Our family of 9 stayed here. We visited Disney and Universal Parks. It was a wonderful stay. They had cake and other snacks upon our arrival. Wonderful hosts. We will stay here again!

We had a fantastic day over the holidays with our family of 10. We had plenty of space to spread out. The house was just as described. We very much appreciated the treats left by the hostess. The pool was well heated and enjoyable. The communication and check-in process was very smooth.

We enjoyed this home for a week at Disney. It took us just under 30 minutes to get to the parks everyday which was doable for our family. The first floor master was perfect for my grandparents! The pool was larger than we expected and the outdoor seating was wonderful!

We visited Orlando to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. The house was perfect for my family of 4, my sister’s family of 5, and my parents. The first floor bedroom was perfect for my parents. The house was fully stocked and had some unexpected extras which was nice. The kids loved hanging out in the pool and walkable park on our non-theme park days. The drive to Disney and Universal was fine (~30 minutes). We rented a Tesla and used the outdoor plug by the front door. The owners were responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this house.

This property was perfect for our group of 10, with children age ranges from 7 months to 16 years. The game room and pool provided lots of fun. And there were bedrooms for everyone!

Proximity to parks was great, 20-30 min drive depending on park. When we arrived there were drinks, a lemon cake and grapes in the fridge as well as a box of assorted chips in the pantry. Everything you need including a Keurig and a coffee maker. Beds were not the most comfortable, my son ended up sleeping on the couch for half of our 10 day stay. I wish there was a broom available but I searched everywhere and couldn’t find one.

Wonderful family stay. Nice locale. Great and quick response from the owner! Bedrooms and bathrooms were more than spacious! Close to stores , groceries, parks. Your family will have plenty to do here. Book with this house, you’ll be happy 😃

We enjoyed are stayed very much! The location and neighborhood was great. We could easily access the parks and all the things Orlando has to offer. The home was beautifully decorated. We were instructed to remove all the bedding and pillows and use what was left in the closet for each bedroom which we found a little weird. I would prefer to not have to make beds on vacation and my son was happy about my removing the cool baseball blanket. Only issue was the cleanliness. The floors and patio/pool area could have been cleaner. There were multiple areas we found dust or dirt in the corners and on the floors. There was some mold/mildew that needs to be cleaned from the pool area.

The home is gorgeous and well equipped with everything we needed. Drinks and snacks were provided and very much appreciated. The only complaint I have is that it was very hot in the house, so hot we could barely sleep even with the ceiling fans on.

The villa was great for us able to relax and the Kids loved the pool our 3 family groups had their own space ,bedrooms all a good size Kitchen and dining area were good Only minus for us was the furniture was heavy a little dated maybe, but it was all comfortable. No complaints really we loved it

we had a nice stay and enjoyed the pool. My children reported some problems with the pressure in the upstairs common bathroom, but nothing to be upset about. We were using this home as a place to stay while we visited the parks, so we didn't spend a ton of time in the house. It had all that we needed and everyone in our 2 families had their own bed to sleep in. A/C worked perfectly and check in process was smooth. You aren't staying at the Ritz but the home is clean and well taken care of. Host even left us a cake and some drinks for us when we arrived which was very kind! Thank you for a great trip.

Beautiful home. Everything was as advertised. It was a home away from home and provided us with everything that we needed including some perks that aren’t provided in other rental homes. The children loved the pool and games room. The home is set in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again if vacationing in this area.

For our military retirement party we had multiple families come together for the week. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Bonus for the kids/teens was the game room, pool, and the storage area in the kitchen to hold all their food. The families appreciated the washer and dryer by the end of the trip. I would reserve this house again if we plan a future trip in the area. It was very relaxing.

No ESPN on cable. Gas griddle not grill. The house was big enough to accommodate 8 adult men comfortably. Showers were a little quirky getting temperatures right. Overall great experience.

So thankful for this beautiful home to stay in. It housed our family of 13 for the week perfectly. Walmart is around the corner and Disney locations were a short 20 minute drive each morning. We were especially appreciative of a few kitchen supplies left for us to use as we arrived late in the evening. Great stay!

Everything went well. Had trouble with the internet but Robert got on it right away. Comfortable beds for 11 of us. Very close to Walmart and close attractions as well. Thanks for the treats left for us and some of the products needed for clean up.
