Vaulted and 9 ft ceilings throughout. Outdoor Shuffleboard and Duckpin Bowling table. The third floor features the second full kitchen with bonus ice machine. 9 foot ceilings.There are 3 bedrooms on this level, 2 King Mini Suites. Another bedroom with 2 sets of full size bunk beds. 2 of the bedrooms walk out on to the deck. The entertainment area features the third big screen TV, X Box 360 with surround sound. The covered deck on this level has a 7 person lighted Hot Springs hot tub and additional seating. Additional laundry room. The house is located in the Big Creek area in the front of the cove to the left of shore marker #6. Between Whitman Hollow and Sequoia Marina. You can watch your skiers from your own private 2 story dock. Year round deep water. The dock is 2 stories, 2 covered slips with room for additional tie up. Dock Deck and has 3 pub style tables with chairs and lounge chairs. ***Hot Tub water is changed after every guest***

We really loved the beautiful location, the spacious and comfortable accommodations, and the opportunity to all be together in one large house (there were 17 of us). The driveway is SCARY steep FYI but there are parking spots at the top of the hill so you don't have to take your vehicle down to the bottom if you don't think it'll make it back up to the top. The Daydreamer was clean, had all the amenities we wanted, and the lake was beautiful!

Love the amount of Bedrooms with 6 of them having personal bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked and love the ice machines too! Having covered slips and a large dock is perfect and the water on this part of the lake is very clear! We had no rain but if we did we would have enjoyed the shuffle boards, large TV's and Hot tub. This would be the perfect place for hosting Thanksgiving. Big enough to separate family if needed and 2 Kitchens to prep in! With a very large table to all eat together at!

Daydreamer is a wonderful property when have large family vacation. My brother and my kids and our grandkids love making memories at Norris. They especially liked this house so each had their own family bedroom and bathroom!!

Our extended family of 16 ranging in age from 4 to 85 had a BLAST at Daydreamer! Online photos do NOT do this home justice. It is by far the cleanest VRBO property we have ever rented. The furnishings were lovely. Unbelievable Chef's kitchen with every imaginable cooking tool x 10! Really a fun place for group cooking. The lake was refreshing on the hot days and the hot tub was a big plus for the little guys! We rented a pontoon to really see the lake and visited both Whitman and Sequoia marinas - both a short boat ride. Plenty to do for all ages and space to have privacy. I highly recommend this Norris rental for all ages. The steps could be a little daunting for the older folks. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!!!

We have stayed at this same location for 7 years. The house has everything you need for a large group. They have enough plates, silverware, plates, blenders, refrigerator space and bed/bath rooms. The driveway is a little crazy, but it gets you to a great spot on the lake.

We loved the house! This was the best stocked VRBO kitchen ever as far as dishes, towels and appliances. Our group stays in rentals often and I can’t stress enough how nice that was when cooking 3 meals a day for my large group.
The view is gorgeous, tons of space, and great amenities. The considerations giving it only 4 starts for the listing that we wish we knew in advance are: the wifi is very limited and we barely had cell service on property. The driveway is steep, extremely steep. I have heights issues and struggled when we were driving down, then one larger vehicle had to unload and try multiple times to get out. Last, we had a hot water issue on half of the house that was reported but with the holiday weekend that wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay. This was workable by sharing bathrooms and only a small inconvenience. The owner was very responsive and kind and we didn’t let that last issue affect our opinion of the house overall.
If you aren’t scared off by the driveway and you would like a device detox, its a wonderful space to getaway to.

If you are looking for a big group to accommodate 8 couples, where everyone has their own bathroom and a big dining space, this is your place! We have returned for 7 years in a row, and it never disappoints.

This was our 15th year at the lake. And one of the best yet! This house is the perfect home base for lazy days floating at the dock and sippin' on ice cold beverages or for getting out on the boat to test everyone's tubing and surfing skills. Wonderful accommodations so that we can all be together but not on top of each other. Enjoyed the firepit and roasting marshmallows for smores as well as the huge kitchen making it easy to prepare meals for the whole crew and be able to have everyone enjoy dinner together without feeling crowded.

Fun at the Lake
We have stayed at Daydreamer five or six times over the last several years. We now feel that it is "our house" at Norris Lake.
The house is spotless upon arrival thanks to Karen Lawson and her daughter. Andrea and Brian, the owners, are extremely helpful if we have a question.
One of our guests commented that the kitchen is better outfitted than William Sonoma--she should know, having worked there for 20 years.
We highly recommend Daydreamer and are planning to return again next year.
