the beds weren’t made. this was extremely frustrating. the last thing I want to do is make up beds for everyone when arriving on holiday

Very disappointed.

The whyndham ramada resort itself is absolutely beautiful. We have stayed many times and will stay many more. Unfortunately breakwater 102 was not in anyway up to the standards expected. We have stayed in the same unit before. It's understandable the unit is not modern, but this time it was very poor. The whole apartment needs to be cleaned. We had to clean Toilets, the mattress protectors and pillow protecters were not clean or changed, we did receive clean ones after calling winning holidays. The carpets had not been vacuumed. The verandah was dirty and out door furniture had roaches and droppings galore. Oven fridge and kitchen cupboards need cleaning. Very disappointed as this reflects poorly to the resort if anyone was to stay there in unit 102. I would highly recommend the owner or agents take a good look at who is maintaining that unit. As the resort itself and other units are tip top clean. Will not be booking through winning holidays again.

Breakwater 102 very disappointing. Does not reflect the standards of the resort very uncomfortable to have to clean Toilets and bedding when you first arrive.

Relaxing, Cold windy, and very busy at all cafes restaurants etc

The other permanent residents were very unfriendly made you feel unwelcome. The property was not clean and had a faulty oven main bed wasn’t made up, we couldn’t access the air conditioning lucky it was cool, balcony was huge but you were unable to smoke on the balcony or vape, residents rang information centre as soon as we got there, as a friend was sitting out side vaping. Main areas had a bad smell and were not clean.

Horrible! Do not book!

The location was decent and that’s about it. We were expected to make up the beds upon arrival which had been recently slept in, the room was dirty, bins were filled with rubbish and there was rubbish hanging out of the bin. There were half drunk lidless bottles in the fridge and dirty toilet. We had minimal support from the hosts and property managers. Overall very disappointed in our stay.

Breakwater 102 Simply beautiful.

The apartment was lovely, bright, clean, beautiful linen, everything you need. Would LOVE to stay there again in good weather and take advantage of the great outdoor area.

Unfortunately the weather was against us and we couldn't get an uber or taxi to go out on Sat night.So someone had to drive and not drink.maybe the Port Stephens council should look into that.

Great place awesome balcony beds uncomfortable no pay tv not happy brown stains on carpet under couch looks like someone one had a accendent Beds ver uncomfortable for a place for that much stayed in soul in Gold Coast same price that was awesome won’t stay here again issues with keys had to be recoded after 3 hours no a good start suggest the owner keeps u his game sin put soap on dish in main Bathroom and it fell off as it was rusty cutting his foot open not a good first day at this place but great view off balcony not enough towel for two days it’s like the owner a cheap skate and if ur going to leave Apple TV modem their leave a remote free wifi their not happy over all 0 stars

Very good

Great location, great size, love the balcony

Cleanliness was not great, not enough linen for the amount of people staying, really needs air conditioning, especially when the doors don’t have screens and you have to leave them open so a lot of bugs were getting in. We only received one swipe card for 4 adults. It seemed like a real hassle when the following day we had to ask for another one. No one was really able to tell us about our parking space when we asked. We just had to guess and hope we didn’t get in trouble.
