Beautiful house, very comfortable, spacious! It is just as it appears in the photos, all doubts and requests were kindly resolved, we were very well. The pool does not reach a very high temperature, the jacuzzi is hotter, but it was fine. Nick was very responsive and we would definitely rent it again. As a suggestion, I would add an air fryer to make the menus easier and faster, because you arrive tired from the parks. Otherwise, super good!!!

This house was great for us. It provided us with all of the amenities we needed. The location was good, within walking distance of Sams, Target, and restaurants. The pool is lukewarm. The hot tub is amazing! The communication regarding trash and parking is confusing. People pretty much park where and how they wanted even though the "rules" stated differently. There is a little brown cubby like item in the front for trash but the top was broken. So, an animal tore into our trash overnight and we ended up having to haul trash to the clubhouse, which isn't far. There are a couple of broken tiles in the kitchen floor. Another guest stated, "I thought the house was nice overall. Just some minor things that need fixing. The boards around the kitchen floor seemed to be loose when I was sweeping." Bring spices/seasonings, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and such. Nothing is left over or provided or at lease not enough to get you through the week. The coffee maker is regular, not a Keurig. (Not complaints, just heads up) The microwave doesn't warm fast. Give it an extra 30 seconds or so. The beds are comfortable. The master bathroom is beautiful. The water pressure and temp was great and held up against multiple people taking showers. Adequate towels are provided. Bring an extra blanket for lounging. The temp in the house stays on 73 and will not go below 72. It got warm upstairs in the early mornings. There are convenience remotes 4 lights next to beds. Control from your bed. ENJOY!!

The setup of the house was perfect for our family; older kids stayed upstairs and younger kids stayed downstairs with parents. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the older kids loved the pool table and air hockey table. It was only 20 minutes from Disney and was a very easy drive. We really didn’t have any issues but I dis contact the manager about a couple of things and she responded very quickly. As to a couple of reviews that stated that the house was showing wear, I noted that there were areas on the stair railing where the paint was worn away; that didn’t impact my family’s trip at all! Such a minor complaint compared to how spacious and well laid out the house was and all the amenities it offered. The 3 adults all agree that if we ever go back to Disney we will definitely stay at this house!

To start, we had a great time as our group of golfers used the house as a place to relax after a round of golf in the hot Florida sun. It was very spacious, with a nice seating area for watching sports. Although we didn’t use them, I can see the pool table and games room as great for families. Pool and Hot tub were also very good. The bathrooms were big and functional also. A couple of things that we did notice - the unit is showing signs of wear. Pool furniture should be replaced and there were several spots over the carpeting and some furniture. Not sure what previous renters were doing but lots of wear and hand railings too. Also the kitchen isn’t well equipped for preparing meals like we are used to. There was nothing like large recessed pans to bake with. Just 2 tiny little flat sheets. The frying pans are all in need of replacement. Lots of large plates but no small ones. We have seen much better in smaller places we have rented. Also no kitchen towels to wipe counters or do dishes by hand. We bought some and left for next guests. No dish soap either. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Just one single extra garbage bag. A lot of little things were just missing. The garbage box outside is broken and has animals ripping into the bags every night, and not sure what the pick up schedule was but it wasn’t every day as posted. Also not the owners fault, but kind of disappointing that there is absolutely no recycling whatsoever in this area so everything goes to landfill.

First of all the property was as described for the most part. We were a group of 14 which included 3(5yr old) children so Everyone had plenty of space. Some of the specialized lights were not working properly, but that wasn’t a big deal. I like to approach things in a positive manner, so when we arrived and the home was not ready for check in I tried to be understanding and not make a big deal about it. I was told that there was a bathroom lid broken and that management had already been notified. One of the cleaning ladies pointed out to me that the fridge was leaking water due to the freezer freezing up at the bottom. I assumed that this also was told to management. We proceeded to move ourselves in and enjoy our 6 nights stay. We actually really enjoyed the property. The children and adults enjoyed the pool on the days that we were not at the parks. The kitchen was very spacious and served its purpose. Two days after we left I received a charge for misc repairs and cleaning. The pics I received were some of the things mentioned above in addition to small spots on white carpet(not very kid friendly) and counters not being wiped down. Isn’t that why we are charged a cleaning fee? The trash bin outside needs to be replaced, the local animals kept getting in and now that is part of my new charge. Overall it was a very nice place but not sure if I’d recommend to families. They definitely knit pick every little detail. So just be ware.

The property is as described on the website, even if the pictures possibly making it look slightly more luxurious than it is, as it is starting to look a little jaded in places banisters need a a lick of paint, carpets had been eaten by something in places…(at least with four kids this didn’t leave us constantly shouting, don’t touch that)!
We also felt the need to clean on arrival, as sofas were dirty if you lifted the cushions and the carpet felt in need of a good hoover.
That said, any problems during our stay were promptly and satisfactorily addressed by the management team and the property still represents very good value for money with the location being excellent for everything that Disney and Universal have to offer, near to shops and restaurants, close enough to the airport and has the wonderful addition of the clubhouse pool and gym, if some variety from the villas own pool is needed.

We were a party of eleven and the house and pool accommodated us very nicely. We found the accoutrements within the house to be lacking. Upon arrival there was one roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, two pods for laundry and two pods of dishwashing detergent. It was expected that we do a load of sheets on the day we left. Prospective renters should be made aware ahead of time that incidentals such as pot holders, dish towels, sponges, cleaning products, paper towels,toilet tissue dish detergent, laundry detergent are not supplied. The gas grill is in very poor condition and the exhaust fan doesn't work well. The smoke was intense as we used the grill. The air conditioning is monitored by the owner and when we were home on a few very hot days, the system did not cool effectively. The lounge chairs by the pool are old and the cushions are moldy and should be discarded and replaced. The exterior of the house would benefit from a powerwash and the interior could benefit from paint touch ups, especially on the stairway. The trash is removed daily but there should be a heavy weight provided by the owner to keep the cover of the receptacle in place so the animals cannot go through the trash.
We enjoyed our visit; but I don't expect to return to this property.

Loads of space, lovely safe neighbourhood. Everything you need. Outside Sun loungers could do with an upgrade as they were mouldy so didn't use them. That was the only fault otherwise a lovely stay that is recommended.

The home was very spacious and in a very nice area. Close to shopping , Disney and other popular attractions.

We had a couple of minor isssues and the property manager was quick to respond and help with the issues. I would definitely stay at this property again!

We stayed here with 9 people for a week for our Disney trip. We had a wonderful time and had plenty of space for everyone. The kids enjoyed the pool, air hockey, and pool table. The adults loved the hot tub after a long day of walking in the parks. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we really enjoyed this house. It was spacious, and between the pool and the foosball, pool, and air hockey tables, my family was pleasantly occupied when we weren't at a park.
However, we did encounter some issues. While cockroaches are very common in Florida, this house had far more than we had ever seen elsewhere. We started keeping count and killed about 50 in the first night and morning alone. We alerted the management service and, to their credit, they sent an exterminator out that day who sprayed the kitchen. This definitely helped, but did not eliminate the problem. We also had an issue with the garbage not being picked up the first several days (or the week before). The owner/management company was extremely responsive and helpful though, so we were pleased about that.
Overall, if you can get over the cockroaches, it is a great vacation home.

There was a couple little things that didn’t seem to work, like the over pool cage lights and we paid extra to have the pool heated but it wasn’t very warm ring our stay. The neighbors pool was steaming, unlike ours, so not sure what happened there. Other than that the stay was great. The owner and manager were very responsive to messages. All in all, if we are in the area again we will look up this property and see if it’s available

we stayed for 2 weeks in August 2022, the villa is simply stunning...the management team were prompt in replying, and very helpful... it has everything you could wish for, great view, lovely poolm and the pool table inside was a massive hit in the evenings.., the location is quiet, and perfect for everything you want to do in a Holiday, close to supermarket, close to plenty of restaurants and within 20 mins of all the theme parks.. guaranteed to come back and stay here.. could not recommend anymore highly...

Fabulous!!
We stayed for 9 nights. There were 13 of us total. The property was just as described. Any time I needed anything throughout the process, the owner got right back to me to answer any questions. It was a wonderful house and we had a great time staying there, putting good use to the hot tub and swimming pool!! It was a close drive to Disney too! We will definitely consider this house for future stays as well! *note- I’d recommend putting some weight on top of the outdoor trash bin as we had wildlife visitors get into our trash and tear the bags the 1st couple of nights, making a bit of a mess. We just filled up an empty milk jug with water and set it on top of the lid overnight and it worked well. We had no more issues after that.

Nice property in a nice community
We enjoyed our stay. The house was as listed, very spacious. We spent a lot of time by the pool, enjoyed the extra room this house has to offer by the pool. We stayed at plenty of homes that have small pools or you can't go completely around the pool, but that is not the case with this one! The management team was great, quickly got back to me when I had questions before and during the stay. Had a couple minor hiccups, but nothing that couldn't be fixed right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Fall Vacation 2021
This property was everything as described in details. The community was clean and very nice. We had 12 people total which was 3 families of 4. We fit very comfortably in this home. Each family got 2 rooms each. We arrived there at check in on Saturday. Before arrival I received all the information to check in. It was a very easy process. Once we got inside the home the kids ( we had 6 with us ranging from 8-23) toured the home and picked out their rooms. The home was clean and had everything we would need for the week. The kids loved the pool! We chose to have it heated while we were there, so when we weren’t at the theme parks the kids were enjoying the pool. It was nice to have it right outside the house and sit on the patio and enjoy them swimming. There was also a game room which we did not use bc the pool distracted the kids enough that’s all they wanted to do. In the game room there was an air hockey table and foosball table. The air hockey table was not working. It looked like it was hardwired into the wall but the wire was not connected to the table so we just did not touch it. Upstairs was a pool table. The kids and adults enjoyed playing with that.
This was our first time staying off property at Disney and renting a home. We would absolutely do it again. The drive to Disney was about 15-18 mins. Very close and convenient to the store and parks we were going to.
My only complaint is I wish we could turn the air down to at least 72. The system was only allowed to go down to 74 and at night it was a little warmer then we liked. The kids room with the loft bunks was warm and also the only room without a ceiling fan. There was a box fan provided in the closet for us to use which we did but it didn’t cool us enough. I still give this property 5 stars bc it was amazing!

Great house for large groups of family and/or friends!
We rented this villa for a large family vacation to Disney and Universal Studios consisting of 4 generations. The villa was large enough for everyone to have their own private space but also cozy enough to hang out, swim, play games and eat as a family. The only thing I would suggest it need was a large round pizza pan.

Very nice house, clean and perfect size (we had 13, 5 kids under 9 !!) Pool was great more then enough rooms great location far enough from all the mess but close enough to parks and stores

This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation. The kids loved the pool, especially at night with the color changing LED lights. Exactly as described, close to all attractions which makes it super easy to commute. Nick was very accommodating with anything we needed. If I could give ten stars, I would! I will definitely be staying here every time I come to Florida.
