We have a lakeside patio area to relax and enjoy the view. A nice gravel beach area provides access to tie-off a boat or jet ski during the day (no dock available). It is located in one of the most convenient lake locations to restaurants, attractions, and shopping in Rogers and surrounding areas. Escape the daily stresses of life and relax in the tranquility of our lakefront vacation rental home. The peaceful setting allows you to enjoy evenings on the deck watching the sunset over the lake or mornings sipping coffee as the cool breeze blows over the water. Spend sunny days soaking in the sunshine at the lakeside flagstone patio or evenings relaxing by the fire pit perfect for roasting hot dogs and s'mores. You are sure to see abundant deer, birds, and other wildlife. Comfort and cleanliness is our top priority for our guests and we take pride in providing wonderful accommodations for up to ten guests. We offer 3 bedrooms (plus two queen sleeper sofas) and 2 baths. The home is furnished with major appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer and ceiling fans in bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishes, and cookware. The main floor has a comfortable sitting area with stone fireplace, TV and DVD player, beautiful hardwood floors, queen sleeper and plenty of windows to view the water and landscape. The first bedroom has a King bed, TV, ample closets and drawer space. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with Smart TV. Outside is a beautiful deck with patio furniture and a BBQ propane grill where you will enjoy the spectacular view and beautiful sunsets. Downstairs offers a family room with queen sleeper, TV/DVD, stone fireplace, games, Master Bedroom w/King bed and TV, bath, and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Step out of the sliding glass doors and walk right down to the lakeside. The house is located less than 1/2 mile from the entrance to the Horseshoe Bend State Park with swim beach, picnic pavilions, boat launches, playground areas and a full service Marina. The legendary Monte Ne Chicken Inn is 4 miles away for a delicious family style dinner. It is just 15 minutes to the Pinnacle Hills Promenade Shopping Mall, AMP for awesome concerts and John Q. Hammons Convention Center. Crystal Bridges American Museum of Art and children's Amazeum is only 18 miles away. We are approximately 20 miles from XNA Airport and 25 miles from Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas, 15 miles to War Eagle Mill and 35 miles to Eureka Springs. This home is truly an all-season getaway. Summers are filled with fun whether you are swimming, fishing, skiing, or boating. Fall brings the brilliant colors of autumn leaves, craft fairs, and football games. Winters are warm and cozy as you enjoy a crackling fire burning in either of the two native stone fireplaces and the home is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Spring is the perfect time for picnics as the trees and flowers come into bloom. We enjoyed the lake, the views and all the amenities. There were games galore, plenty of space to feel comfortable with the whole family. This home was immaculately cared for. Good quality linens etc. fully stocked.

Perfect for our large family. We really enjoyed having a private beach for swimming and fishing. Making s’more’s at the fire pit every evening was a big hit with the kids.

Very clean and quiet home with nice view and access to the lake. Communication was very easy. We enjoyed the firepit area as well. Bring shoes to wear down to the beach area. It is very rocky by the water.

We had a great time staying at this lake house with a beautiful view. The house is extremely clean. The check-in instructions were clear and concise. Considering the record breaking temp around the time of our stay, the house had plenty of shaded spots for us to enjoy our surroundings. My family had a fantastic stay and will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!!

All of us loved being able to get to the water to play. The fire pit is fabulous, and we enjoyed S'mores one night. Just sitting on the deck looking out over the lake was relaxing, and we even had a "resident" cat that showed up frequently and wanted attention. The kitchen was well-stocked for food preparation. The Coke machine was very fascinating!

We love Beaver lake and were able to swim right out the back door. The house had everything we needed and the kids loved the fire pit. We had smores and hot dogs over the fire. The beds were comfortable and roomy. We will stay here again. I would highly recommend to friends and family if they want to vacation in the area.

Spent our family vacation here this year! House was perfect for adults and our 2 young kids. Location on the lake was perfect! Kids were able to swim right there and we were able to tie off our boat to a tree. Would definitely stay here again!!!

You could not have a more scenic and enjoyable view of Beaver Lake. Seeing the stars reflect off the lake while cozying up to a first class fire pit with plenty of space and comfortable chairs truly was memorable.

We came to visit our daughter who attends U of A and brought her grandparents. We wanted to stay outside of Fayetteville on the lake. The view was amazing and place had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking by the lake, warming up by the fireplace and playing family games. Will definitely look for an opportunity to book this place again!
