We are happy to offer an affordable, modern, comfortable, safe quality studio apartment for holiday rental. We would love you come and stay and relax in our studio accommodation. With it's open plan living / bedroom with a lovely King bed and ensuite, wall mounted swivel TV (featuring Netflix and Free to View) which allows you the choice to view from either the luxury of your bed or living area. Free Wifi is also available. All quality linen and towels provided, plus fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and toast making facilities. We also have a BBQ with a side burner, positioned undercover just outside on your patio for guests sole use. Excellent indoor / outdoor flow through double doors opening out onto the private patio. Ideal, whether holidaying, taking a break or visiting family and friends, we welcome you to take advantage of our location, excellent neighbourhood, and spacious studio so you can enjoy all that the Nelson region has to offer. We loved our stay in Nelson in this quiet neighborhood with a great view of the bay. Carolyn and Alan were gracious, accommodating hosts. We loved sitting out on the deck enjoying the view. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Nelson,

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for our 3 nights in Nelson. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and so tastefully decorated, and had so many nice touches. Carolyn was an amazing hostess and nothing was too much trouble. The view from the deck was amazing and we enjoyed eating several meals overlooking the sea. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Beautiful little appointment, the hosts were really welcoming, friendly and went to extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I shouldn't really write all of the lovely things about our stay, as next time it may make it harder to find availability for ourselves to stay again.

Lovely studio on the ground floor, no stairs and plenty of privacy. Comfy bed, nice shower and a beautiful hill side view. No cooktop, but I didn't plan on cooking meals while in Nelson. It was so nice to have tea out on the patio, with birdsong and the flora. My hosts were very welcoming.

This was perfect for us, busy during the day checking out the sites of Nelson and the Abel Tasman National Park and beautiful Golden Bay. Was nice to come back at the end of a day and relax in the comfort of everything that was provided to us. Fantastic view and great weather. Thanks so much for having us.

My wife and I loved staying at Carolyn's place. The view is wonderful and the drive to downtown is easy! The place was spotless and Carolyn was an amazing host! We will try and stay again if we ever visit Nelson!

A very comfortable and well-equipped space in a lovely location just outside Nelson. Carolyn is a generous, genial host. The only drawback: the kitchenette is not equipped with a sink so you must use the bathroom sink for some food prep and cleanup.

The apartment was cute, quiet, and comfortable. There's a big walk-in pantry with two luggage racks and plenty of room for our stuff. I loved that it had a desk so I could get some work done, the heated mattress pad was very welcome, and the breakfast fare provided gave a nice variety to choose from.

This property met my expectations. It was in a quiet elevated area with a wonderful view. Beautiful Winter sunset from the little deck. The place was warm, well equipped with a super bed. The hosts kindly provided milk, tea and breakfast essentials for me. Highly recommended.
