Nice 5 bedroom vacation rental home.

The house that we stayed was very nice, clean and well kept. We enjoyed the pool and how it was close enough to the theme parks, even though there was traffic on I4 daily.

The property that we stay in was not in any of the pictures that were on this listing on Booking. We did not gain access to the property until 1 hour after the stated check in time, even though we were told that we would be able to check in early which was a little disappointing.

The property had bad mattresses,wasn’t clean ,we found roaches , the pool was dirty and the refrigerator did not work .

Will think twice and ask more questions UP FRONT before the deposit is made

I rented 2 houses they were not together at all and this should be noted when you rent more than one house usually if someone is renting more than one then they more than likely want the houses together . House 1 was fairly clean which is really unacceptable being as they charge a cleaning fee House 2 was not clean at all , they had ROACHES , these ppl that own these houses want to charge for excessive trash and other things like is your turn the air up from 78 then they wanna charge or withhold your deposit , then they want you to wash all the linen in both houses and load the dishwasher what are the cleaning ppl for . Let’s talk about the check in process I asked several times about a early Check in they wanted nothing to do with that and refused to allow a check in earlier than 4pm when clearly the houses were both ready BEFORE 4 A late check out means MORE MONEY. Oh both houses had a garage but they were both inaccessible the one was locked and the other had a pool table in it

Better COMMUNICATION!!! They don’t respond in a timely manner at all I called the office several times with no answer just straight to voice mail. As I said when renting more than 1 house the renter should be advised that the houses are not side by side . It gets very hot in Florida so please stop trying to regulate the air posting signs to have the air set on 78 or pay more money when you have already paid to rent the place . It needs to be better cooking utensils the cheap dollar store plastic cooking utensils are ridiculous.and further more if a cleaning fee is added to the rental why should I have to strip all the linen from the beds and wash the towels and linen

Excellent Stay

I loved the location, easy access to attractions. I loved the space of house, the kids loved the pool and the neighborhood was very quiet.

I didn't care for all the cars parked on the street in the neighborhood made it very hard to get in and out. Secondly, I didn't like how other visitors had pets in the yard where we were staying and pooped over the yard, it was nasty mom was very upset because some had got it on their feet good thing we caught it before they tracked it inside the house.

The house is not the one in the pictures, mold in AC, poorly maintained, outdated furniture, had to take delivery of pool furniture, had another family show up to stay at property while we were there, no phone calls returned, this place is not worth it do not stay here.

The house has good bones, just needs a facelift.

The house layout was excellent. The rooms were able to accommodate all 7 of us with ease. The neighborhood it was located in was quiet and secluded. The wildlife located in the pond outside our backyard was awesome to experience. The pool table and dart board were a peasant surprised and my kids enjoyed using them.

First and foremost we got the property to have a private pool that we didn't have to share. Upon arrival we found the pool was green and unusable. After 2 days it cleared up but still needed some attention. The pool itself needs updated as there are some rough edges. The house is in need of some significant updates to improve the overall experience. The appliances located in the kitchen and laundry room all need updated and the washer is in need of repair as we had significant issues using it. All wall plugs need replaced and more need added. Our phone chargers had a hard time staying plugged in. The middle bedroom located on the 2nd floor lacks proper airflow from the A/C. It also had 2 very uncomfortable mattress. The A/C needs a tune up and checked out to increase its efficiency. Multiple light fixtures needed new bulbs installed to replace burned out ones. The surrounding area needs some road upgrades as it takes forever to get anywhere.

Florida vacation 2022

It was a good location. The pool was big. The house was a good size for the prize we payed.

The dryer wasn't working when we got there, we got a new one the day before checkout, so we couldn't do laundry. It would get hot at night and we couldn't move the a/c, they had it set at 72 degrees and couldn't make it cooler. The house was not all that clean.

wasn’t clean the house had a lot of inoperable things including pool that didn’t heat , lights didn’t work, beds were horrible would not recommend this house at all

Superb

Everything was great.

The only issue we had was the bed sheets. It had blonde or brown hair in the bed sheets in the Master bedroom downstairs…..

Overall our stay was ok.

I love the pool area and spacious living.

I didn't like the room walls they were very light and you can hear everything in the other rooms. Also the garbage collection never came so we had a ton of garbage because of our party. The beds were very flat and hard which made sleeping almost impossible.

Could have been much better if someone would have checked the housekeeping care of the property.

If, the property better with housekeeping, the linen & towels were in poor conditions, house had a musty odor, mildew in 2 bathrooms, furniture dusty & human hair found. We had to clean it to stay.

Nice size pool smelled really good inside the house pool table and 3 bathrooms

I would of gave it a 10 but they was still cleaning the property when we arrived there also it was a bunch of flys in the house especially in the garage whoever stayed there before must of left the doors open also it was a hole around the fence in the pool area

Location was a little farther out than wanted to be, thought it would be Kissimmee and it was Davenport, the house in picture wasn't the house, should have address within a week of booking Trash bin was already full could only fit 1 to 2 bags before trash pick up

Everything was great! Neighbors was friendly and nice kids loved the pool and rooms! House was clean and we left it he house clean. Hope the workers who cleaned was happy also on how well kept we kept the house while we was there for our stay. Really appreciate holiday villas y’all made our vacation even better and we will be returning in July. It was my birthday also! May16th

Very disappointed on my Birthday and Mother's Day weekend.

That it had a at home feeling, the house floor plan was nice.

Very disappointed. Their pictures did not match the pictures shown when I made my reservations, not even similar pictures, they were very deceiving. When I arrived the house was not clean. Mirrors were dirty, table mats were dirty and sticky, trash was in the trash cans, broken chair leg (kitchen chair) kitchen table leg was very weak, no batteries in TV remote and the TV didn't work in the twin bed room, ALL the TVs were very small, carpet dirty dead bugs in windowsill.

Disappointing

That the house was spacious.

Ac was set at 78 degrees ,to warm to sleep . We ended leaving before departure date. Furniture and appliances where outdated, cleanliness was not done properly and certain things not working. Very disappointed ,property wasn’t like on pictures on line .
