Located in Marco Island, this attractive house for $1,214 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 123 Landmark Street, Marco Island is truly Paradise Found. 123 Landmark is a 4BR/4BA two story house. As you walk through the front door, you are greeted by stunning views of Landmark Bay. Entering the Foyer, the Living Room is straight ahead, Office and Master Bedroom are to the left, and the Dining Room, Kitchen, and Family Room are to the right. The Living Room has a 22’ soaring ceiling and a stunning view of Landmark Bay and the pool. It provides seating for 6 with an electric fireplace for a touch of ambiance. A great place to sit back, have a drink and a quiet conversation. The Dining Room has seating for 8 for large family gatherings. You will find the Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. It has KitchenAid appliances, two sets of dishes for 12 each, and a regular coffee maker and Keurig coffee system. Breakfast Nook has seating for 3 at the table over looking the pool and 4 bar stools at the counter. Family Room features seating for 10 with a large wrap around sectional and 2 accent barrel chairs. This room has an electric fireplace, a Samsung 55” TV and a Blue-Ray DVD player for watching movies. There is a stereo system with built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, so you can stream music from your devices (smart phone, iPad etc) or online music. Master Bedroom has a king size bed, an LG 42” TV, dresser and 2 night stands with an iHome alarm clock. The Master Bedroom opens up to the Lanai pool area. It has a large Master Bathroom with two sinks, jacuzzi tub and separate shower and toilet. If you have to work, there is a separate Office that has a view through the Living Room to Landmark Bay. It has French doors that you can close if you need some private work time. There is wireless internet (Wifi) throughout the house, so you can be connected from anywhere in the house. Utility Room, has a washer and dryer, sink, iron and ironing board and plenty of beach-pool towels. Outside the Lanai has Polywood deep seating patio furniture. 2 chaise lounges, glider, 2 couches, settee, coffee table, plus an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 and a Weber grill. The Salt Water Pool and Spa are heated and at night they have LED lights that change color. Just off from the Lanai, you will find a paver sun deck that runs along the entire length of the water's edge. This is a great spot to sit out and enjoy the sun and watch the dolphins play. Featuring 5 lounge chairs and a small table and 4 chairs. There is an oversized car garage with two comfort bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler with wheels. There is also an extra full size refrigerator in the garage. On the second floor, you will find the Recreation Room, 2 Bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and a balcony with views of Landmark Bay. The Recreation Room features a wet bar, two full sofas, one being a queen sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic style mattress. For entertainment, this rooms boasts a Samsung 65” TV, and Blue-Ray DVD player. Bedroom 2 has a King bed with an LG 42” TV and opens up to the Balcony with views of Landmark Bay. It has a full dresser with mirror, night stand, and iHome alarm clock. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed with a dresser and two night stands and an iHome alarm clock. Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin beds, with a dresser and night stand. The upstairs Balcony features comfortable deep seating furniture, with seating for 6 and views of Landmark Bay, looking down at the Pool and Sun Deck. This is a great spot to get away from it all and read a book or just sip a glass of wine and enjoy the view. The Balcony is accessible via the Recreation Room or King Bedroom. We also have a Graco Pack n Play. This home is cared for by a Marco Island property management staff to make sure your stay is perfect. Don't sit around dreaming about Paradise . . . Best 5 weeks ever! House and views are spectacular. The beach was a 6 minute walk with gorgeous shells. Excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We have never enjoyed a rental as nice as this! Owner and realty company were delightful and super responsive. Certainly helped to have warm sunshine everyday with only one exception!!!

Garage door opener didn’t work so that made coming and going a little difficult with 5 young children
I paid $180 for rental for a high chair and baby bed / pack & play that already came with the house so it would have been nice if I was told that when I called

With young children the pool slider door lock should be installed higher like the others

From the minute we arrived we were relieved to see that everything was just as described, we have been disappointed in the past with other homes. (No buyers Remorse) The home is perfectly furnished with an over abundance of towels and linens as well as everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We would highly recommend this home to anyone.

This property was exactly as pictured and described. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, pool area was so relaxing with plenty of seating for our group of 9. The property managers were easy to communicate with as well as the property owner. We would absolutely stay at this property again. Great value for the money!

This house was the nicest place we ever stayed. Absolutely Beautiful, had everything we needed for a perfect week in paradise. We’ll stocked with everything for the Beach and everything needed for eating in!! We definitely will be back. Great communication with the owners as well as the Rental Agency.

Amazing week at this spectacular property
We enjoyed a perfect week on Marco Island! While the pictures shown are beautiful, in person it is even better! The views are incredible! The outdoor area is so peaceful and private! We found the home to be extremely spacious, and the beds were VERY comfortable. The owners have it very well equipped for trips to the beach as well as anything you need for dining in! Can't say enough about this beautiful property!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in December 2021. The cleanliness of the place was not great compared to other VRBO rentals we have enjoyed. The location of the house is great and the views from the house were awesome.
We were unhappy with the so called “heated pool.” The owners claim it is heated to 85 daily from 8am - 5 pm. The first day we arrived the pool was freezing cold so I emailed the owner in which they claimed it was set to 80 and they would increase it. However, it states that the spa will overflow into the pool when the heater is on. This did not happen until after the email was sent, so it appears the heater was not on. After this email, the pool did get warmer to the point we could go in, but it was still very cold. A second email was sent to the owner in which they claimed the pool was set to 85 with an included picture from an app they use to heat the pool.
As a fellow pool owner, the pool temperature was not 85 degrees. This was unfortunate for a family hoping to escape some cold weather in December to enjoy some time by the pool in Florida.

The house was stunning !! Even better than the pictures on Vrbo. The views out of all of the back windows were amazing !!! We saw dolphins up close in the water next to the deck and enjoyed the beauty of the sunset from the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked and helpful for our family dinners. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the 4 full baths were so convienent !! The kids loved the upstairs rec room with the wii console and games. Even the appliances were top notch. We enjoyed kayaking in the waterway and riding the bikes in the neighborhood. It was a fabulous vacation with many memories created !! Thanks so much.

We loved sitting on the outdoor patio, watching the kids fish, seeing dolphins swim by and basking in the beautiful sunshine. We had everything we needed for our trips to the beaches. One was within walking distance too! The neighborhood was quiet and clean - we even enjoyed nightly walks.
The owners were fabulous and responsive as were the property managers. They even went out of their way to send us a video from the camera of a tarpon or shark we saw jumping in front of the house!
I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Amazing vacation!!
We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids and this house could not have been better for our group! We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub and loved the water view. We enjoyed eating meals as a group on the outside lanai. The beach was gorgeous and was easy to walk to. The house was really well stocked and we enjoyed using the bikes and kayaks that were provided. The owner and rental company were extremely responsive. The house provided a needed respite for all of us and we made some amazing memories! I highly recommend this property!
