Clean hotel, reasonable rates, great location

Perfect location from Disney Theme Parks. Exactly 1.5 miles to get to World drive. Many restaurants in the area. Walmart also close by if you forgot any essentials. Clean breakfast area.

There are no chest drawers in the suites, this makes long stays very difficult cos you have to live out of your bag. Even the standard rooms did not have any drawers. You get 6-8 hangers in the sink area, that's it. Will consider this hotel for short stays only in the future.

El desayuno muy bueno, el personal muy amable y hablaba español y la localización perfecta cerca de todo y a 10 min de los parques

El cuarto era antiguo, la cama estaba descompuesta hacia un sonido como si estuviera rota y la primera noche cuando llegamos habían dos cucharachas en la bañera tuve que ir al día siguiente al Walmart a comprar CLOROX y desinfectante.

Excellent

Location was perfect, room was excellent and beyond our expectations. Staff was a delight especially the person at the desk for my registration. Breakfast was awesome.

I managed two hours of sleep here because I was disgusted and afraid.

The front desk staff is polite and friendly. The breakfast was decent.

The rooms were old and run down and smelled of mold. The bathroom was in desperate need of update, the tub shower looked like it had been painted and it was peeling, the toilet tank was cracked. The carpets were old. The door had the peep hole punched out and was replaced with silicone caulk. The bed was on a platform that creaked. The location of my room downstairs in the back of the dark property, directly in front of the stair landing, facing the parking lot, made me feel like I was unsafe.

In Ordnung für kurzen Aufenthalt in Orlando

Einfache Unterkunft in Orlando in Parknähe. Frühstück verhältnismäßig umfangreich und in Ordnung. Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer war sauber

Dunkles Zimmer und kleines Bad. Aber völlig ausreichend für eine Nacht.

The food was fine.

We had a hard time coming into the hotel because of the card that was not actually working and they gave us a new one but still the same issue. We have to pushed hard the door until it open. It’s been like that.

Appalling staff

Pool was nice

Staff could have been more helpful when my ipad was stolen from my room by the maid. No compensation for the loss and the manager insinuated that I lost it myself or that I didn't have it with me in the first place, so in fact calling me a liar. Very unprofessional!

Pleasant

The accomodation is close to the universal studios which is really nice. The staff is also friendly and helping out.

The building is very old and needs to be updated. Also the room was not really nice while it was outdated and not that clean. Unfortuntaly they only have 1 shuttle a day to the parks around 10:00AM and it doesn’t go right away to the Magic Kingdom park even. In the end we had to take our car.

location was good as I was visiting family. Breakfast was quite good but rooms need refurbishing & I was very disap

good location for what I needed & enjoyed the breakfasts

rooms were a bit run down & really need decorating. I booked & paid for a room for the next week, when I was returning to Orlando, because the location was good. I asked for the same room because it was on the ground floor, making it easy for me to move my luggage from the car, as I was travelling alone & was told it was booked. But when I came back this wasn’t the case, I was told it wasn’t available & was given a room on the second floor, not near a loft & close to the main road which was noisy.

Needed a good sleep before a long drive home. Beds were comfy and rooms were fairly quiet.

Beds and bedding were WONDERFUL. Location was exceptional for price. Would definitely return.

Wonderful budget friendly hotel

Loved the king suite room. Room was clean and bed was made everyday. Delicious breakfast that wasn’t the same everyday. Clean pool. Friendly and helpful front desk workers. Super close to parks and entertainment.

By the end of the day the pool always ran out of towels.

Disappointing

Juliet front desk was especially helpful in accomdating our needs and friendly. 😁 Other staff provided good customer service as well. The breakfast was very enjoyable, good selection.

The room really needs a refresh, from bathroom to walls and lamp shades with dirt or rust on them. Room by the pool and road very loud. Blowing leaves pool on Sat a.m loud and early.the metal steps to upper rooms ,very loud. Noise was a bit of an issue.

An excellent place to say if Disney Animal Kingdom is you destination, was a short drive a way.
