Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality. This beautiful, spacious condo offers two king-size carpeted bedroom suites, a queen-size sectional sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms. The woodgrain vinyl-floored living space boasts a 70” cable television, lounge seating, and a butcher block dining table for four with wall fireplace. The spacious balcony also seats four. The well-appointed kitchen provides a countertop-height island that seats three, cooktop with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig-Duo, and refrigerator. The loft bedroom features a jacuzzi tub and 32” TV with DVD, and the lower bedroom has an office table with duo monitors, ergonomic chair, and 32” TV. Multiple card and board games are also stocked. Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May. All this, just a stone's throw from Charlevoix the beautiful downtown.

Air conditioner did not work, and maintenance never came to check it out. We were there for a wedding and it was very hot, making it difficult to get ready. Very, very disappointed.

The bedroom did not have a curtain only blinds. In the morning you woke up because it was not dark in the room. The air conditioning controls where upstairs and the first floor bedroom was hot .

We stayed just one night, but the condo was great. Very clean and comfortable, easy to check in, and in a great location for walking to restaurants and shops in downtown Charlevoix.

This property was so close to EVERYTHING. The staff was exceptionally helpful. It was amazingly quiet in the room. We loved sitting on the balcony watching all the vacationers coming and going.

Great location within walking distance to marina, shopping, beach, lighthouse(under construction) and restaurants. Clean apartment with a nice set up.
Disappointed the laundry service was out of service as we had planned for this and only packed for half our vacation. Instead we i got up early and visited a friendly local laundromat.

I thought the price was a little high for what you got. Loved our balcony as we had nice time string out and enjoying the weather. I think overall the building and rooms could use a face lift...bathroom shower and water closet upstairs are small; bathtub downstairs was difficult to shower in for an elderly woman; beds and linens were fabulous and enjoyed the pool.

We found the rental unit to be just what we were looking for. When I originally called I found them very helpful and that made me feel comfortable from the start. It is a great location to walk from and "The Weathervane" restaurant right across the parking lot is great to eat at. Right on the river.

We stayed in room 207. We came to Charlevoix 3 of 4 of our family Members were in a wedding. This room was clean had everything we needed could it easily stay the week. We enjoyed the indoor pool while we were there.

Couple complaints that were taken care of fairly quickly. No hot water one evening and no WiFi the second day. We were out all day so WiFi not a big issue and back up and running g the evening we returned. The staff at the desk were very efficient and extremely nice. Would stay there again.

We arrived on Saturday 9/18/21 expecting to check-in at Water Street Inn. We were informed that we arrived a day earlier than our reservation and were going to need an alternate plan. The host person at WSI arranged for us to rent a room at Points North in Charlevoix for that night. We returned to WSI for 9/19/21 and were able to enjoy that facility for our 2nd night in the area. The staff management staff at both facilities were extremely helpful and understanding with the "date" mix-up and we were informed that we would be "excused" from our obligation at WSI for the 9/20/21. This is our 2nd year to visit the area and stay at WSI. It is a great location and a well managed place to stay. Thanks to all who helped us and especially to the young lady who stayed at Points North later than her scheduled time to allow us to travel to that location and get checked in.
