We are also 45 miles from Knoxville and only 75 miles from the popular Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg resort areas. You can hike at Cove Lake State Park, Norris Dam State Park or at the new Cumberland Trail plus visit the Cumberland Gap National Park. There are also 3 world class ATV parks within a 30-60 min drive (Windrock Park, Brimstone Recreation and Ride Royal Blue) with both chartered tours or rentals. Please note, this part of the lake is considered seasonal water and although you'll have normal lake levels from mid April to mid September, the lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring and during these months, our cove can sometimes look more like a river than a lake and the dock is often moved for the winter but the boat launch is available year round. We do have an outdoor camera that monitors the dock to ensure it is always secure as well as one that monitors the parking lot. There are 3 bedrooms on this level, 1 being a bunk room (Queen bed plus a set of bunk beds). This floor also has a second washer and dryer set. The covered deck on this level features a lighted brand new (2022) hot tub and additional seating.
