About this house rental
Nestled in Four Corners, this charming house for $964 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This luxurious vacation home that follows WHO and CDC cleaning and disinfecting guidelines is located in the Windsor at Westside, a prestigious resort community - with short drive to DISNEY WORLD (10 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. The 4382 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture, large screen LED TV in family room and LED TV in all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary. There are one King master suite and one double Queen bedroom on ground floor. On 2nd floor there are 2 king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, 1 full/full bunk bedroom and 2 double twin bedrooms. Total 22 people can all sleep in beds! The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and two family size double door stainless steel fridges along with all essential appliances. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables. A gas BBQ grill makes poolside living even easier. A ceiling fan circulates air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot SPA. The pool faces east, which ensures plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure. A well-trained dog under 50 pound is welcome with additional fee and deposit. Washer/dryer, and dishwasher are available. Also provided are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has pool table and Foosball table for further enjoyment after full day theme park visit. The home offers courtesy high speed Wi-Fi of 400 MBPs You're close to all the attractions, Disney is 15 mins, shops are 5 mins. Universal is 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, Lego Land is 45 mins, Interstate 4 (55) is 5 mins away from this villa. An extraordinary 8,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style pool completed with a water slide – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. The home and amenities matched the pictures. We had a dozen adults on a golf trip and we had room to spread out and enough table space inside and out for meals and socializing. Having two refrigerators was a big plus for our group. The owner and management team were great to work with and very prompt. If this home is available for out golf trip next year, we will not hesitate to book this again.

Our family of 16 celebrated our big 50th wedding anniversary in this place and it was absolutely perfect. More than enough rooms and beds and baths for all of us. The open dining, kitchen and living room suited us well. We had grown grandchildren and little ones and everybody found things to do and places to do them. The open upstairs worked well for all of us. TVs in every room made it nice for individuals and their privacy. Everything ran so smoothly. The whole family loved it. The clubhouse was so close so we could walk there. Kris is a great host and I would highly recommend her! Thanks for everything, Kris.

We loved our family reunion at this Kissimmee home! The home itself was beautifully decorated. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out. The outdoor pool area was screened in allowing perfect indoor/outdoor living. The home was immaculate and the waterpark in the complex was great for our youngest member. The only negative criticism is that many of the beds had very high mattresses. They were comfortable, but a real challenge to get into for our older and shorter family members.

Family trip for 15
Kris stepped up and saved us when 28 days before our trip our previous host sold the house we had booked. I honestly think that was the best thing that could have happened. The house was amazing for our family of 15. My mother planned this trip for her adult children and their families. It was the best week. We had space to separate and so much space to be together. We loved the pool and hot tub. The teenagers loved the freedom to go back and fourth to the club house. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had a full Easter dinner for 15. We made so many new family memories during our stay. Memories we will treasure always. And we will definitely be back soon! Thank you again Kris!!

Very Nice House!
The home is spacious and inviting. The layout is awesome and Kris is very responsive to inquiries. Very clean and modern place. Nice amenities on site as well. Plenty to do or just relax by the pool. Very .nice experience renting this house. Even when we had to call the manager about the pool heater the response was immediate. Great overall vacation. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Wow! Luxurious and comfortable!
Kris answered all of my questions thoroughly before and after booking. Not only can this lovely home sleep 22 (we had 16 adults and 3 children), it also has space for 20 to sit down to eat. We had enough pots, pans, bakeware, silverware, and place settings to cook and make food for our group. The pool and hot tub were heated and ready to use at our check in time with sturdy and clean table and chairs pool side. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable to relax, watch tv, play games, and enjoy. Extra parking passes were arranged ahead of time to park elsewhere in the community since we had families traveling in separately. The very clean club house and club house amenities (pool, free arcade, lazy river) were available to us on the day of check in and out. There were plenty of towels for bathing and for swimming. As with most vacation homes, we provided our own paper products and knew in advance. The home was spotless upon our arrival and VERY welcoming including towel swans on some of the beds as well as sample toiletries in each bathroom. This luxurious home was about 45 minutes from the airport and even closer to Disney. We will not think twice to check with Kris in the future to reserve one of her vacation homes! If you’re interested in this home, book it before someone else does!

Great location and accommodations for a family of 20
Major weaknesses were in the kitchen area. Coffee maker and mixer had to be replaced. No large pots, no salad bowls, no wine opener. Grill required repair. Require additional ground faults; outlets in the bath rooms did not work. No ice maker. Floor throughout needs a good cleaning. Suggest you inspect all shelf clips; several are installed incorrectly.

Family Gathering
The house decorated beautifully. Enough space, dining tables, fun spot upstairs, beds, TV’s and cooking utensils and dinnerware enough for 20 people. The air went out upstairs and one toilet didn’t work upon arrival. I called the property manager, she apologize by it being a holiday know one could come until Friday, check in Wednesday. She was so pleasant and call me a couple of times to keep me inform about the repair schedule. We will definitely stay again. The pool was clean, that is a plus. I can’t but repeat spacious. That is a plus with 20 people not being on top of each other. My family was happy, so I’m happy.

We would definitely stay here again. We had a short problem with the TV connections. We called the property manager and the problem was fixed the same day. It was very relaxing with enough space for our whole family.

Beautiful home close to Disney
The house was beautiful. The entire family (18 of us) spent 4 nights here. We loved it. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The pool was awesome. The pool at the clubhouse is very nice and has a water slide and lazy river. The video games were all free. Would definitely stay here again some day. It's convenient to Disney World too.

Double House Rental for Cheer Team
We rented 2 identical villas from Kris for a cheer team that was competeing at the ESPN Wide World os Sports and our stay was fantastic. Houses were as described, clean and fully stocked with all needed items for cooking meals for this large group. Kris was more than repsonsive and communicative with my inquieries and house needs. This was a great stay, at a great loaction, with a great owner. High recommend!

The property was nice. We had issues with the upstairs air conditioner the first night and had to go buy fans but it was resolved early the next morning. The electricity went out throughout the resort on Friday evening and we had to sit outside for a few hours because the house heated up very fast. Also there need to be larger pots, pans and a griddle in the home for cooking with large families. Overall it was a nice home and my family enjoyed themselves.

I really enjoyed my stay The House was everything we expected and more
We arrived with twenty others including kids when we walked in the house it was breathtaking. No one complained about their rooms my grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the adults. My master bathroom had a sunken tub that was made for relaxation home away from home is a understatement. The family room was big enough to play games and have family time. And the neighbors were nice as if we known them forever. We didn’t get to really enjoy the free did I say free game room. Bathrooms for everyone was ideal. My Elderly parents said they wish we stayed longer. We are planning our next Family outing to Florida as we do every two years but We thinking Next year 😀� we definitely want to stay in the same house. Next time we will plan the whole seven days. Do we can enjoy the community area with lazy river.Kris thanks for everything and keeping in contact with us along the way that made us feel so welcome your place is beautiful thanks for sharing such a beautiful experience looking forward to next time came wait....
