*** brand new carpet, couch and granite countertops in the kitchen for the 2021 season*** This beautifully decorated and well maintained townhouse is ready for your vacation! Located in Rehoboth Beach behind the popular Big Fish Grill and Arenas you will find a quiet tree lined street of 2 story townhomes. This townhouse boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, sleeps 8-10: Two queen, 2 sets of twin bunkbeds & a pull-out couch. The house is fully equipped including a gas grill, fully accessorized kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer, ceiling fans in every room of the house. All the amenities you could want - large refrigerator with ice maker, Wi-Fi, central a/c, microwave, 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, board games, etc. There are two assigned parking spots and visitor passes as well. We also have a tag for free parking in town! Spacious, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated townhouse in quiet & convenient Eagles Landing -- Steps away from two of three community pools and tennis courts, and bikeable to downtown Rehoboth and the beach. Just West of Route 1 (behind Big Fish Grill). A very short drive takes you to the outlet malls, supermarkets, restaurants, water park, as well as Rehoboth’s charming downtown and all the wonderful vacation amenities of Rehoboth Beach. This property is a quick bike ride or drive to the beach, outlet malls for tax-free shopping, or the shops and boardwalk of charming downtown Rehoboth. A REHOBOTH BEACH PARKING PERMIT FOR ONE CAR WILL BE PROVIDED TO OUR GUESTS AS PART OF THE SUMMER WEEKLY RENTAL !!! Take in the sun or a dip at the community pool or get your racket for a game of tennis! You'll have an amazing vacation! SATURDAY TO SATURDAY rentals only from Memorial Day to Labor Day, unless noted otherwise on rate schedule. 3 night minimum stay over 3 day holiday weekend. 2 night minimum stay required all other times. A $300 refundable security deposit is required at the time of reservation. The balance and any other fee(s) are due 1 month prior to your scheduled arrival. Linens are not provided with the rental, there are linen rental companies available if you don’t want to bring linens.

This property is an end unit and we lived the open concept main living area. The lication is just 5 minutes from the ocean and located close to shopping, restaurants, beverage stores and downtown Rehoboth. The co.munity has 3 pools for access and we had a wonderful vacation.

We had a great week at this property! There are four beach chairs, a cart to carry your beach items. Also there are toys which my kids loved playing with. We also traveled with an infant so the high chair and pack and play were useful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed this house. We go to the beach each year and this year we booked a bit late. So we ended up booking a place that was farther from the beach than we usually book.
It was a 5-10 minute drive and probably 30-40 minute walk to the Rehoboth boardwalk. But we ended up going for a morning walk to a coffee place called Rise Up each morning and would sometimes go to the boardwalk afterwards.
Despite being farther away from the beach, the location was really great. It was right off 1 with tons of stores on the main strip.
The house was very clean and smelled nice when we arrived. It had central air and fans in each room, 2 bunk beds for the kids and two rooms for adults. No complaints at all with any of it.
The star of the week ended up becoming the pool. There are actually multiple pools in the complex but the smaller one is right across the street. And I mean RIGHT across. Forgot sunblock? Just cross the street to get it! And it isn’t a busy street. It’s super quiet and private.
The quietness was amazing. So close to a busy highway, so close to the amenities but it was QUIET.
We barely ended up going to the beach and that was ok! The pool was quiet, easy access and relaxing. Different from what we expected but really delightful.
Sara was really quick to respond with answers to my questions.
All in all, a great experience.

This was the perfect property for my family of 5 and my brothers family of 3. The host was attentive and available. The property is exactly as advertised and well kept. Location is awesome because you do not have to sit in much traffic getting to and from the beach. We will be back!

Everything was great! The condo was perfect for our family. Getting to the ocean and restaurant is very easy and the pools are within a short walk.

Fantastic Property
The house was perfect. We are a family of 3 (including a 2 year old), and it was just what we needed. The house was very clean with brand new carpeting and floors, and it had a very beachy feel. The sunroom was perfect to enjoy coffee before the rest of the house woke up! An added bonus of the house were the toys, toddler supplies, and beach equipment there for us to use.
It’s a very convenient location right across the parking lot from one of the community pools and less than 10 minutes to the beach/boardwalk/restaurants.
We will definitely be looking into renting this space again on the future!

Great property!
This home is in a great location for exploring Rehoboth. Only an 8 minute drive to the beach, and a parking permit is provided which helps a ton. We split our time between the pool and the beach. Pool was great too. Home is more spacious than pictures show. Has all supplies needed- beach stuff, kids beach toys, plenty of good beach chairs. The kids toys at the house were perfect for my 6 year old who in to babies! Also in walking distance to some good restaurants. Only issue at first was WiFi name did not match instructions. But we figured it out quickly. All in all a great trip away. Thanks!

There was a little pet hair under furniture in the main living area, and some sand in the sunroom, but the carpet upstairs was brand new and very clean and the kitchen was also spotless.

And the cleaning crew definitely is not thorough; lots of dirt on the floor, etc. The main floor is very roomy and the sunroom made a great playroom for our grandsons. And the cleaning crew definitely is not thorough; lots of dirt on the floor, etc. The main floor is very roomy and the sunroom made a great playroom for our grandsons. All the toys were much used and appreciated! The pool was excellent! Pretty complex. The owner Sara was great and responsive.

We stayed during the week of 8/8-8/15.
The location of the property is great. We enjoyed the 2 pools that were walking distance to the house. Downfall to the pools was that they were only open from 11am-6pm. The people in the community were very friendly. The house itself was very homey. The kitchen was well equipped. There were toys and games to keep the kids occupied during rainy days which was great! We cooked in most days and it was nice to have a grill out back. We ordered out from Big Fish Grill and Casa DiLeo which were both excellent! We also walked to the Fractured Prune for some unique donuts one morning.
Some downfalls to the property:
There is nowhere to hang your towels/wet swim suits-we tried to hang them out back but got a letter on the foot from the HOA Within an hour saying we were not allowed to (even though we saw others doing it)
The house itself was dusty In places that were hard to reach. The light hanging over the landing going upstairs looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The tops of the curtains in the master were very dusty-noticed when you closed the curtains. Only reason we noticed the dust was because our daughter is very sensitive to dust and was sneezing a lot and became stuffy when in the house.
We weren’t aware that linens were not provided until we had already left. I had sent Sara a message about 2 hours after we left our house to request our check-in information. It was then in that message we were made aware that we needed to bring our own pillows, blankets, sheets and towels. We ended up spending over $100 to buy the things we needed which could have been avoided if this information was in the listing or our check-in information was provided in a timely manner.
Overall we had a great stay. The house is in a quiet little community with easy accessibility to just about everything!

Beach Central
Property was in a good location to access both Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. Having the residential parking pass for Rehoboth was a huge plus and Jungle Jims for the kids was walking distance!

Great location in a comfy home
It was a fun stay only about a mile or so from downtown Rehoboth and the boardwalk. Walking distance to 2 great restaurants. House had super amenities with 3 pools close by. House was clean and nicely updated. Sara was easy to work with and stocked the house with every beach toy and gear you could need, especially with kids. The kitchen was well equipped as well as we cooked and ate several meals at home.

This place is amazing!
This place is spacious, beautiful, and has everything you need. The owner is helpful and responsive. We’ve stayed in this community before and loved the overall location. This particular place was by far the most comfortable and well done of everywhere we’ve stayed at Eagles Landing. It had kids toys and a pack and play and this saved us lugging so much on this trip. Can’t say enough good stuff!! 🏖�🌈�🌟�
