An added benefit of staying with us is that our unit is self-contained on the ground floor. The shared entrance door is only for the exclusive use of 2 other units. Once inside, only you and your party will access our place. Unlike staying at a crowded hotel where you share a lobby, hallways and a small elevator space with many others, our unit has very limited contact with others. We also send you a door code to use, so no contact with another person is required for check-in or check-out. _____ This spacious 3 bedroom 2 storey condo, is ideally located in exclusive Mountain Walk development, with ground floor walk-out access to the Village, Silver Bullet ski chairlift, and Monterra golf course. This stunning property is ideal for larger / multi- family stays and reunions, couples and groups and makes a perfect spot for a ski, spa or golf vacation. Extensive living space includes a large living room with wood burning fireplace and large screen TV; a large dining area that comfortably seats 8; and a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with large island/eating area for 5. Lots of light, all the amenities and plenty of seating for those memorable dinners and get togethers with family and friends. The main floor includes 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. First bedroom includes queen bed and TV; second bedroom includes 2 sets of bunk beds. A pull-out sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space. The second floor master retreat includes queen bed, electric fireplace, large screen TV and a newly renovated en-suite oasis with Jacuzzi tub. This fully furnished condo includes upgraded appliances, hardwood and marble floors, granite countertops and has all the comforts of home including upgraded mattresses, bed linens and towels, as well as gas forced-air heating (not electric baseboards) in the winter and central air conditioning in the summer. Upgraded electronics include large flat screen TVs, HD cable and high-speed internet service, SMART devices for NetFlix, and Bluetooth speakers for endless entertainment. The unit also includes a private ground floor patio with natural gas BBQ and picnic table. All required bed linens and towels are provided. Free parking is available on site and unlimited internet/wi-fi access is included. Walking distance to everything, you can enjoy all that Blue Mountain has to offer and retreat to your quiet, private escape in just 2 minutes! My family and I had a really lovely time here. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and the location is amazing. It literally takes 10 minutes to walk to the village and you have a lovely view of the mountain. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay with our family and doggos. The place is clean, comfortable, and very inviting, surrounded with beautiful scenery. The Blue Mountain village is walking distance. Parking is included which is a plus. Overall, a wonderful place to stay if you’re visiting here.

We had a wonderful time at Amir and Ulana’s place! The location was ideal - across the street from the Village parking lot. Pictures of the condo don’t do it justice. It was spacious for our group of 8 (plus 2 dogs). We would LOVE to return to this condo and highly recommend it to anyone planning a Blue Mountain getaway!!

We spent a long weekend exploring the area, really enjoyed having this condo as our home base for our multigenerational family. We were able to easily sleep 5 adults and 2 kids and had lots of space in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped and very handy to not have to eat out all the time. Would definitely recommend to other families looking to get away to the Blue Mountain/Collingwood area!

A group of us ladies got together for a ladies weekend in Blue Mountain, this was an absolutely perfect place to stay! It had everything we needed and was very spacious. The hosts were very clear communicators and made check in very easy. They were available if/when needed by messaging. We were all so impressed and releived with how close we were to the village! It made for a beautiful weekend that helped us to create memories to last a lifetime!

We have stayed at this property two times. Once with our kids and another get away with cousins. I can't say enough about this property. A two minute walk to all the amenities within the village. Or staying in by the fireplace and having a home cooked meal, all the conveniences at your fingertips. Will defiantly stay at this property again. Thank you again for your hospitality!!

Everything about this rental was perfect! It is a beautiful condo, well-outfitted and very clean. The hosts were very helpful and easy to reach. Best of all was the location...it is literally across the street from the Village and had a beautiful view of the ski hill from the back patio area. The unit has access to the outside via the sliding door which is ideal. Going forward, we will solely try to rent this unit again. It was a perfect spot for our family! Thank you for an amazing weekend!
