We can arrange to accommodate guests with stays less than 30days. We have periodic house party with friends on every few Friday or Saturday night. Usually 2-3 weeks period. These events can vary in intensity depends on the mood of the guests. Worst case scenario is a house full of screaming kids & hallway while loud blaring music is played downstairs. Most of our guests are not bothered much to complain about it but it would be a nightmare for people who need to rest due to their work schedule. Please be warned of the risks & request for arrangements ahead so we can move the events out to work with your schedule. Sorry, we can only arrange for guests with maximum of 30-days stay.
