Perfekter Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Disney World

Unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert, inkl. neu gefliest im Bad und sehr geräumig. Betten waren sehr bequem. Poollandschaft lässt keine Wünsche offen: großer nicht beheizter Pool mit Rutsche, beheitzer Poll und sehr warme Wirlpools. Bar, Take-away etc. im Hotel. Mit dem Auto benötigt man nur 10 Minuten zu den Disney Parks. War schon öfter hier - dieses Jahr neu: Pool hat bis um 10 Uhr abends geöffnet und dann wird der Bereich abgeschlossen. Dies ist für die Zimmer Richtung Pool viel besser, da so nachts und früh morgens es nicht mehr so laut ist. Wir kommen bald wieder :-)

Wenn man vor 10 Uhr schlafen möchte, ist die Poolmusik bei den Zimmern am beheizten Pool zu laut.

Value for money.

All the staff were super friendly and the facilities around the hotel were modern and clean. Breakfast was lovely- buffet.

The air con was sooooo loud and had a funny smell. We didn’t get the best night sleep. But the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Trash, never going back.

We got to sleep, that's the only good thing about the stay.

Hidden fees, room smelled horrible, like someone had just cooked fish and sweat. "Free breakfast" as advertised but they give you a $25 voucher that can't even get you enough to get two old breakfast sandwiches and cold potatoes. I had to pay $50 over the amount of the voucher to be able to get food for my wife and I. Two breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees. Had to pay for parking which also wasn't stated.

Great place for the price, with some small issues

Easy access to Disney, shops and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable if not overly spacious. Staff was nice and responded quickly to requests.

Elevators could use some maintenance or an upgrade. Not a single working ice machine after going through 6 floors and parking is paid…

The hotel was amazing! Everything was very clean, staff was friendly and attentive!

Everything was amazing! We have been to this hotel before, now it is new management and I believe a new company. We loved it! We just took a few days to get away with the family. The kids loved the pool and the waterslide!! The margaritas were exceptionally delicious! And the food was good too! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! We will 100% be back!!

The only downfall was the big pool with the slide wasn’t heated but they did have the smaller pool heated which was nice! Also, the room had thin walls. Meaning you could hear quite a bit through the walls; if someone opens or shuts a door, if people were talking in the hallway. Nothing too serious though, it definitely won’t stop us from visiting again! Amazing vacation!! Thank you!

Not bad, would stay again. Resort fees are ridiculous anywhere.

Location good, staff was friendly enough, and the place was all around good. You can get it cheaper if you book via AB&B. Pet friendly.

The layout of the buildings, exits, and elevators is a little confusing. The road coming into the hotel is a little rough. Could have gotten it cheaper on AB&B. Resort fees and paid parking in general are dumb. Just be up front with cost instead of tacking on extra fees all over the place. Sure you get the bonus $25 vouchers for paying the resort fee but you can only use them in their ridiculous yoga or exercise programs. Truth is, you're on vacation probably to go to Disney World so they pretty much count on you not using the vouchers at all. I'll make an educated guess and say without the programs (which I didn't see anyone using) they wouldn't be consider a resort and wouldn't be able to charge the resort fee.

cafe da manha ótimo. Omelete feito na hora, variedade de frutas. Piscina boa. bar próximo da piscina. quartos muito silenciosos.

No checkin o rapaz não nos avisou que tinha transfer grátis para Disney ( Uber foi barato e rápido )

Nice comfortable hotel with many amenities and kind staff.

The beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Hotel amenities were fantastic. Staff were fantastic, particularly Keila and Kleyn at the marketplace who were so friendly and kind every morning. The shuttle to the theme parks was also an added bonus while staying here.

If I had to pick something, the top floor corridor smelled a little musty but the rooms were perfect and smelled fresh. Also, a vegan option in the restaurants would be nice.

The room and also . I order a salad from the menu came with a hair inside. The other morning on the breakfast I found another hair in the Greek yogurt. So disappointed.

Primero la persona que nos atendió a la hora del check-in muy pésima atención de verdad que nos dio muy mala recepción al llegar nada amable y sin ningún interés de ayudar al cliente, si mal no recuerdo su nombre era Katy, segundo las habitaciones se sienten como con mucho polvo en la carpeta del piso y humedad del aire acondicionado como falta de mantenimiento..!!

Will never stay here again!

Offered breakfast buffet on site w/ pool and hot tub

They never told us we had to pay $20/ day for parking on site but gave us a pass to park They charged my card before i even got into the room, usually it’s done when you check out Staff in the front we’re not helpful on making my visit clear and what was needed There was a long brown strand of hair in the shower: my hair is braided and my mom has a short pixie cut

Für den Zweck (Disneyworld) super. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle. Allerdings kostet der Parkplatz für den Mietwagen recht viel. Daher kleiner Abzug. Ansonsten sauber, nett und inklusive eigenem Starbucks in der Lobby.

Wonderful stay, so clean. Will definitely stay again!

So clean and lush green environment you don’t feel like you’re in Kissimmee. The pools are the cleanest I have ever been in. The location was so close to food and shopping and Disney it was great. Staff was wonderful and quick to answer any calls to the room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the nicest I have ever gone to. I felt like this resort gave cruise level service.

I wish we didn’t have to pay a separate fee for parking but I know a lot of hotels in the area do the same thing. It was an extra $22 a night and it added up quick.

To say that I was disappointed, is an understatement

The only thing appealing about the property was the lobby and pool area were beautifully decorated.

The property was obviously an old, rundown hotel that they attempted to renovate. The outside of the buildings still looked old. The rooms were mediocre. The doors did not close or lock well, and I had to go buy security items for the doors. I asked for a different room and was told no! when I took a shower, the drain backed up and pubic hair flowed into the bottom of the tub. It was disgusting! I ended my stay early and I’m now fighting to get a refund because they charged my card $500 more then should have been charged. I stayed there for three days and there was a different charge every day. No one could tell me what the charge was for!

A bad experience

Location: The hotel's proximity to Disney parks is undoubtedly its strongest suit, with all major attractions just a short drive away. Universal Studios is also accessible, requiring a mere 25-minute journey. For theme park enthusiasts, this aspect alone makes the hotel an option worth considering. Amenities: The presence of a Starbucks on-site is a welcome convenience for guests craving their familiar coffee fix. Additionally, the breakfast offerings, while not extraordinary, were satisfactory and helped start our days on a positive note.

Disorganization and Check-In: Upon arrival, the lack of organized parking immediately signals a chaotic start. The necessity to leave your car unattended to endure a 35-minute check-in process, due to long lines, is far from the warm welcome one would expect. Parking Fee: The imposition of a $30 parking fee is baffling, especially given the hotel's isolated location with no nearby destinations within walking distance. This feels unnecessarily punitive. Room Quality: The rooms leave much to be desired in terms of space, comfort, and maintenance. The struggle with an overly noisy air conditioner, a cramped bathroom with a malfunctioning shower, and a partially clogged sink highlighted a concerning lack of attention to upkeep. Soundproofing: The absence of adequate soundproofing exacerbated the discomfort, with noises from neighboring rooms disturbing the peace at all hours. Facilities: While the pool area could have been a redeeming feature, the overcrowded spas detracted from the overall experience, resembling more of a congested hotspot than a relaxing retreat.

I absolutely loved it, I would stay again, and I loved the amenities!

This hotel has 4 pools. 2 hot tubs, one traditional pool w a slide, and one heated pool. The views were amazing!! There was corn hole, bonfire pits, couches, outdoor bars, etc. It was really amazing, especially for the price.

The breakfast buffet was a little too pricey, the staff was a little slow, and the food was not good.

ベッドが広くてゆったり眠れた。ロビーにスタバがあり、わざわざ買いに出掛けなくてもよく便利だった。ロビーのフルーツ水もちょこっとした喉の渇きに助かった。

システム不具合でチェックインに1時間も待たされた。トランジットも含め出発してから1日経っており、早く休みたかったためキツかった。お詫びとして$25のチケットを宿泊日数分くれたので、朝食や夜食に使えた。

Good option for a comfy, clean, close, good value Disney stay- great pool

Standard rooms have exceptionally small bathrooms, but was fine for one night. I would not want to stay with my family for a full week sharing that bathroom.

The location and rooms were great

Their systems were down so check in took awhile but no big deal it happens. The big problem was that the key system was down as well and they couldn't give us keys to the room, so we were walked to the room and then basically couldn't leave the room unless one of us stayed behind so we could get back in the room.

Hotel parece simples no seu exterior, no interior bonito e moderno nota 7, quarto confortável nota 6.

Passei 3 dias com a minha família, mesmo solicitando, não limparam o quarto nenhum dia, nem ao menos trocaram as toalhas.

We will not be staying in their property in the future, despite it being “refurbished” horrible.

Location was the only plus during this stay.

Elevators were not working - had to use stairs with older family members that had knee replacement was not a fun experience. Ice machine only available in first floor. Bar in main lobby didn’t have much selection. AC wouldn’t cool.
