Worst place I have been. Could not even stay there. Got my money refunded and left at 10:30 at night to find a new hotel

Don’t staff after 10. That was fine. Get there and check in and was told they aren’t doing breakfast. That was a reason we booked but ihop was around the corner so it was fine. Got in the room and the smell was horrible. Was going to let that go and just spray some perfume. Then looked around and found hair on both piles of towels, blinds were broken and disgusting like they haven’t been wiped down in 3 years. Then saw a mark on the wall where I bug was killed because the cockroach leg still remained on the wall. Another red substance on the wall next to that was the last straw as this was next to the bed. We went back out front, had to call for assistance again and get a refund and find another hotel at 10:30 at night.

Terrible.

They blame booking for not having uodated new things. For example no free breakfast, no 24 hour counter, and only 2 towels they will charge you extra if you need more. The room smelled like mold, all 3 of us woke up sick. Our window shades didn’t close all the way it was missing the piece to make it come down. It was terrible.

TOO BAD dealing with no friendly staff I arrived 11 pm when supposed to be 24h open desk after calls and h/h later someone told us is someone inside when that person came up gave us 2 no working key once u get in the room nothing was like expected then shower wasn't working it was like a nightmare I even could believe how bad was everything until next day I found out that isn't any breakfast available since 2021 and pages said is included. Then I came back 11pm next day after disney day . Found it out my keys wasn't working 🙃 never someone told me I have to change them every day .and staff was treating like was my fault. Pls don't choose this hotel

This place is not ideal for family’s or kids . Drug infested guest that have been there for awhile .

Close to Activities

A lot , front desk has no items for kitchen in room as they stated our permanent guest have all of items . Tv did not work . We asked for towels twice and both times were told they were washing . Bugs in bathroom . Constant smell of marijuana . I told front desk about everything they didn’t seem to worried. Definitely not worth the money at all .

It’s a whole ‘not cleaned’ feeling, but a good location

Great location, 10 minutes drive from Disney Parks, surrounded by food and convenience stores

It doesn’t feel clean, the smell and the mess in the lobby makes you feel insecure. The towels were dirty, the beds had a smell and stains in the bedclothes. The pillows were flat and not sufficient, with stains and human hairs. It’s a whole ‘not cleaned’ feeling that you get as you step in. And there is no breakfast, just coffee.

It was fine for the short time I was there.

I left for the airport at 4:30 so I did not see breakfast. It would have been nice to at least have a coffee machine in the lobby. Most places do. I know if I we’re staying longer I could request kitchen accessories and make use of kitchen. But some basics would have been nice. Like coffee /tea and creamer and cups in the room.

There was no coffee/tea in lobby at all. There was no coffee maker in the room I had to ask. Also no cups or anything for drinking . The clerk gave me some upon asking, but it should have been in the room. Especially because there is nothing in the lobby.

I knew what its niche was, and it exceeded my expectations.

Nice hotel, friendly staff , very clean

The room was very nice and the hotel was extremely clean , bed was very comfortable and the staff were super nice and friendly making my stay pleasurable

Breakfast I think should have a juice offering , apple or orange juice

It’s was a good stay just enconvienced at first

It was in a great location close to the parks and food places were all in walking distance

I stayed on the devours floor and it smell bad. I book online and when I arrived I was charged again for my entire stay. I was told to come back at 12am or the next morning to get the situation resolved

Shop around before staying there…

The location was decent.

I understand this property is pet friendly, but the whole hotel shouldn’t smell like animals. The elevators smells like marijuana. The hall floors are dirty; & the beds was very uncomfortable.

Only two towels for two days, when arrived I had hard time to check in they didn't find my reservati

Extremely noise people hanging in the parking lot smoking weed I went down to complain about the noise the person in the front desk didn't pay attention for what I said noise on the floor about me the staff don't care anything very disappointed

Passable

Location was great. Easy access to everything you could need. Staff were really nice and helpful.

The room floors were extremely dirty; hotel up keep not well. The grab and go breakfast feels like false advertising. The pans and pots had to be picked up.

just ok place to crash between parks. would come again

price. location is good access to Disney parks. had a bed. hot water worked. close food. 2chairs in room. Tv. easy check in, coffee in lobby in morning. pet for a $fee.

I had to Lysol wipe everything, empty drawers, and clean my own floor to start with. luckily brought my own extra blanket, towels and toiletries. neighborhood did not feel safe walking my dog, and other people do not pick up their dogs poop.

Not a family hotel more like a contractor stay hotel

there was cockroaches in our room. you can hear through the walls the other guest fighting on each side of us 5am. both towels provided had hair stuck in them.

Edwin front desk manager was very kind and helpful. Location to Disney parks is excellent. Good options around the block for eating and shooping.

The hotel passed under new management. The rooms, although clean, were not prepared with all their kitchen equipment such as glasses, spoons, forks, etc. The included amenities were not what we expected. The hotel on booking.com said that it included breakfast. Edwin let us know that this service was not yet available. For the next occasion, the information must be updated to know what to expect and not feel delighted or disappointed with the presentation of the product.
