Nestled in Marco Island, this charming house for $1,148 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. It’s often said that a picture’s worth a thousand words. With this house, that is absolutely true, as any description of it can't do justice to the interior intricacies and breath-taking views that it provides. This three-story 3,500 square foot house sleeps eight, with three king beds, two twins, one sleeper sofa, and four bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. At this house, there are three unique locations where this is true: The first-floor lanai, the second-floor balcony, and the third-floor observation deck. With sun for almost the entire day due its southwest exposure, it’s difficult to imagine a better place to bask in this view than in one of these three locations. You’ll truly never want to go inside, since there is everything that you could ever think of and need on the lanai. Whether you’re wanting to cook up and enjoy a poolside barbeque or just relax in pure bliss, the sky is the limit with the gas grill, spacious heated pool and hot tub, loungers and lounge areas, and table both inside and outside of the pool. Feel free to end your day here in a true Marco Island fashion with a tropical blended drink in hand as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange. Just as with the exterior, when you do finally make it inside, you’ll never want to leave. But, don’t worry, the view from the outside is still your constant backdrop with the floor-to-ceiling windows that flood and brighten the rooms with natural light. Tropical modernity is the theme of the interior, as seaside-inspired sculptures, paintings, and décor fill the environment and surround the modern and comfy furnishings. When you’re ready to take a break from your poolside barbeque, the kitchen features all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to prepare a five-star meal. Every bedroom, along with their mounted televisions and plethora of closet and drawer space, comes with a direct access point to one of the breath-taking views of Marco Island. The master suite, in particular, is designed with sand-colored furniture and sliding door access to the lanai. You will also find a guest bedroom with king bed on the ground level. On the second floor you will find a second master suite with king bed along with another guest bedroom with two twin beds. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for a week in January. The house was very clean and plenty of towels on hand which was nice. The only complaint I would mention is that the beds were not very comfortable. We only had 2 sunny days so the hot tub was very nice. Something to think about, It would’ve been nice to have a few chairs on the dock to sit on while we spent time at the house.

It had so many extras like beach towels, a stocked kitchen with more things than most people have in their home, bikes, fishing poles, kayaks, beach cart, beach chairs & umbrellas ...everything you'd want or need for a wonderful vacation. Small office area for those who needed to work. Instructions provided to help with the stay. The pool was gorgeous & so functional. Bathroom by pool. Rooms were huge and well accommodated. Good location. Appreciated the laundry room. Can't think of a thing we needed that wasn't provided. Felt like we were pampered. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Well worth the money.

The property is tremendous, clean, high end and incredibly relaxing. The Sonos sound system , the kayaks, the pool, the high end everything made this one of our best vacation rentals ever. Well worth the money, we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. There were 4 teens and 4 adults and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out. House was clean and spacious. Kids loved the pool and the proximity to everything Marco Island has to offer. We will definitely return!

This was one of the most beautiful houses we ever stayed in. We all loved it! The house has very large, comfortable rooms. We had so much fun staying in the pool and grilling out almost everyday. This is the only house that we saw that has a third floor terrace area overlooking the bay and all surrounding. Kayaks were a plus and we certainly enjoyed it! All perfect! We didn’t want to leave this house❤️and we sure will miss this place very much! So grateful for the wonderful, fun week at this location!

The location was so peaceful. We needed a relaxed area and we got it. The home was immaculate. One of the cleanest properties that I have stayed at in a long time. Well maintained and equipped. Absolutely no complaints. Without hesitation I endorse this place to anyone looking for a #1 vacation type property. We will return for sure.

The property was stupendous. It could not have been better equipped (including for fishing off its dock). Thoroughly enjoyed by all three generaions, ages (almost) 4 to 67. Only suggestion is that the living room could use some additional seating options for evening get togethers Our only disappointment was with the island and not the home. And it's on me. I should have known that the island apparently has only two public access points to its beaches and with limited parking. Get there by 10AM or perhaps you won't be going. Bikable for sure, but not for all of us. I would definitely consider being a repeat renter and come with our own solution to that "first world problem". Thank you for sharing your home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great multi-generational family vacation. We have been coming to Marco for years but this was the first time not staying at the JW. The beach setup was easy to access. House was clean and comfortable. House was well provisioned with kitchen items, bikes, cooler, chairs, and even fishing rods. We were lucky to see the dolphins come into the canals in the evening. The neighborhood is quite in the evenings but very peaceful.
