Located in Amagansett, this attractive house for $1,786 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with a gorgeous pool, in perfect Amagansett location. What makes this place special is the lush landscaping on 1.6 acres and its 50 yard setback from the road creating lots of privacy but within walking distance of everything. Just east of town, about 5 doors down from Vicki's farmstand. The nearest ocean beach is .3 miles away at Mako Lane. Atlantic Ave Beach is .9 miles away. The IGA grocery store is .6 miles away, the train is .9 miles away, and town/jitney is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride just 1.5 miles away. The house itself is 1600 square feet but has a spacious layout with master suite and guest rooms at opposite end of the house. There are two separate living areas (main living room and enclosed sunroom), three porches, plus a teak dining set around the pool. The house is fully stocked with towels, beach gear, linens, games, five bikes, and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, including ample spices and condiments, coffees, teas, etc.

Check in was a breeze, the owner was so nice and very easy to communicate with. The location was very convenient to Montauk, Sag Harbor, East Hampton. The grounds were beautiful and our kids loved the pool. The owner provided lots of information about things to do in the area, and how to access the beach, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

The title of my review hits my biggest highlights. This was a different Hamptons rental experience than we have ever had given how private and lushly landscaped the property was which made it feel like a real oasis estate and the beach access which is very unique for the Hamptons where I usually feel land locked. The house is a cottage but was plenty of space for our family of 4. It has a rustic feel but is part of the charm. My only suggestion is a really deep cleaning as there are naturally lots of bugs out east so spider webs creep up and it was also a bit musty. We would definitely rent this home again.

This was our second time staying. The house is lovely, very well equipped, clean and the pool is great. Best part is amazing location in Amagansett, close to Montauk, East Hampton and beaches, couldn't ask for anything more.

The property was just as described and we loved it, we had a fantastic time. The location in particular is great - easy walking distance to the beach and a longer walk into Amagansett. And the house has great character and all the amenities you could want

We loved Amagansett for a nice change from the usually SH, BH, EH scene. A bit farther out, but the area has its own - semi- BoHo chic style, which was reflected in the home/home decor. Very airy beautiful home with a cottage feel. The grounds were fabulous, esp. the pretty pool. The owner took care to create a unique, upscale experience for the renter. We enjoyed it very much...!!

We loved the house with a nice pool located near beaches. While nonresident renters can’t park by the beach it was a short car ride for drop off or short bike ride. Olivia - the home owner - was very available & helpful!

We loved this house and had an amazing vacation there! Perfect location within walking/bike riding distance to beaches. The house is very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, pool is gorgeous, yard is huge and fenced (our dog loved it), just a wonderful home.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was perfectly appointed with everything we could need, from bikes to beach chairs. The pool and yard were terrific for kids and adults. Great location in Amagansett, close to restaurants, farm stands, half way between Montauk and East Hampton for exploring. Olivia could not have been a better host.

A lovely house in a great location. It was the perfect get away spot from NYC to relax and recharge. House suited our needs, kitchen was very nice and updated and pool/grounds were in great shape. Would gladly book again next summer.

We had a great time renting the cottage. The location was ideal to East Hampton and Montauk, which provide access to beaches and restaurants. The house was clean and ideal for our family (including our dog) with a well manicured property and a wonderful pool for our toddler to enjoy! It was very easy to work with Olivia to set the rental up and meet with her to obtain access to the property. I would strongly recommend staying at the cottage if you are interested in a Hampton's vacation or weekend away.

We loved this house! (Family of four, kids 13 and 10). Close to the beach, walk to town, quick drives to East Hampton or Montauk. The property is very private, with tons of flowers and lovely outdoor spaces. (lots of comfortable outdoor furniture too!) The house is clean and beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooks. Bikes were great, as were the chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and met us on arrival to provide a tour and great guidance for our stay. We'll be back for sure!

Exclusive and private. Incredible space with stunning greenery. Beautiful heated pool. Steps to beautiful beach and town. Fully equipped with anything you would need, cooking or otherwise. Comfortable beds and extremely clean. Definitely coming back next year!
