Hands down best place we have ever stayed when visiting Disney. The price was perfect!

This place was fabulous!! I was so impressed by how clean it was and the rooms were huge! The free breakfast was super with a wide selections of food. The pool was spectacular and having shopping and restaurants right across the street was super convenient. The restaurant and bar they had by the pool side had great food and drinks also. Loved the free shuttle to the Disney, but wish it ran earlier in the morning, but this place is definitely a 10 out of 10. Thank you to all the polite staff, you all were awesome. We will stay here again for sure!

La habitación es grande y las camas son muy cómodas, el baño es bastante amplio tambien y se notaba limpio. La pronta atención y servicio de los que hacen parte del hotel, excelente!

El dasayuno debería ser más variable, tener muchas más opciones, sobre todo cuando te quedas por muchos días, no quieres siempre comer lo mismo. La habitación a pesar de sentirse limpia al momento de llegar al igual que el baño, no te cambian sabanas o arreglan el cuarto a diario, no limpian el baño ni sacan la basura. Debes todo hacerlo tú ( aunque debo resaltar que me he quedado en muchos hoteles y es el primero que el baño luce tan limpio al momento de llegar) En cuanto al transporte, llamé antes para averiguar y me dijeron que si ofrecian el servicio y gratuito, cuando llegué al hotel, vaya sorpresa, NO ES GRATIS, DEBES PAGAR POR CADA ASIENTO QUE OCUPES. Mejor es ir a los parques en tu propio carro si lo tienes o agarrar un Uber, sale mas económico si son mas de 2 personas en la familia.

The pillows are very uncomfortable. Too soft.

Almost perfect, had it been cleaner...

The hotel offers complementary breakfast which was actually good. The room was spacious and had good amenities. Across of it there's a Target and other shopping and dining locations. While the hotel is close to Disney World, it is very far away from Universal Studios.

The toilet was dirty and its bowl had stains that on first sight looked like excrement. Also, there were a couple of maroon/brown stains on the bathroom wall. Finally, one of the pillow cases had 2 small red dots. The cleanliness of the room was lacking and they only do housekeeping every other day.

Great hotel close to Disney. The hotel was clean, had a great pool, restaurant on site and breakfast was wonderful. They offered a free shuttle to and from Disney parks. Other restaurants and shopping were right across the street..

My only complaint was that the mattresses were a little firmer than I prefer, but after a full day at Disney... You are too tired to even notice!

good location, good breakfast

The room was not cleaned everyday, the bathroom drain did not smell good. There was just one elevator working for most of the days I was in there, creating huge lines. The restaurant had terrible waiting times. I was double charged for my stay, once at Booking.com, and then again in the day of check-in. I talk to the staff several times during my stay, but the issue is still not resolved. 7 days ago, they said that I got a refund, but I still don’t see anything in my credit card statement. Return my money!!

The A/C unit in room 1423 was extremely loud. It worked. However, if you are a light sleeper then it will make it difficult to sleep. Thing sounded like a semi engine.

They will charge you extra for nothing.

It was a generic hotel room.

They charged me to park in their parking lot! They charged 60% more for the Disney shuttle than their website says. The room somehow had no cell service, and the bathroom doorframe was falling apart. The AC was too loud to sleep.

I would never stay there again

I paid extra for a fireworks view room. I saw no fireworks! If the smoke from the fireworks counts then I guess I did. No towels for two days? No maid service for seven days? This hotel is more like a youth hostel. It’s run down and poorly maintained.

We enjoyed the breakfast bar, and the variety of foods that they offered.

The only thing we had a problem with was the trim on the bathroom door. A strip of the trim fell off and came close to hitting our baby whom was crawling on the floor.
