Luxurious, 1400 square foot, condo with all new features including: 2 Master Suites with private tiled baths and king size beds. 2 balconies, one that opens to and directly overlooks the Gulf and Pool and the other that overlooks the Bay, boat docks and tennis courts. Open the floor to ceiling glass windows in the front Master bedroom suite to fall asleep to and wake up to the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee as you overlook the sugar white sand beach, while listening to the waves of the ocean. The 2 large bathrooms feature custom tile in the showers and beautiful granite countertops. Some features in this beach paradise are tiled floors throughout with warm area rugs that compliment the beautiful granite countertops and new furnishings. The flat screen T.V.'s in each bedroom and the 65 inch flat panel T.V. in the living area. During your stay, enjoy a movie from the video collection or relax reading one of the books in the book collection. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops and under cabinet, countertop lighting. Everything you need for your family and to entertain including bar with bar stools. Laundry room with a separate refrigerator and full size washing machine and dryer. Perdido Towers has 2 towers, each with only 34 units, each serviced by 2 elevators with 2 units per floor (No catwalks). The large parking area, 400 feet of private beach, 8 ft. deep pool with pool deck are never crowded. This spectacular unit is on the 4th floor and overlooks the pool and the gulf. If you love fishing and boating, this is the perfect area for you as it features private docks, ramps and a cleaning station. Perdido Bay is only 2 miles away by boat. Cruise around Ono Island to watch the dolphins play or just sit in the gazebo and watch the action on the Ole River. Fishing is always good in the surf or set crab traps at the dock. Rented with a 7 day minimum stay only from Saturday to Saturday.

The unit is really pretty and spacious. Spent a lot if time on the balcony and the beach just enjoying the view. Windows in the master bedroom are the best. Gorgeous view! We would book again!

What a GEM! The pictures don't even do this lovely condo justice! It's such a perfect location, super clean and the most well-equipped condo we've ever stayed in! Anything you could need was there! We loved the private beach! It was never crowded even though we were there during peak season and we didn't have to worry about big tents blocking our view! It's close to Orange Beach, so plenty to do, but you can also choose to be quiet. Check-in and out were easy and parking was great. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The only complaint is it went by too fast! We definitely plan to come back to this property!

We absolutely adored this condo. The unit was exactly as expected and the building and grounds were very, very nice. The beachfront wasn’t packed so we were able to relax. Just a short walk to the bay and to our favorite spot, the Florabama. 10/10.

We enjoyed spring break trip with 4 adults ( ages 50+). Condo was nicely updated and spacious. Condo building was overall nice and security was great. When we arrived the refrigerator was dirty and the counters needed wiping off, which we did without complaint. Day after trip, the owner said the place needed excessive cleaning and charged extra fee for it. I explained that we followed the list of "check out " instructions to a T, and we even washed all our towels the night before (except 1 loan as instructed). She said cleaners said all towels were left in the entire condo on floor and that grout had to be scrubbed. This was completely untrue and disappointing. Nice place, and if you are ok with them charging you extra fees, which I guess many do on VRBO to get that "extra $". Just take pictures upon leaving! I have learned this needs to be done.

The condo we rented was great. Very modern and up to date. One of the best things I liked was we did everything by email, no office to locate and wait in line to get keys, care package ect. We drove straight to our condo which is very convenient. There's a large very nice pool, private beach access. We loved it and will stay at Perdido Towers again.

The proper was beautiful and super clean! I recommend this place for anyone! We felt safe and like we were in a good spot for all the fun things but not the crazy busy atmosphere (ex. insane traffic) like some other rentals or used. Property manager was super responsive!

Condo is everything you need for a relaxing beachfront vacation. Owners are great to work with and respond quickly to your communications. Condo has everything you need to cook meals should you choose to stay in. It even has books, games and sand toys for your entertainment! Don't pass this one up!!

We had a great time staying here and felt blessed by the quality of the condo. Two master suites, one has a wall of windows that overlook the ocean. Two of the windows open and we enjoyed having them open at night falling asleep to the waves crashing. The condo is very spacious and you not only have oceanfront views but also have a view of the intracoastal and the pool which is handy if you have kids. One slight concern is the office staff seemed a bit stuffy and they suddenly added a line to the pool rules that said no toys, no balls, no tossing. I didn't use the pool myself but what's a pool without kids being able to have fun. For me it's still a 5 star experience.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is wonderful. The pictures really don’t do it justice! Perdido Towers is located to many great restaurants and having the Tom Thumb right across the street is very convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

Love this condo! It is perfect for a family of 4. We loved how the elevators were set up. We never waited on an elevator! The condo is clean and stocked very well! There are tons of games and movies which was great because we experienced Hurricane Michael while we there! Shannon and Maribeth were great to rent from! We hope to stay at this condo again!

The condo had everything we needed and was close to both Gulf Shores and Pensacola for other activity options. Never had to wait on the elevator and rarely even saw other guests. Loved the white sandy beaches!

We have stayed in Perdido Key, FL nearly every summer since 2000. This is one of the cleanest and well thought-out condos we have stayed in. We had all the pots, pans, and dishes we needed to cook every day. Both bedrooms were beautifully decorated and would be great for two couples or a family. The beach theme was very tastefully done. There were plenty of bath towels for our family of four. The weather was too nice for us to stay in much so we didn't take advantage of all the games, movies, and books that were provided. The unit is on the fourth floor. Initially, we were a little concerned that the pool noise would be an issue but we shouldn't have worried. We were also more than satisfied with our view of the gulf. We were high enough to see the dolphins every day, and low enough to be able to see our friends on the beach. We visited in mid-late July and never had to worry about the beach rental chairs being snatched up before we came down. There were several families on the beach, but never a large crowd of people. I love this side of Perdido Key for that very reason. This condo is located across the street from a gas station and near grocery stores and restaurants. We were only 10-15 minutes away from anything we wanted. Many places were within walking distance. We were very pleased with this unit and would not hesitate to stay here again.
