The location was perfect for us, the people are fantastic and amenities like the Springs and Epcot are excellent.

Excellent location for our visit to Epcot. The people were all fantastic.

It could use a little updating, for example, of the bathrooms. The resort fee coupled with extra charges for parking seems excessive. Although the park transportation services are excellent.

thoroughly enjoyed all the pools and easy access to Disney

pools, location and lovely room! Best decision ever. We had planned to stay at an airport hotel but changed our mind as family were at Disney so we booked close to them.

we were hungry and couldn't even take food away from in hotel restaurant as they said they were too busy. But, they did conceded when I send I would order then ask for a take away box immediately.

Nice hotel but expensive for the service provided

The property is beautiful, very well maintained and beautiful halls. The pool was also fun and nice

The room was super small, with no room for languages. The bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to get into the bathtub. The restaurants in the hotel were ridiculously expensive.

En el ingreso a el hotel se debería dar más información y acompañamiento se todo lo que los huéspedes pueden hacer en el hotel para divertirse. Me perdí de realizar el recorrido a el complejo y los demás hoteles, disfrutar de los restaurantes de los otros hoteles del complejo y las actividades que se hacen y como huspede teníamos derechos. Solo el día que ya nos retirábamos del hotel nos enteramos de esto.

Happy but would recosidere a better WDW hotel

Beds.

I has stayed at the Dolphin 3 years ago and my experience with the Disney buses and overall connection with WDW was smoother. This time around, the buses would leave us in the Transportation Center at Magic Kingdom instead of closer like before, and like the other disney buses. I would reconsider staying here because I felt a huge disconnection from disney. No magic hours either.

Huge hotel in a great location with wonderful restaurants.

Location to Animal Kingdom. We loved the choice of restaurants and we really enjoyed walking the Boardwalk nearby.

The pools were freezing. We had expected heated pools or at least somewhat warm water. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful grotto like we had expected.

Alles perfekt!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zimmer war sauber und mit schönem Ausblick. Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht. Busshuttel zu den Parks und Disney Springs funktioniert unkompliziert.

Convenient and satisfied stay

Closeness to Disney parks. Valet staff was stellar. Bellhops were awesome. Front desk very professional in light of some issues we dealt with. Ninshoka…hope I spelled correctly it was early..very caring and helpful.

Not having housekeeping taken care of on Thursday until two calls and being asked when we wouldn’t be there..didn’t take place til 6pm. Then Saturday, got back from Magic Kingdom to a not so magical full garbage that hadn’t been removed. Front desk did comp us $100 though. Just less than expected from a Marriott.

Decent not impressed further amount if money they charge for a til

The property was very pretty

The bartender was rude. the rooms were too small the beds were small and the neighboring room was very noisy and disturbing at all hours of the night.

גדול והמוני מאוד. הלובי הרגיש כמו תחנת רכבת עם המון משתתפים רעשניים בשלושה כנסים שהתקיימו במקביל. שום עיצוב של דיסני. סטנדרטי וסתמי לחלוטין. ההטבות בכניסה לפארקים זניחות לחלוטין - מקנה כניסה מוקדמת של חצי שעה בפתיחה. המינימום שהייתי מצפה זה לתת ג׳יני פלוס לכל אחד מהאורחים, אבל לא. יקר מאוד ביחס לתמורה.

Personalul- ai senzația ca vorbești cu niște roboti fără personalitate, Învățați sa spună 3 cuvinte pe care le folosesc in orice context. Parcare cu plată. La prețurile lor ar trebuii să albă parcare gratis pentru clienți. Percep un depozit care nu are logică. Cine-și permite un asemenea hotel nu fuge cu prosoapele. E jignitor. Te tratează ca pe un hoț de la început.

Up scale!

It was lovely! The lobby looked amazing! The gym and pool areas were really nice as well!

The lack of enough self parking spots. Had to park over at the swan and walk back.

Excellent location to the best parks!

Central hub for a magical experience.

Location was perfect! On the board walk and half way between Hollywood studios and Epcot. Great walking distance from both. Really nice pools, beach front, restaurants in the hotel and at the boardwalk all within walking distance. Tons of things to do on a down day between parks.

Magical stay at a lovely resort!

Easy access & early entry to parks. Complimentary water bottles. Walking distance to Epcot & boardwalk. Kimonos restaurant & fuel coffee were amazing.

Room had a bit of a musty smell.

The room was ready on time, which has been an issue in the past, and I really enjoyed the stay.

I stayed in room 9200. I've stayed at the Dolphin many times in the past, but I never enjoyed a room as much as this one. While there wasn't exactly a view, all those windows and the light generated from them were great and I enjoyed them so much anyway. This visit turned out to be my favorite of all of my visits, mainly because of that room. I plan to request it or a similar one when I book future trips.

Disappointing, rooms are old

I liked the location and the pool

Outside of hotel is beautiful. Rooms are mediocre at best. Can’t close the bathroom door due to the size of bathroom. Beds were uncomfortable as were pillows. The sheets weren’t changed when we got there and bed smelled of body odor. Room was small and smelled dingy and old. For the prices, it was beyond disappointing, it was for my son’s 1st birthday and can’t say it was nice. I would never stay at this hotel again.

We had to complain about housekeeping, they put dirty sheets back on our bed.

Great time!

Could walk to Epcot or take the boat. Restaurants in the hotel were excellent! Buffet breakfast if you want, in some of the restaurants ,a little pricy or if just coffee etc they have a similar to Starbucks store. Great pool! Bus to other parks as well!

The 40.00 daily rate for housekeeping daily,skip it clean your own room. Ask for towels,toiletries etc. daily.

I love staying at the Dolphin

I love the location and the value is excellent. It is always my fallback location if I am out of Disney Vacation Club points to use. I love the Blue Zoo restaurant a nd bar. It is a comfortable quiet place great for asolo woman to relax.

Perfect location!

The location was fantastic, loved to being able to walk to Epcot and Hollywood studios, loved to have a pool with a bar, a beach with Epcot firework views, walking to the boardwalk, boat and skyliner.

The sofa-bed was uncomfortable and we had to contact the room service multiple times to be able to get comforter and blankets to our child who was using the sofa-bed.

I had so many problems with the hotel and don't order nothing from Magicalfloralandgifts.com all the hotel does is keep it. Whole experience was a nightmare with the stay.

View was great order food from Uber or Doordash

The room and view was spectacular. The pool was nice but too shallow.

The Food was terrible and overpriced. I expected a 28.00 hamburger to be much better. The frozen yogurt was better than the food. The pool was too shallow and only up to 4 feet, both pools. The private beach was worthless you cant go in the water and the sand was filthy.

Nice rooms but not worth the high prices

Beautiful property, comfortable beds, good size rooms

The ridiculous resort fees. When only staying one night I feel like there should be an option to opt out of any “benefit” you might receive that would be covered under the resort fee. The parking fees were also ridiculously high.

Everything and more!

We loved how close this property was to everything. Shuttle to Disney springs and to parks and then you have the water taxi to get you to Epcot and Hollywood studios. The staff was super nice,And attentive. The rooms were clean. They have several restaurants on campus. A Disney store a spa and ice cream parlor. It’s really a hidden gem.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We had a phenomenal stay!

First time stay at this resort and will definitely come back, it was a magical trip!

We were offered an upgrade to a balcony room with a view of EPCOT which was amazing. We ate at BlueZoo which was amazing! Boats to EPCOT and HS were wonderful!

Wish there were mirrors on the closet doors or somewhere else you could plug in curling iron b/c not a lot of room in the bathroom area. I didn't like the smell of soap and shower gel, too masculine, would have preferred a more neutral fragrance. It was frustrating to call 0 for the front desk only to get a phone tree and couldn't speak with a live person; it would have been helping to know about text service upon check-in
