entrance gate, especially at night.... one house decided to share the password to a large group of people for a party and we didn't know how or who to contact at 2 a.m. to express concern regarding noise and how they were taking over the area...had to call 911

The location was great. Not far from the theme park and stores.

I didn't like that the trash was still in the outside bend and on the floor upon our arrival. I didn't like that the microwave didn't not work and could have caused a electrical fire when we tried to use it. I didn't like that the shower door handle came off in Mickey and Minnie bedroom.

It was a comfortable home

The location was perfect to disney and plenty of stores and restaurants. The property also was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable.

I'm not sure if the property had not been used in a while but it could have been cleaned better. All of the toilets were dirty on the inside. It felt like it wasn't dirty from previous use but from just sitting and could have been spot checked better.

Property made our vacation feel like a slice of luxury for an affordable price.

This property was PERFECT for my family! From being conveniently located close to shops and major attractions (we visited Universal Studios), we loved everything about this place. The pool was easily accessible and always clean! perfect all the way around!

a little confusion around trash pickup, but the concierge/customer relations point of contact was always 2 steps ahead ready to troubleshoot and assist.

The location was good. And the property was spacious and comfortable

Garbage was left in the outside box and raccoons would tear it up at night. it wasn’t our trash, yet we were cleaning it up every morning. No one picked up our trash the entire stay.

Very good

Everything thing was very nice and comfortable. Location to the pool was very convenient as was the Walmart and numerous restaurants.

Would like to have a crockpot available and dishtowels.

Superb

The house was clean, very close to Walmart and eating places, and was able to accommodate us all appropriately.

I didn't like that I was not warned about the racoons and how you're not able to put trash out unless it's day time. We had to clean up trash at 4am before we left for our flight.

Location to Disney was great. Overall cleanliness was good. Parking was great and it is very close to Walmart.

Mattress in the Mickey Mouse room was very uncomfortable and the trundle bed mattress was very dirty along with the wall behind the bed.

very clean. bath room with every bed room. convenient location to Disney, Universal, and MCO. Walmart close by for emergency needs.

very minor, but some more in house basic consumables could be provided and linens did not include wash cloths.

The property was well equipped with kitchen amenities and the decor was very nice.

The carpet was dirty. Specifically with COVID it’s important to keep the carpet sanitized and shampooed between guest to prevent build up of allergens and bacteria

It was really clean. Very beautiful space even the kids loved it.

You have to pay an additional 80 dollars to use the grill that’s on the patio. Thought that was ridiculous.

Nice Home But NOT RELAXING STAY. Be aware of their Contract.

This private home is truly beautiful, looks even better in person! Aside from the jacuzzi everything was cleaned and well put together.

This review is of my honest experience from renting this private home for a week. From the day that I checked in and to the last day I checked out, it seems like there was always something going wrong or off. The place looks luxurious but my family and I definitely didn't experience a luxurious stay. First and foremost this company should let people know up front the long list of things you must agree to into order to stay in the home. This contract is presented to you AFTER YOU PAY. This home has alot of contingency, mess up a towel = FEE, to use the bbq grill = FEE, touch the heating system on the jacuzzi = FEE, they don't provide wash clothes, etc.. During the pandemic, it was crucial for us to get a home that we could enjoy certain amenities within the comforts of the home. Unfortunately you can't do alot of things without paying MORE MONEY. Summary of things that went wrong: The company got my check in date wrong, the air conditioner stopped working and slept uncomfortable in this home for 2 nights (1 too many), the jazcuzzi was filthy found the cover off of it, they kept saying someone was going to come clean it, however in their contract it states they're not obligate and cant guarantee certain amenities with every stay.. While it was nice to have a a 24hr customer service number to call if/when anything goes wrong, the company exhibited poor communication skills. It seems like everyday I was making a call out to them and eventually grew tired of it. (I have phone logs and messages to further support this) My family and I comes to Florida almost every year and have booked private homes through Booking.com many times before. We have never encounter something like this before. I believe the home is truly beautiful and nice however If im paying for a luxurious stay I expect to receive my money's worth. Their contract is written solely within their own interests Incase anything goes wrong.
