This beautiful 3 level lakefront home sits on Norris Lake near the Cedar Creek Road jumping bridge in the popular Lakeside Estates . We are in the widest section of a protected cove with no wake or boat traffic, it is like your own private playground in our peaceful cove! We are very close to the famous jumping bridge and only a 10-20 minute boat ride from 4 popular marinas (Sugar Hollow, Shanghai, Deerfield, Springs Dock). We are also 45 miles from Knoxville and only 75 miles from the popular Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg resort areas. You can hike at Cove Lake State Park, Norris Dam State Park or at the new Cumberland Trail plus visit the Cumberland Gap National Park. There are also 3 world class ATV parks within a 30-60 min drive (Windrock Park, Brimstone Recreation and Ride Royal Blue) with both chartered tours or rentals. We have 2 10' kayaks available for your use as well. Boat rental delivery available! This 3 story lake house is a large group vacationers dream featuring 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (each bedroom has own bath). 3 full length 50 foot wide decks (that's 1500 additional sq ft of living space for your enjoyment) all with beautiful lake and mountain views. Large main kitchen, free standing ice makers up and down plus kitchenette with bar on lower level. Laundry rooms on 2 levels. 2 story dock with covered slip, dock furniture and a slide! In addition, we have a dedicated driveway with plenty of parking. Free internet and long distance. Please note, this part of the lake is considered seasonal water and although you'll have normal lake levels from mid April to mid September, the lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring and during these months, our cove can sometimes look more like a river than a lake and the dock is often moved for the winter but the boat launch is available year round. We do have an outdoor camera that monitors the dock to ensure it is always secure as well as one that monitors the parking lot. The first floor features stone fireplace, wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers, ice maker, double wall ovens and 2 stainless refrigerators. For dining, you’ll have 3 dining tables and a large island/bar that seats 8. The large covered deck overlooking the lake has 2 large dining tables, chairs, and a gas grill. The master bedroom walks out onto the large top deck. The second floor features a family room with large screen TV and 2 couches. Two rooms on this level have queen beds with bunks and in the other two rooms, one is a King, and one a Queen. Two of the rooms walk out to the large covered deck with furniture. A laundry facility is also on this level. The third floor features a large rec room with Ping Pong table and Foosball as well as a TV (60") viewing/gaming/sitting area next to the bar, kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, ice machine and a large 7’ bar with seating for 8. There are 3 bedrooms on this level, 1 being a bunk room (Queen bed plus a set of bunk beds). This floor also has a second washer and dryer set. The covered deck on this level features a lighted brand new (2022) hot tub and additional seating. There are 3 flights of steps down to the dock, inquire if you think this may be an issue for someone in your group. The driveway is a little steep but by no means unmanageable! This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age 27 years to rent. ** Saturday to Saturday only in peak season.

This house was perfect for our 4 day gathering. The main floor had a wonderful master suite that was perfect for our elderly parents, keeping them in the middle of the main activities happening in the large, open gathering area with comfy sofas and three large dining tables for eating and game playing. The kitchen had everything we needed for all the meals we cooked while there. Crock pots, casseroles, blenders, all sizes of pots and pans and bake sheets. Two fridges held all our food, but we really loved having the two dishwashers, with plenty of plates, glasses and silverware for our crew to use. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, with extra blankets and pillows everywhere. Water pressure was great, and the tankless heater provided hot water for everyone’s showers. Three floors offered private sleeping and hiding spots with comfy couches for different age groups to gather. Good directions made this place easy to find and we had parking for all 4 vehicles close to the house. LaFollette has good grocery stores and food options, as well as good thrift store shopping. The blue tooth speakers worked well with our devices and music apps for holiday tunes and kitchen dance parties. One tiny issue with one TV was fixed promptly by our responsive host. Everybody was very happy with our stay, we would be happy to stay here again. I can only imagine the extra fun a summer stay would offer with the water right out back.

This was our first time at Norris Lake, but it will not be our last—we’re hooked! This house had plenty of space for our group of 18 to be together when we wanted to or spread out when we wanted to… The kitchen had plenty of room for everyone to have a chair (not always the case with large house groups), and the 2 fridges/dishwashers were very helpful. We loved having a dedicated ice maker too! Bedrooms were comfy and the hot tub got rave reviews. The wakeless cove and dock were perfect for all ages in our group to slide, swim, float, or kayak. Be prepared for a VERY steep driveway and lots of stairs between the house and the lake, but no problem as long as you know that going into it. Can’t wait to come back!

Great large lake home! We rented a boat and Jet ski for our stay. Everyone enjoyed the water, dock, decks, kayaks and rafts. This was our family reunion which ranged from 72 to 12 years of age. Us older folks would get on the boat at one of the marinas so we didn’t have to do the steps down. Also….don’t let the driveway scare you…..go slow down and low gear up…..we never had an issue. Would certainly return!

We booked this house to accommodate our family reunion. We had 25 individuals ranging from ages 12-76. It slept 25 comfortably. We did have 3 adults around 75 years old that had difficulty doing the stairs, but we knew there were lots of stairs going in. However, a plus is that the decks are on each level and you can see the dock from those decks. They were at least able to join and watch from afar. The house had ample supplies for cooking and eating and we utilized their plates in order to cut down on paper. The location was awesome, in a more private cove away from boat traffic which meant we floated freely on the lake without having to worry about boats. We utilized their kayaks and floats that were there. We loved the gaming tables and the hot tub! A couple of concerns. Some of the beds were squeaky, but not a major deal breaker. When we used the fire pit we did notice a sewer smell, but the pit is over the septic tanks I believe, not sure if that can be remedied, just something we noticed. Also the dock gets very hot! It would be nice to have a runner of some sort to step on when you are coming up from the water and on the top side or I guess you should wear water shoes, just be prepared for that. Not sure on TN trash, but would have loved to been able to recycle and maybe a place for broke down boxes rather than having to bag it. Overall we loved the place, the location and had a great time. I would highly recommend and we would book this place again!
