Welcome to our spacious and gracious 7 bedroom Orlando vacation home, located in the perfect spot on the exclusive Terra Verde Resort. Less than 5 miles from Disney in Kissimmee, Florida, and with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, elegant and spacious home away from home is perfect for large family groups, sleeping up to 16 guests. We have a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with sumptuous sofas, soft furnishings and lamps, a 55-inch LED flat panel TV and DVD/VHS player - so you can watch your favorite movies while on vacation (there are plenty of video stores nearby). If you want peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in the separate lounge, with overstuffed sofa and love-seat, occasional and coffee tables with lamps. If you need to surf the web during your stay, we have provided high speed wireless internet access in the home. If you want to spend your days soaking in that Florida sunshine?...then you've picked the perfect spot! When you want to relax, soak away tension in the crystal-clear waters of the private pool, or simply lay back on one of the comfy loungers or reclining chairs. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional switchable alarms. Want some more fun? Then step in to the games room garage, and enjoy some time playing pool or playing the Sony Play station Sleeping accommodation are as exclusive and luxurious as you could want, with two separate master bedroom suites that each provides spacious comfort – one upstairs, and the other off the pool deck downstairs. Each master has a king-size bed, flat panel TV with integrated DVD players, dresser and nightstands with lamp and clock/alarms and closet space. Each of these master bedrooms also provides a master en-suite bathroom, with either single or double vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers, and toilet. Two further bedrooms each offer sumptuous sleeping with a queen-size bed, one queen room includes a flat panel TV with integrated DVD players, both rooms include nightstand and lamp, a dresser/mirror and closet space, plus an adjacent bathroom with vanity basins and mirrors, toilet and bath/shower. One of the bedrooms has two full size beds great for adults and teens. Room includes night stands with lamps, closet space, plus adjacent bathrooms. Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans are not permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the property, or in the Terra Verde resort. Place was fairly clean, layout was great, bedrooms were good , however no paper towels, toilet paper was 1/2 rolls in all 4 restrooms, 2 trash bags and one dishwasher tab , all for a house that holds 16 people for our 3 night stay??

Good stay
Great price for the size of the property. Everything was smooth, but just disappointed there wasn’t a grill even though listing said there was one. Property management was great, but owner wasn’t responsive when we asked questions during the stay. Supplies were extremely limited, but we were accommodated with a few more garbage bags when we asked. It would have been helpful to know we needed to bring a lot of our own supplies, but stores were plentiful so having to find and purchase items wasn’t a problem.

The property had not been properly cleaned in some time. There was BLOOD on the wall in the upstairs bedroom above the front of the house. The upstairs bathroom on the garage side curtain rod fell down and wouldn't go back up the first night there and nobody was even in there. The other upstairs hallway bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and around the tub. Each bedroom had trash on the floors and under furniture. The fans in each room turned on and off when they wanted to, the remotes didn't seem to work for any of them as well as their lights. I was charged to heat the pool and not once did it get heated. It stayed cold the whole week. The only time the water was heated was when the sun was out! My grandparents lived in florida for 17yrs and i know the difference between heated pool and heated by the sun! ( would like a refund for that)
The ceiling fan in the living was so dirty that anytime it was turned on it threw around dirt. The ice maker doesn't work, the stove wouldn't let us cook anything inside and the big burner up top wouldn't heat or go straight to high heat and burn the food. We wasted alot of food trying to cook in the kitchen. The pantry shelves were leaning over to where we couldn't store anything in it all week. We wasted money having to go buy pans because the ones there were so disgusting and then the stove had issues so we essentially wasted money on alot of food and having to buy new pots and pans to try and cook. There was only 4 or 5 wash clothes in the entire home and a few towels. Had to go buy more. The plumbing for the entire house was horrible, nothing wanted to drain.
We have pictures and videos of everything that was wrong and of how the house looked after we left.
Overall this was a terrible experience for me and my family and we are highly disappointed in this property!

About 20 minutes from Disney world and a Walmart is like 2 miles away from the house.

This house is described as luxury and as a grand opening. The quality of the entire unit was sub par. The furniture was well worn, mismatched and often in some need of repair. The pool heater doesn’t work currently and we were offered nothing as a refund or solution for a frigidly unusable pool. The fridge water and ice were broken as well as a cracked microwave. There is nothing about this stay that says luxury. Most of the mattresses were totally hard and most of my friends all had sleep interruptions due to old mattresses that has coils poking them. Very few towels and a lack of basic replacements like toilet paper or paper towels make this a property totally not worth the money. It’s sad as with actual improvements and upkeep, it has the potential of being ok.

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for all of us. The weather was a little cool, and the pool didn't heat up like we'd hoped. We used the club house pool and hot tub, which is great. We played shuffleboard and cornhole, at the clubhouse. Which is fun. The paved trail around the pond is nice for a quiet walk.

Great staycation!!
We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and clean home. It was a perfect location close to everything and easy to enter and exit neighborhood. The kids loved the pool table and the pool. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Orlando.

The house is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for all of us. The weather was a little cool, and the pool didn't heat up like we'd hoped. We used the club house pool and hot tub, which is great. This property was perfect for us! There was alot of room & space! It was a bonus that they had baby stuff there (we have a 1.5 yr old) a pack & play & high chair even a stroller was there! Peefect for us can't wait to book this property again!

Nice stay
Master bed downstairs needs replaced. Hot tub didn't work but owner turned on the heat in the pool. Owner responds immediately to issues. Would rent home again.

Perfect location!
We enjoyed our stay. Everthing was close by. Walmart, Old Town, Epcot Center. There was a few minor thing, but overall it was a great house and we enjoyed our stay.

Good rental for the price
Only issue we had was the hottub would not get up to temperature and we bought a steam mop to clean the floors as they were very dirty. I think the last guests wore their shoes the entire time. with a dark floor hard to see the dirt but by the end of the first night our socks were disgusting with the dirt. Suggest to mop all the first level floors and stairs in the cleaning between rentals, also a trash bag was left on the porch that we had to throw away, left by the cleaning crew.

Great house great pool
We loved the house it was open and all the bedrooms were spacious. The beds were a little firmer than we were use to. We did have some slow plumbing problems. There wasn't an outdoor grill which we planned a meal around but we just moved everything inside. There was a couple of small things but it's was a great house and we had a wonderful time

There was a few minor thing that could of been better a few minor complains but I usually don't complain much I'm not so particular with in general but over all it was great experience we really enjoyed our stay

Great house for big groups!
We stayed for 3 nights in the house with about 5-6 other couples. With 7 bedrooms, it was great having the opportunity for all of our friends to be under 1 roof. The garage playroom was an added bonus we didn't expect, with a pool table, air hockey table and TV. We were about a 15 min Uber ride from all the Disney parks which was perfect for us. There's also a Walmart close by that you can pick up whatever household products you might need. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great rental house
I stayed with my staff for a convention in Orlando. The house was immaculate and very well maintained. Bedrooms were great, sheets were comfortable and having tvs in every bedroom was nice. They all had DVD players as well. The communication with the home owner was excellent, usually got a reply back from him the same day. I sent my staff on my way and had a midweek cleaning and then my family came down for the rest of the week, and the kids loved the house as well. Terra Verde is a great community to stay in, close to all the attractions. There is a Publix grocery store and a 24 hour Super WalMart practically around the corner. Make sure you plan on your first day to get essentials for your stay at the house so you do not have to keep running out. I would definitely recommend staying in this house to anyone who is looking for an Orlando vacation.

We had the best time at y...
We had the best time at your home Jose. This was somewhat of a family reunion, as we had family drive down from Atlanta, and we drove up from Fort Myers. The house is perfect for such an ocassion and there was so much room for everyone to have a wonderful time. The pool table was the hit of the vacation, and we were able to enjoy many "playoff" games throuhout our stay. Although we had 14 people total (two of which were 17 months and 9 months) the house never felt crowded and it was great to be able to make breakfast and dinner for everyone with the supplies of cookware provided by you. We would definitely love to stay again and have been recommending your home to all of our friends.
