Situated in Bay Lake, this lovely condo for $83 per night is a great option for your next trip. High End completely renovated unit (Sept 2017) and 1.5 miles away from Disney. All our units are completely renovated, and near Disney. We put allot of time and money into our units and most importantly try our best to make the whole experience memorable (We are SUPERHOST on other websites). Our units are designed professionally with high quality furniture. Most importantly all our units are affordable and fraction of the cost of hotels. We look forward to serve you! What you can expect: Clubhouse Full equipped Kitchen Pool and hot tub Arcade Room Gym Free Parking Basketball Court Foosball Ping Pong Table Brand New Designer Furniture Cable TV Free Wifi 1.5 Miles to Disney (5 Minutes) Close to the all shopping Great Restaurants Near by Grocery Stores Near By View of the Pool from the Bedroom Washer and Dryer (coin laundry) Check out time is STRICTLY at 11AM. Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of USD100. Please note that there is no hair and body soap provided! Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags. The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available also because of COVID. This is beyond our control. We apologise in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event. From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in this event .

It is a great deal, but the beds are uncomfortable and the noise from freeway steal your rest. It was very clean

The location was very good, like 10 minutes to Disney, walmart is close by. Just a couple complaints really, the lights from the pool area stay on all night long. Its like 7:00 am all night long. I put up the spare blankets on the bedroom window which helped a lot. Blackout curtians on the bedroom and living room would be the solution. Then the pillows are the worst. Some soft highend pillows would be nice.

This place was AMAZING! It was exactly as pictured, super cute, very clean and super convenient to everything. Had all the necessary items to cook a meal. Communication was great with owner, very quick to respond everytime I messaged him. Pool was super warm and clean. Property was well maintained. I will definitely be staying at Marks place again! This was a Fantastic home during our vacay. The pics match the home to the T. It was immaculately clean I can literally eat off the floor lol it was so cute and cozy and me and my family were very comfortable in and around the complex . The location was really really great close to everything!! The owner was so awesome communicating with us on arrival to make sure we had everything and if we needed anything. We will definitely stay again and I recommend this condo!! Thanks Mark for sharing your Beautiful home with me and my family !

For anyone wanting something close to the Disney Parks this is it. Our longest trip probably 15 minutes to the magic Kingdom. It was small probably best for two or three said it could sleep six. Only complaint would be it faced the pool and they left the lights around the pool on all night and the curtains were super thin letting a lot of light in at night.

The property was as described, easy check in, close to shopping/restaurants, and 10-15 minute drive to Disney parks with little traffic. The grounds are nice and the pool is clean and big! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The accommodations were as described. The only negative was that you could hear everything from other people staying. The walls seemed very thin as we could hear a baby crying every night. We are fairly easy going so it didn't disrupt enough to be an issue but just be aware of that. Overall easy to get to and easy to get to Universal and Disney as we needed.

If you want a cute little stopping point to be your base to go to the parks all day, this is it! We made breakfast and lunch most days in the mini kitchen and just loved the sparkling clean pool and hot tub. We really liked the cleanliness and amazing responsiveness of the host when we needed a little help. Over all awesome !

We opted to not stay on Disney property this time, and this location was perfect. Very quick drive to any of the parks. 15 minutes was our longest commute! As a bonus, there are lots of great restaurant options close by, and a publix grocery store. It was a great fit for us!

The condo looked exactly like it did in the pictures and was perfectly clean and functional! It's not a big space but good for a homebase for adventures. Wish the pool was open past 9 but understand there might have been some noise problems before.

The property was very clean and located in a safe and great location with close proximity to Disney and universal studios, which was the primary reason for our visit. It worked well for our family of five. The linens were nice and there were plenty of towels. We only used the kitchenette for breakfast, which was our goal- but if you wanted to cook a larger meal it would probably be difficult. But again, everything in the unit functioned well.

The condo unit was just like the pictures. Very colorful and convenient to Disney attractions (Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom). We even did a day trip to Cocoa Beach, which was about 70 minutes away. We didn't have time to use the pool but it does close at 6 PM so no night swimming. The place was well maintained.

This premiere host really knows their stuff. Beautiful condo so close to attractions and departure points. Comfy full size beds. Laundry on site. Check pool times. Wi-Fi can be slow. Pool is perfect size and temp. Roku super cool. DoorDash super fast. Absolutely lovely visit!

This condo was the perfect spot for our family of 4. With 2 children under the age of 5, it’s in a prime location to Disney and Sea World. We loved the easy access to Publix, Cold Stone, and restaurants. The owners were fabulous in constant communication with us to make sure we were satisfied. The kitchen area is perfect and separated from the bedroom so the kids can still sleep without hearing noise. We also enjoyed the pool! We’d highly recommend working with these owners and staying again.

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette trip! Perfect size for 4 girls. It was the perfect distance from Disney. I’m almost 7 months pregnant. This place was close enough that I left my sister and her two friends at the park mid-day for a nap! It was clean, super cute, and just perfect for us! Recommend 10/10!
