The location is just so ideal being across from the Barbados Pool and then just a 1 minute walk your beach access gate, and also the cafes on Main Street in Rosemary Beach. And it's a great floor plan for larger groups - a large open 1st floor for kitchen, living, and dining. The third floor has our very neat bunk area that is hard to beat - 7 twin bunks plus 2 bathrooms. (You might also consider getting the very cozy carriage that has everything you need). All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation! Features include a 4 bedroom / 5.5 bath cottage. Adding the carriage gets you to 5 bedrooms, rented separately. Two courtyards and a great outdoor Viking Grill complements the exterior. Newly refurnished, this family friendly home is clean, spacious and welcoming. Our beach access is walkover 'I'. No pets No smoking Take part in the many activities of Rosemary Beach with 2 pools on the beach side and 2 more pools (including an indoor pool) on the north side. Enjoy a stroll on the 2.3mi Fitness and Walking Trails throughout Rosemary Beach. There are 2 outdoor children's play areas. Tennis and fitness centers are available by daily fee.

We had a wonderful time at the Madison Cottage. It was a perfect location: walking distance to the gorgeous beach and town. The house was spacious and lovely. A few FYI issues: - The top two bunks were not really usable for our group because they were really for small children and had no protective bars. - The standalone icemaker did not work. And the refrigerator ice maker was set in the off position when we arrived, so we had to go out and buy bags of ice. - The house only had 7 of the 10 promised beach towels so make sure to check when you arrive so there’s time to deliver extra towels. - The key cards to the beach, which are required to go in and out, were a pain: one did not work upon arrival, and then the other stopped working during our trip. Management replaced them, but not with any sense of urgency. -I also detest when luxury rentals leave a few dishwashing pods — fewer than the days of our stay. So then we have the inconvenience of going out and having to buy an entire box of pods when we only need a few. It’s a hassle for the renter that would cost management very little to avoid. But all in all, it was a beautiful property and we would go back.

We had the best time at Rosemary beach!! The house is a short walk to the beach and across the street from a pool. The house had plenty of room for all of us and all the supplies we needed. Very clean and tidy.

The living space is wonderful! The kitchen is completely stocked. We really appreciated that leftover spices and oils, etc were kept for anyone to use. So nice. We Loved our stay!

This home is fantastic! Each room is spacious, and the bunk room with two restrooms was perfect. I highly recommend this beautiful home for a girls' weekend or a family vacation. The two-car garage is a plus. I give it five stars all around!!! We will be back soon.

We loved this property and Rosemary Beach! The home was in perfect condition, kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything was exactly as advertised! It was SO close to the beach, and all the adorable shops and restaurants in Rosemary. We barely drove anywhere! We will definitely we back!

This property has an awesome location. Right across from the pool and just down the boardwalk to the beach! Super convenient especially with kids. An easy walk to shops for adults and to the candy store for children!

Location is perfect to the beach and to central area of Rosemary. It's about a 2 minute walk down to the beach. Tom was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Weather was a bit cold while we were there, but we still enjoyed walking on the beach and lots of game time with the family.

Location is great. Close to the beach and easy walking distance to everything in Rosemary. Tom is an excellent manager and always resolves any issues, should any occur. The beds in this house do not sleep well. The bunks on the top level aren't as bad as the others. This is the one complaint we had with this house. Otherwise, all was good.
