Located in Four Corners, this lovely condo for $119 per night is a great choice for your next trip. - Animal Kingdom is the closest park to our condo. It takes twelve minutes to reach the park. - Owner-operated villa. New A/C! - Maximum occupancy is four(4) persons. - The buildings in this complex do not have elevators. - We focus on cleanliness and keeping the condo well-maintained. Our carpeting is sanitized by steam cleaning on a routine basis, and high-efficiency air conditioning is recently installed. - WiFi is free. - The laundry machines are inside the condo, free for you to use during your visit. - WE AUTHORIZE A GATE ENTRY PASS FOR THE VRBO ACCOUNT HOLDER WHO RESERVED THE VILLA, NO ONE ELSE. If you have friends you wish to get together with, they must rent their own villa and obtain their own gate pass. Guest Government credentials are checked on arrival. - Windsor Palms is a gated resort community with a security officer operating the entry gates. Our Condo is two buildings from the pool, which you will see as you drive from the security gate to the condo. Our Condo is on the top floor,(3rd) , so it is among the quietest and most private condos in the building. This complex does not have elevators. Our Condo is close to the pool but just far enough away to not hear the activity. - No smoking, No Pets. No party. - This is a self-catered villa. The guest is responsible for sundry items if the starter items we place are used up. - You are renting the complete condo. No one else is sharing the space inside with you. The parking lot is in front of the stairwell. There is a security guard checking identification at the entry gate 24 hours a day. When your reservation and identification is verified by the security officer, you will receive a pass for your car to use the returning guest separate entry lane. The condo has an electronic door lock. On the afternoon of your check-in, we will provide you with the door code, and this code is changed for each guest, with past codes being deleted. - Please contact us with any questions.

The condo was perfect & had everything we could need & more! The pool area was great and had plenty of seating for everyone. There was a great sidewalk all around the resort for walking. We were there 3 weeks & Chris was a great host & always answered questions immediately. Thanks Chris!

Stayed at the condo location, very convenient location to Disney and Universal, as well as Cocoa Beach. Condo had great amenities, family friendly, in an area that had quick access to shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean and set up with kitchen necessities to allow for cooking meals, if needed. The hosts left us a sweet holiday card, our stay was spent during the Christmas holiday, very thoughtful of the hosts. The security staff at the checkin station were always very friendly when we traveled back and forth. My son loved the heated pool, since our pool time ended months ago, being from the Michigan. He was definitely living his best life the 2023 Christmas vacation!

We were able to check in early, great commutation from the host. They made us feel very welcome, it was just like home. The place was very nicely decorated, and they left us a beautiful welcoming note. The pool was amazing, the club house has items in case you forgot anything. Will definitely stay again

Clean and well equipped. Lots of little touches like filters for the coffee maker and soap for the sink. Chris was fabulous with communication and super responsive. Close to Disney and just off 192 highway with many options for shopping and dining. We knew it was the 3rd floor but not far from those steps. Highly recommend!

This condo is clean and the grounds are well maintained. We loved the location. Very quiet and peaceful yet within a few miles of grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was great. We didn’t have any issues.

The property is very close to the Disney properties. Well kept unit, good inventory of kitchen supplies, bathroom towels, etc. One complaint is that the condo association wanted to "rent" beach towels when we used the pool/hot tub amenities.

We had a great time staying at this property, it was clean, quiet and a very safe community. The owners were very responsive and helpful in communication and getting us setup for our visit. The property is very close to Disney, stores, and restaurants which made it even better for our family’s trip. On our non-park day we enjoyed the community pool and our kids liked the small splash pad. Thanks for everything hope to stay again in the future!

Great community pool/tiki bar and hot tub. Basketball courts were always in use by visitors including my son who was very happy to find people to do pick up games. Everyone very nice we spoke with this week. Condo good location from restaurants and from the pool area.

This was perfect for our quick weekend away. Close to all we did, pool was walkable distance from condo and quiet/ peaceful, condo was clean and came with all we needed. Communication with owners was very easy they texted to inform me when the condo world be ready. Would definitely recommend staying.

My fiancé had to fly down to Orlando last minute to play in the football nationals, for such a last minute trip we were able to come across a great condo and a great owner! Chris was great, he was very interactive and the condo was very clean. He worked with us to ensure the check in process was easy enough as we were in a rush because my fiancé had to rush to his first game once we touched down in Orlando. The owners were very friendly ; the property was clean an location was great . The condo was very homey & really welcoming. The price was most definitely worth it . Just a beautiful scenery my kids fiancé an I had a blast definitely will be booking w them again soon. So if your looking for the perfect vaca resort this is it look no further.

Chris was a fantastic host!! Great communication and so caring! The place is spotless and big! We travel to go to Sea World and Bush Gardens. It was the perfect location. Nice, safe and beautiful neighborhood!! I’m hoping I can use this property from now on for our central Florida vacations!
