Located in Galveston Island, this charming house for $523 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Welcome to 'Just Beachy'. Just Beachy is a Beachfront home on the Gulf of Mexico in Sea Isle neighborhood in Galveston, Texas. This home is located on the west end of the island in a quiet area of the beach remote from public access. View from the deck is a breathtaking 180 degree view directly onto the beach. The beach is out your back door. Enjoy beautiful sunrises while drinking your coffee on the deck from the bar height table and chairs that see over the deck railing. This cute and cozy home makes the most of it's 1152 sq ft with an open plan and unique bathroom arrangement. Master Bath has sink open to bedroom with separate toilet and shower. Main Bath has two sinks open to hallway with separate toilet and shower. Master Bedroom has a King Bed. One of the bedrooms has a queen and a twin bed. The other bedroom has a twin bunks and twin bed for a total of 3. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a laundry closet with upright washer and dryer. Underneath the House: There is an outdoor shower that is great. Pavers are located under the house to be soft on your feet. A picnic table is provided along with an array of beach toys located in the toy bin. Sea Isle has a public pool and boat access to the bay. We now have Wi-Fi. Please note that VRBO only collects the 6% State of Texas Hotel tax. The City of Galveston also has a 9% Hotel tax. We have recently increased our rates to also include the 9% City of Galveston Hotel tax to eliminate the need for another charge.

My family and I had a wonderful week getaway at Just Beachy. This was our first family trip to the Galveston area. The location of the property was perfect. The house had everything we needed with plenty of space to relax. The kids really enjoyed all the beach toys at the property and being right on the beach.

Great location with the perfect view. House is very nicely appointed and has a very well stocked kitchen and with lots of games etc. A bit grungy in places. I decided to leave a day early because the sofa smelled so bad. The weather was turning and I could have had a down day, but the smell was too much so I went home. (like an hr drive). I would give this place 5 stars if they get new sofas and do some renovation in the bathrooms/baseboards and some fresh paint in places.

The house worked perfectly for my nieces' family of 5 over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We used if for the overflow which our house was unable to handle. Well decorated and beach front for a reasonable price.

This is a good place for families or small groups of friends. It’s comfortable and has everything needed for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is not crowded at all. It’s a little far from the city, which is what we were looking for. It could have been cleaner, but otherwise a nice place.

Views was great,house needs to be updated a lot of out of date stuff overall the house was ok had trouble trying to get the TVs to connect to the internet. Would Love to have more up to date smart TVs like the other rentals. The walk way to the beach was way to hot to walk on maybe if They would add the wood to walk through would be a plus.

This beach house was perfect for our family of five! The view and proximity to the beach is unbeatable, just steps from ocean. The interior was nice and clean. The theme of the house was beachy and fun and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. If we lived closer, we’d definitely book a stay every summer but we do hope to visit again in the future.

Check in process was a breeze. We were greeted by a family of rabbits that we enjoyed watching throughout the trip. There was a nice little care package. The house was clean. No sand on the floor, clean linens, bathroom and kitchen. It could probably use a deep clean with some dust on the lights and such but overall it was clean. The location cannot be beat. Steps to the beach. The path was not overgrown and was just soft sand so I didn’t stress about snakes. (We’ve accidentally found ourselves in a rattlesnake habitat in Galveston before.) I’m not sure if we just got lucky by going early in summer but it was very quiet. The beach was also quiet and we had plenty of space. We looked for seashells, flew kites, played in the sand. We were close to a convenient store and not too far from a couple of restaurants. Not the most comfortable beds (a little lumpy/soft for my taste) and when the ac came on it was a noisy but at the end of a long beach day, we slept fine. We spent one day at Moody Gardens which was about a 30 minute drive. My teenager wasn’t thrilled that he didn’t have a tv in his room but it kind of forced more family time so it worked out well.

This was such a cute and cozy house that sits directly on the beachfront. The house was clean and there were plenty of amenities available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made many memories to last a lifetime. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking to rent a clean and nice home on the beachfront.

Our first time at this property and it was a pleasant experience. House was as described and the amenities such as cookware and spices, spare supplies were great. A family of bunnies live in the crossover to the beach and they were fun to watch. Beach was uncrowded and quiet. Very relaxing and peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay at Just Beachy very much! The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for the small bit of cooking we did. Our adult kids enjoyed the boogie boards and sand toys that were there. The beds were comfortable. Not too far from the waterfront. We made good use of the beach chairs on the deck.

This is Barbara, Bob’s wife. As usual, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate you sharing Just Beachy. Over the last 4/5 years we have used the beach house for celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, girls weekend with my three daughters, and sadly, after the loss of a loved one, some family time with our kids and grandkids. It’s our little oasis for relaxation. It is kind of cool that we have stayed there enough to enjoy the ongoing renovations. One trip I noticed shower changes and this the awesome kitchen renovations. Especially liked the farm house sink. It looks really nice! Ha! Though the changes made had us looking around and trying to remember…”Is that new” or “hummm, I think that is new?”. Loved it!! And what a nice feature to walk in the house and our phones have already logged on the Just Beachy wify. Plus we love the welcome tote with the essentials waiting for us, along with salt, pepper and other items as well. Just makes our visit so easy and welcoming. Family and friends stayed at Just Beachy for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. We were 6 adults and the house had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is small but well stocked with quality items. We had no problems cooking the full Thanksgiving dinner. We love that the dinning table is large for all of us to sit together for meals and games. The beds are super comfy. Looking forward to another trip to 'Just Beachy'

We have stayed in Galveston several times & this is by far my favorite place I’ve stayed in! We will definitely book it again when we come back! House was clean & easy check in! The views are unbeatable! I loved that the balcony was so big & had a child gate so my kids could roam freely. The whole house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Extra blankets, pillows, fans, games & kitchen necessities. Outside also had a ton of beach toys for the kids to use (I didn’t even open the beach toys we packed bc they had so many at the house) and lawn chairs/umbrella we took to the beach! It is a little drive from the busy part of the beach, but we loved that because we had a large portion of the beach all to ourselves! We found lots of seashells & even caught some crabs after dark! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

This property is older but very clean and steps from the beach. No loud music, or vehicles on the beach. The beach was not crowded and the sunrises were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Simple and clean beach house. We loved running out and being on the beach. Great for small kids. Our monitor made it out onto the beach so I could be out there while the baby slept. Property is a bit dated but well-priced. Would stay again.

The rental had not been cleaned before we arrived which was just a communication issue with the owners and manager. The came and cleaned it while we kept busy on the beach. There were no wash towels with the linens they left for us. 2 of the lounge chairs had broken backs so we couldnt use them. Paying a cleaning fee was ridiculous considering it was dirty when we arrived and we had to gather all the dirty sheets ourselves before we left. Other than that it was a good time and we had lots of fun on the beach.

The owners were great in recommending local places to eat and communication was wonderful. I hope we can come back and enjoy it again!

We love Just Beachy! We will definitely re-book and come back in the future. The house is quirky but very comfortable. Decorated so cute but we put a bunch of the decor away to avoid our littles accidentally breaking anything. It’s decor is more personal home than rental. The fact the beach is out the back door was our favorite part and the kids collected dozens and dozens of hermit crabs just 250 feet from the back porch every night. The kitchen was stocked better than bigger houses we’ve rented and the beach toys were an appreciated bonus. The beds were comfortable and the game cabinet came in handy on the two nights we had storms. Thank you Thomas family for sharing your lovely beach house! It’s a gem!
